I have purchased a TVS Scooty Zest110 on 19.10.2014. from Paul Motorcycles, 39 K.G.R Path(S), Lenin Sarani West(Gandhi More), P.O. Kanchrapara. P.S. Bizpur, Dist. 24 Pgs(N), 743145, W.B. The Vehicle No. is WB90A-0513. Chasis No. MD626CG4XE2G01974 and Engine No. CG4GE2011908. After approximately six months of purchase the self starter stopped working. Immediately I rushed to the dealer to fix up the problem. The dealer/service centre suggested me to replace the battery (AMCO AB5LB). However the dealer helped me to replace the battery with a new one which is fitted on 02.08.2015. Still after one week the self starting problem started again and at the same time the volume of horn started decreasing, indicator lamp not working and finally the scotty stopped running in a busy road which might cause a fatal accident. Immediately I contacted the service center again. The service center personnel told me that they have contacted with service engineer and the engineer advised to change TCI, regulator etc. But even after changing the items ( as per service center ) the problem remained same. How long I will be embarrassed after purchasing the scooty from your company. I hope you will be sincere enough to fix up the problem as early as possible to ensure customer satisfaction as well as good will of the company other wise I will forced to approach electronic media and leading newspapers for wide circulation regarding embarrassment of a customer.

    Hi I purchased TVS scooter from your authorized dealer in Sahibabad “Dhamiza” on 14 July 2015. At that time they charged me for the insurance policy for the vehicle and now it’s being more than 5 month I have not received any insurance letter either from the insurance company or from your dealer. I contacted them multiple times but only I am getting is the assurance nothing else. Every time when I complaint about this they ask me one or the other thing but no action taken till now and after multiple fake call back promises no call till now. And even at the time of purchase of the vehicle they informed me that sir we will provide you 5-6 free service and they didn’t informed me that only the labor charge is free not the servicing. I doubly checked at that are you sure I will get the free service they said yes. They never bothered to provide me the correct information. And at the time of servicing they charged me Rs 600. This is not fare because you provided me the incorrect information. I feel like cheated by your company. Being a big brand in the market I never expected this from your company. Like to know that till next date of insurance renewal I will get my papers or not. Being a loyal company, which I have faced till now I do not expect anything from you. Please provide me my papers so that I will not be charged chalan by traffic police.       I am Mithilesh Purchased TVS JIVE in 2010 August. In 2013 I got a problem in Engine. I spent 11 thousand once again to correct it. Now I got problem in Magnetic coil. from last 8 days my bike is in Servicing center. Still not my problem resolved. Oil Indicator meter is very-2 bad. I request people to stop buying TVS bike it self. Once you buy getting support from them is very-2 difficult. Service quality is very bad.

        I am Mithilesh Kumar, I have given my TVS JIVE for Servicing since 03/09/2015. I have reported problem with Head Lamp not working. Now they are saying Magnetic Coil need to be repair. Now Since then they are not getting required Parts for Replacement. During selling time they will tell bike and company every thing is number one. Service also very good. Now I am facing problem.If company is not supporting with spare parts as per Rule then they have to take back all the old bike. or provide some solution for it. I am very- very upset.           My name is Ajit Kumar, I have purchased a star city + 100 CC new bike vehicle no. UP 14 -8179 from GS Motors, Kirana Mandi, Ghaziabad on 22.03.2015 but till now mileage is given only 40-45. They are saying that after second service mileage given 65-70 approx. Since i have got third service done on 27.07.2015 & two time road test of my bike through agency given mileage only 50 but still given same mileage (40-45) and there are some problems of like engine heat & back tyre tight also since starting but problem has not being sort out till now like Road Clearance is low due to which there is a cracking sound. what will be do now i am not satisfied & very upset. please take necessary action and resolve my problem.             I bought tvs jupiter just 20 days ago and from day 1 i m facing the problem of minor obbling while driving the scooter and also it shuts down while driving. this defect may cause serious accidents. even i had a close encounter with accident. i briefed my problem to dealer here at Surat from where I bought it frequently on phone as well as in person. They had replied that, due to meg wheel type provision in this bike you are facing such issue of obbling. But this is purely illogical reply. I just request to replace both of the wheels with newer one or proper rectification asap. Also they are asking me to wait for 1st service to redress this issue which is at all not acceptable.               1) I have purchased TVS Jupiter on 07/04/2015 in Matrix Motors, Thavarekere Main Road, Bangalore( Invoice No:6). Chassis No: MD626BG46FIB57672. I have submitted the proper documents while buying the tvs jupiter but showroom people have given documents of another person to the RTO Office because of which I have not yet got Registration Card. But the question is on what basis they have given Number as KA01-HJ-9962. Now when I have contacted show room about this they are asking for money again to process the documents. First of all I was expecting apology from the show room but instead they are asking money.. which is very rude.. show room people made a mistake but why I should pay the money. If vehicle number gets changed then showroom responsibility to give me new IND number plate( for which again they will ask money ). 2) I have driven the tvs jupiter in bangalore good condition road for about only 1500 kms but tvs jupiter petrol cap has come out.( I had told during purchase itself that cap is not in good condition but they convinced me that it won't create problem ), but now show room is telling they don't have stock of petrol cap, I have been following up for petrol cap past 15-20 days but they are telling no stock and it will come in one or two days. I am worried because in bangalore it is raining every day water will definitely enter into vehicle and create bigger problems. Now I don't why did I purchase this vehicle from TVS.                 I bought tvs jupiter 2 months ago and from day 1 i m facing the problem in starting my scooter. and it also shuts down while driving. this defect may cause serious accidents. even i had a close encounter with accident. i briefed my problem to om tvs motors when i took my scooter for 1 service but still facing the same problem. even i requested the dealer to resolve my problem but there is been no response from them as well. i request the concerned authority to take correct action in this regard.

                  IMr. M B MATE, (Mobile No-[protected]) have purchased Two Wheeler TVS JUPITER from Shivam TVS Showroom, Savedi Road, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra-414003 on 15 Aug 2015. On 17 Aug 2015 at the time of RTO Registration of my vehicle I observed my vehicle and found that surface where the Engine Number is marked is grinded and near that area some hair size crack was there. I have shown this problem to SHIVAM TVS showroom on 17 Aug 2015 and they told me that this is minor problem due access molding the surface may be grinded. but i wanted written clarification regarding this issue but the owner denied.i want perfect resolvement of my problem or Replace/ Refund of my vehicle. i have called to TVS motors helpline and also send email regarding this but i have not receive reply from TVS MOTOR. please help me

                    Dear Team, I have purchased STAR CITY + reg no. {AP05DA 6254 }on 19th February 2015 {This year} at SWOBHAGYA AUTOMOBILES, KAKINADA and although my bike is still fine, the digital meter showed improper performance and suspecting it must be a manufacturing defect, i mentioned this to the mechanic during my 1st Service and since he kept on making excuses, i contacted Manager and he seemed to cooperate at the beginning but the problem continued to exist. They asked me to wait for the month's end and they assured me that if their Dean {who Will visit every month's end} found complaint, they would replace it with new one. The day finally arrived a guy named "Govind Raj" inspected mine and suggested to change fuel guages and despite me saying that they did that the previous time, they changed and it still didn't work, he on his way out told manager in front of me to take good care of me and to replace the meter if the problem existed and he requested to wait for a couple of days so to make sure that the meter was displaying perfectly and it did not. From that day on, when ever i find free time, i would visit Service Center, and the manager would give me some insane excuses and vexed i was, i lost my temper and threatened to sue them and the other guy {seemed Manager} lodged entire unit of Digital meter in front of me and requested me to wait for 7 - 10 Days Maximum and i was disappointed as they did not contact me even after 10 Days and with frustration, i went to them and they looked at my order number and they said that my order was in "Withheld". I contacted MR.SHARIF {The owner} for the first time and he was the only person who seemed to cooperate with me and since i had to explain everything about what happened in front of Manager, he asked me to come next day by 9am and he would replace it immediately. I arrived by 10:30am and i was shocked by the manager's excuse this time. He even said that the customers are supposed to come half an hour early before the given time by them and this time too i did not return home with satisfying results. He even said that he doesn't mind and asked me to go ahead if i want to take legal action. I felt ashamed and returned home disappointed once again. They placed order at first and this time, their solution was they started working on my old meter taking suggestions on phones even though they showed me a bill with my request no. on it. To ensure that this meter got fixed they wanted to test it and in order to do so, my bike's fuel needed to be full and having no choice and expecting impossible to happen, i borrowed 500rupees from my friend who was present this whole time and right after filling fuel, my problem showed perfectly, the meter didn't indicate a single rise even though the tank was completely full and about to explode but they still worked on my old meter and they finally said it got fixed. I was speechless and i only wrote that report as my friends insisted that i had to continue with their services for the next 5 years. 2)Right after my second service, the technician took me for a test drive to note my mileage and in this process he took tubes or something and we both tested and the very next day, my bike didn't start in the middle of nowhere and i was left helplessly as it was morning and i didn't bring any money or even my mobile phone and this happened right after my 2nd free Service. I also mentioned to Customer Care of TVS on my 2nd Review. since i wasn't getting any respect there, i contacted MR.SHARIF once again and mentioned about the mental torture i had experienced the other day and requested him to help me get out of their care and to ensure me to a nearest Service center and i also said that i don't mind to travel 20 kms for the nearest TVS Service Center. He took me to his cabin and spoke fondly and since he asked me for one last chance and seemed sincere, even though, i thought, it was a waste of time, i accepted his proposal. I still didn't receive any call from them and so i called them at 7pm{closing time}and the manager spoke to me and said that they kept my bike in observation and will probably be fixed by next day's evening. They called me the next day and when i asked if it got fixed they said that the digital meter case needs to be changed and that i had to come there to speak. I went there with my friend and they fixed a demo bikes meter and asked me to check it. I went the next day to their office and requested for MR.SHARIF and since he was not feeling well, i spoke with the next guy and talking with him, i felt so sorry for my decision to buy this particular bike at this particular Service center. I didn't receive my extended 5 years warrenty still. I only came to know about this, when they asked me to show warrenty. I mean there is no receipt that i paid for insurance, Registration, Extended Warrenty, all i had was the price 56, 400/- My Resolution would be to show me a way to get out of this insane service center and to help me switch to another show room who treats their customers with respect and doesn't say that their firm will be fine even if i didn't purchase with them. My verdict is " I will still buy another TVS STAR CITY PLUS but continuing with Sowbhagya TVS Service Center - are you kidding.. I do not care for the extended warrenty as i am sure how its going to end if something actually happened to my bike couple of years later too and i am not willing to take the chance as last night they changed my meter to old meter on my request as i showed no interest on using a third hand meter after paying them in cash. I had to wait 2 and half hours for them to fix my old meter and finally after they changed the meter and on my way home the head lights stopped working. I had to call the mechanic again and return back to that service center with no light at all. i used to look and laugh at people who faced this problem and this time i know how they felt and all thanks to sowbhagya. Please resolute me by kicking me out of their Service and hand me to someone as mentioned above. Please note that i am not a mechanic and if they installed a demo meter and asked me to check, i am sorry. Shouldn't they asked for the expert's assistance, if they couldn't find the fault. I couldn't sleep because of these reasons as i trusted TVS Warrenty and bought right away even without consulting a mechanic, before buying this vehicle, as they said pay once and stay unworried for the next 5 years and its our 5 year guarentee. I think it will be a Miracle if this warrenty works for even one customer.

                    The TVS Authorized persons contacted me via phone as i send the customer care a mail and they registered a complaint and after providing them with every proof they contacted me and replaced my old digital meter with new one and the issue was resolved. It gave me hope after looking complaints at this site that i am not alone and people like me who doesn't want to get involved in any kind of legal troubles, this is the best i have come with.                     I have given my tvs vehicle for service and the parts amount is 925 and the Labour they are charging 1540 why they are charging too much already they have mention 649 as Labour and for Fitting the parts they are again asking Labour charge and service is totally waste I asked the incharge in the office what is the difference between you and privite garage so he said you should have been left they only why did you come here

                        Dear sir i hv purchased TVS JUPITER from ASHWA MOTORS ring rd BANASHANKARI on 27 / 6 / 2015. i hv done 2 services in the same showroom. what i hv noticed is that an HUMMING NOISE is coming. when i checked with the service person they hv changed the BUSH OIL SEALS AND SERVICED the clutch. but still the HUMMING NOISE is there. which is more irritating while RIDING. can u please help me out in this regard. so that i use the vehicle hasstle free. even service ppl are telling it is common in jupiter. idont know how for it is true. so kindly help me out in this regard.

                          Tvs service centre walo ne muje bataya ki meri sctoor kisi or dukan per gayi hai washing ke liye or pichle kai salo se asie hi service de rahi hai tvs company per jab meri scooter wasing ke bad wapis ayi to use start karne per awaz ati hai or uski performance mai kami ayi hai.

                          Or jab maine unhe yeh baat btai to wo log sunne ko tayar nahi hue or mere bauth ph karne ke baad unhone muje salah di kimai apna sctor wah le jau jaha phale hi mere sath ford hua hai. Kripya muje yeh bateye ki jan delhi government ke taraf se mana kiya gaya hai to tvs service centre wale washing kaise kara rahe hai or bina meri approvel ke unhone meri sctoor kahi or kaise bheji washing ke liye.

                          Meri apse binti hai ki app yeh sab rukwaye or meri samsya ka samadhan niklwaye.

                            Dear sir, I am vidhyapathi last 8 years i used tvs products, now i am so disappointment about ur product i bought TVS Apache Bike last october 14, its problem came last two months back i complaint and they rectify but now also same problem, i am not get the clear reason from TVS show room, so i am going to consumer court and i raise case for with in 10 months engine leakage how is it possible, i want the proper response for this otherwise i will go to the consumer court, its equal to cheating again again that problem is come what i will do tell me.Thank you

                                Dear Team I bought tvs apache rtr 160 on 5th Dec 2014 from Choudhary tvs Gurgaon since then i visited service center n number of times..but no use..problems that occurs as follows 1- from starting 2nd month an egine head got damaged it stopped working 2- problem in clutch, three times clutch plate has been changed Bt problem is the same 3- engine noise 4- problem while shifting gear 5- very poor mileage and average is just 35 Every time I go I have to pay money as well as its very much time consuming. I am doing a job and it is very difficult for me to take leave..I m very fed-up with the service and bike.. TVS company sell scrap in a form of TVS APACHE for rs 81000 I am looking for a resolution, kindly help me..I hv done everything what I cud also Pramod Arya knows about my case whu is head in service center but no use and now this is my last hope.                                   Dear sir, I am mehul Bhavsar from gujarat in ahmedabad. I have Tvs phoenix disc 125cc. Bike purched on april 2014.registration number is GJ-9-CL-7861. chasis no:MD625SF48E1A60606 engine no:CF4AE1059593 my contact nom is [protected] and [protected] I have a problem getting my bike right now.i have problem facing 4 days. i was go to service station on dated 17 August 2015. problem: bike engine is stopped in running conditions on the way. then not startup by sel start or kick start.and all battery contact are close like wise ignition key off, but that time ignition key on in real conditions. this problem also facing some time in stopped conditions they depends on stering movement, stering is on left side mive they all ignition system colse and move to full right turn they all work complete. i was go to your Tvs authorized service center in ahmedabad, oceanic motors.i was meet to mr.shailesh bhai said to me put your bike after 3 days. and i do not have time to fix your bike. and i dont say to after the placing and will take atleast 3 or 4 days. I asked to him for warranty information of wirings of bike. told me confused answers. he told me i will check up of your service book and all service records are concted to oceanic motors then i decided to put warranty or not. i am not satisfied with this type of answers. Then i decided to put bike for services tomorrow as per talk to saileahbhai, and they also told me minimum 2to 3 days put your bike here for aolve it problem. as per i think maximum 1 day enough for solve problem. Now what can i do for complete my bike. I do not have the tension of 60, 000 rupees bike but i am not satisfied your service.i feel very inconvenience. so help me solve out this problem. i will go to tomorrow at your services station. so please help me to give series better. otherwise i will not satisfied with your services i will go to consumers court with my legal advisers. i hope you will solve my matter.

                                    I have used TVS Scooty Pep+ earlier because it was light and comfortable for my wife. We had sell it off when we moved out of India. When we came back keeping our faith in TVS, we wanted to go for Pep+. But we were convinced that Zest is better and so we went for an upgraded model. And also since it has received - The Best Scooter of the Year award. I took the delivery of the vehicle yesterday from Rusabh Auto at Ramwadi, Pune, and was going home happily. I realised that the petrol is very low and may lead to stoppage of the vehicle. So, I filled up the petrol tank. Then the story took a turn and this was a mightmare for me - -The vehicle did not start either by kick or by electronic start. -Petrol was leaking continuously from a pipe given near the rear wheel. -Raised a complaint immediately to the showroom. -I was told a mechanic will visit to attend to the complaint immediately. -For the mechanic to come, it took nearly 45 minutes and the kit to open the scooty came in another 30 minutes. -He tried his level best by doing autopsy / biopsy on the carburettor. -But the end result - vehicle did not start. -In the meantime, my phone battery went dead and my family got nervous as it was late 9- 9.30 pm with no trace of me. -My neighbours ran around looking for me. So, the 1st day of my Zest experience was a complete nightmare. I would look forward for a replacement of this vehicle with a new one which does not give me trouble atleast on the 1st day as I can not comment right now what will happen after the day one.

                                      Karuna traders, garia fatrabad, west bengal kolkata, is an authorized service centre of tvs two wheelers. they dont provide any breakup of billed amount and verbally explain the charge in free service of bike. they charged rs80/- for lubricating chain of bike. i think they over billed the service charge. please contact [protected]

                                        I have given my bike to get services on 1st Aug, 15 at the TVS registered service centre Sai Baba TVS located at Wakad Hinjewadi, Pune. I got my bike TVS Apache 160 Rtr seviced there for the third time, All the three times they changed the oil (Synthetic) which they only say can last for over 6 months. Also this time they delayed the servicing and it was not up to the TVS standard. The problem I had mentioned before giving my bike to get serviced are still there like brakes, wobbling of front tyre. When I am paying them well they should serviced as per the TVS standard I guess.
