Turboshopp — fake product and no reply from support team. a fraud website and products

I have orderd an action cam and nokia 3310 mobile, but you had sent a duplicate chinese lychee mobile and a non working action cam. The same was informed and the product was returned back. All this happened in the month of august and on aug 08, the package was sent back to your warehouse in hyderabad.
Its december now and i have not received my refund. All time your support team keep on sending thier template message that the product will br solved in 5-10days. Have been waiting for like 150 days just to get my money back.
