TVS — Engine stop while driving

Myself francis from Hyderabad trimulgherry I own TVs Jupiter bike it as a problem.. While driving it stop in road I met two accident.. Because of this problem.. I went to dealer he say its not our problem he done good service so I asked him where and whom shall I complaint he said TVs guys our responsible.. And I complained to them they did they again did servicing still the problem is there so I asked TVs guys on whom shall I file case against they say on dealer.. Dealer says file case against TVs ... In between them I became football... None of them is will to take responsibility... I want to know if I die in road accident who is to be blamed... Pls let know on whom shall I file case...
