ttr — Excess fare collected

Sir/ Madam: I have booked my return ticket travel from Bengaluru to Chennai by Shadhapti PNR: [protected]. Since my job in Bangalore got over early, I reached the railway station and asked the TTR whether a seat is available in Sbc - mas double decker. TTR told me that the train is empty only so I can board the train. He also told me that Shadhapti ticket isbto be cancelled and double decker fee is to be paid. Date: 14/08/2021. I boarded the train. And then cancelled the Shadhapti ticket for zero refund. TTR told me he will complete the checking and give me a ticket. At Kuppam station he said the ticket charge is Rs. 970 as I have boarded the train without a ticket. I tried to explain the TTR but understood that he has other motives. Hence, I took the ticket for Rs. 970, Rs. 670 for ticket, Rs.250 as penalty for boarding the train without a ticket and Rs. 50 as GST. The ticket carried a number 306296 and P, L 83056087.
