Turboshopp — still waiting for my ultra hd action camera

I had ordered an ultra hd action camera for 1800 rs. On 19th august 2017 making payment online and till date there is no message saying that same has been dispatched nor did i recieive that camera. Now i want my money to be refunded.
Turboshopp is cheat company.
It advertise its products on instagram and showing products at very low prices to attract people and cheat them.
