Tulip Telecom — uan no upgradation

Dear sir,
I am arijit barman, c. F. O. Old employee in tulip telecom limited under the burdwan zcc, wbsedcl. My joining date - 01.03.2012 to leaving date-28.02.2013. My pf no is - ds/nhp/0017113/000/0003673. My uan no is[protected]. Aadhar no, pan card no and bank details kyc pending this uan no.
So, i requested sir my uan no[protected] kyc approved and date of joining - 01.03.2012, date of leaving-28.02.2013 please please please submit cause off i pf transfer/withdrawal process.
