TTK Prestige — Really pathetic serviece and there is no value for customer | |||
I bought a prestige mixer grinder, which broke down and was supposed to be covered under warranty. I raised the complaint on 7th dec 2016 and the service engineer was supposed to do the home service. They made me to carry the grinder and travel around 20 km, to the service centre. But the worst part is the service was pathetic, they just did something and gave the grinder back. When i tried to use it at home immediately after reaching, it was in a worst state; giving horrible sound and some burning smell from inside. I have informed the concerned technician immediately and raised the complaint again on 8th dec 2016. But the technician was not ready to give the service at home and he was instructing me to take it and go all the way again. I have intimated all these details to the customer help at ttk and was doing many follow ups with escalation but still there is really pathetic support from all the departments. Now i do not have any other option but go to the consumer court for justice. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have redeemed mycredit card points for gift against shop and smile Rewadd points.Accordingly yesterday the item was delivered to me.. But the flask is a damaged one. Outer side of the flask is seen bent inward. It is a shapeless piece. nobody might have noticed before packing. it is a negligence.Please arrang to replace the item immediately.
