I made a purchase of 16gb spy pen from TVC Skyshop in month of Jan 2011. But from day one the pen is not working. I tried writing mails to them but they are not bothered to reply nor I am able to get through their customer care number. Every time they promise of a call back that I have never received.

My son purchased selender shaper from TVC shy shop. It was deliverd after
24days after repeted mails.
On 9th Nov it was delivered & after that it was found the remote is not functioning properly & the next days it stopped working.
Now he is making compaint regularly but no reply is recived.
When i called their toll free number , I am asked to send the shaper by courier (cartage paid)to their Thane branch...

I purchased a merlin 123 three months back and it worked well.Now its faults are surfaced, the blades are nor working properly. To replace the blades i wanted to contact the customer care several time but no body is responding to my several call. It is disgusting and i feel cheated by the TVC sky Shop As the product cover warranty to rectify the error.
