TTK Prestige — replacement of 10L popular cooker

I have purchased 10L prestige cooker on may;2014. Bottom of the cooker is swelled and the food is not properly cooking. I tried to complaint the same to customer service cenrtre byover phone.([protected]) .But there are not receiving any calls by the given number. and then I contacted the shop who the cooker i.e. Mahaveer Distributor, Mysore. They told repair the cooker but not replacing. What is the use of warranty.
