TTK Prestige — Very bad service

I have purchase prestige 3 burner hob top we purchased on 4 years before last one months back.We booked complaint servicing the technician will come an check he told that to not able find the complaint. Then he told that to take machine take to service center then they told that no spare available we are waiting for one months then refitted complaints back to home now we are facing some problem with its burner. Flame of burner in reducted. Please suggest or helm me whom to be contacted. I tried to reach[protected] but no response
