I bought PRESTIGE ROTIMAKER from PRESTIGE SHOWROOM MALAKPET on Dec 25, 2021 and called for a demo. Demo assistant visited my place on Jan 1st 2022 and he was unable to make proper roti’s and he raised a complaint to customer service regarding the faulty product. I raised a complaint too and I was told to visit SERVICE CENTRE in CHAITANYAPURI to return/exchange the product by the customer service. I even called the MALAKPET SHOWROOM where I purchased the product and explained my issue and he even asked me to visit service centre.
I visited the service center in CHAITANYAPURI on 4th January, 2022 and they said that they cannot do anything regarding this issue. I called customer service again and they told me to visit LAKDIKAPUL branch. I was wasting my time and running around different branches to return this product and nobody is responding properly. Even LAKDIKAPUL head office branch is not providing me any solution now. Now whenever I call the customer service, they’re saying that there is no complaint taken from me and they left me on hold for hours and finally the escalation team said that they cannot do anything regarding the issue and asked me to visit the PRESTIGE SHOWROOM where I purchased the product, and the customer service mentioned that PRESTIGE doesn’t have any return/replacement/exchange. But I’ve a bill mentioning that RETURN/REPLACEMENT can be done within 30 days. Now I’m stuck with a faulty product and lost my money and time too.
