Renewal date for ttn broadband was May2020. I called Customercare of ttn to Deaactivate account in the month of March 2020 and asked them for collecting modem. Multiple mails and phone calls were made for this purpose to terminate the connection since March 2020. Still TTN is sending me invoice adding entire amount from May2020 which I am not responsible to pay legally. Take immediate action to stop invoicing and terminate the connection.
