TTK Prestige — Prestige rice cooker model prwo 1.8-2 _pan completely burns out and become black during warm mode

Dear sir/madam
This complaint is regarding the prestige rice cooker prwo which i have purchased on 24th may 2016 and still not able to use the same as this product is faulty. when we cook rice, during warm phase the rice burns out and the pan becomes black at the bottom and the rice has a burning smell.
I had purchased this from noida coast guard canteen sector 23 and i have been coordinating with the supplier mr. manish yadav and also the service center at gaziyabad. though the engineer mr. gulfam have visited twice and they did not believe the fact which i was referring to, each time the engineer tired cooking the rice and the entire pan got black and the whole quantity of rice was wasted with out any reason.
I had to purchase another rice cooker of another brand and now the supplier is reluctant to take my calls and the sales head mr gaurav and sanjay srivastava of gaziayabad service center are playing around with me saying that they want to compare with another brand rice cooker to verify the claim. though i have also taken photo of the blackend pan and the engineer have also taken the photo to prove the same at his service center still they are reluctant to change the product. now they are claiming that the pan will become black due to over heat and this will happen in all rice cookers. they do not want this write this statement and give it only in verbal they want to say. this claim which i find is totally false as i have been using the prestige rice cooker for the past 10 years or so and this never happened in the past. my old rice cooker could not be further repaired hence i had gone straight with full faith purchased this prestige rice cooker again, and now this has become a disaster for me. i would request you to check and replace the product with out any further delay. it seems both the supplier and the service center people know the problem and do not want to acknowledge. meanwhile i have instructed the coast guard canteen higher authority not to get any product from prestige till this is resolved and i will ensure that i will escalate this to director level and ensure that others do not suffer.
I have spent almost more than rs 1000 on phone calls and trip to the canteen. i request you to look in to this matter and get this resolved at the earliest
To prove my claim i am also attaching the photo which i had taken when i had cooked the rice for the first time and also on the second time when the engineer had visited our house, the pan was burnt and i have still not washed the utensil to prove my claim. you can send the representative and verify this.
