TTK Prestige — Product not working after 14 Days

Product was not working after 14 days, many time we have complained to SNAPDEAL for product issue but still my issue not resolved.

Every time they are convinced to me we will arrange the product replacement through courier within 2 or 3 days, but no courier boys came to pick up product for replacement.

Message came from pick-up and next day Courier boys refused the same.

Poor quality of product, its only worked 14 days.
