Please discontinue the model GTM 04, as it is very risky to use such a product. I purchased this on 12 Aug 2019. On January 2020, while my mother was cooking food it broke with a sound and glass particles were scattered. The service engineer came and replaced it (chargeable basis) and said it is physical damage and it was not a physical damage as I have witnessed that incident. However, I can't prove it as we do not have a CCTV installed in our kitchen and didn't take any further action at that time and ignored it.
I went to my native place during the lockdown (May - December 2020) and when I came back to Bangalore, the glass was broken again. I do not have a proof to claim it is not a physical damage.
Just imagine I have a 1-year-old kid and if this happens when the kid is in the kitchen or with your family member who will be responsible?
The glass is not covered under warranty and it does not mean that the company can provide inferior glass with this model. I am damn sure that the company will be receiving such complaints on this model from other consumers as well.
Please discontinue this product at earliest and exchange my product with some other model. I am ready to buy a new gas stove and shell out more money but can't take the risk with this stove now.
