This mail is regarding my tvs jupiter no. Dl - 12 - se4839, my compliant id is 57630 and 57928, i have submitted my sctoor for washing to mcr tvs service centre, mangolpuri.

Tvs service centre walo ne muje bataya ki meri sctoor kisi or dukan per gayi hai washing ke liye or pichle kai salo se asie hi service de rahi hai tvs company per jab meri scooter wasing ke bad wapis ayi to use start karne per awaz ati hai or uski performance mai kami ayi hai.

Or jab maine unhe yeh baat btai to wo log sunne ko tayar nahi hue or mere bauth ph karne ke baad unhone muje salah di kimai apna sctor wah le jau jaha phale hi mere sath ford hua hai. Kripya muje yeh bateye ki jan delhi government ke taraf se mana kiya gaya hai to tvs service centre wale washing kaise kara rahe hai or bina meri approvel ke unhone meri sctoor kahi or kaise bheji washing ke liye.

Meri apse binti hai ki app yeh sab rukwaye or meri samsya ka samadhan niklwaye.

    Dear sir, I am vidhyapathi last 8 years i used tvs products, now i am so disappointment about ur product i bought TVS Apache Bike last october 14, its problem came last two months back i complaint and they rectify but now also same problem, i am not get the clear reason from TVS show room, so i am going to consumer court and i raise case for with in 10 months engine leakage how is it possible, i want the proper response for this otherwise i will go to the consumer court, its equal to cheating again again that problem is come what i will do tell me.Thank you

      I have ordered an Charger for Electric Scooty Teens (Order No:11569) about two months ago at TVS Service center, Vijayanand Branch, Nagpur. Each time when i call to enquire about my order, they said that company has not dispatched the charger. When i give a call on[protected]Customer Care) they said that TVS Dealer will contact me .         Dear Team I bought tvs apache rtr 160 on 5th Dec 2014 from Choudhary tvs Gurgaon since then i visited service center n number of times..but no use..problems that occurs as follows 1- from starting 2nd month an egine head got damaged it stopped working 2- problem in clutch, three times clutch plate has been changed Bt problem is the same 3- engine noise 4- problem while shifting gear 5- very poor mileage and average is just 35 Every time I go I have to pay money as well as its very much time consuming. I am doing a job and it is very difficult for me to take leave..I m very fed-up with the service and bike.. TVS company sell scrap in a form of TVS APACHE for rs 81000 I am looking for a resolution, kindly help me..I hv done everything what I cud also Pramod Arya knows about my case whu is head in service center but no use and now this is my last hope.           Dear sir, I am mehul Bhavsar from gujarat in ahmedabad. I have Tvs phoenix disc 125cc. Bike purched on april 2014.registration number is GJ-9-CL-7861. chasis no:MD625SF48E1A60606 engine no:CF4AE1059593 my contact nom is [protected] and [protected] I have a problem getting my bike right now.i have problem facing 4 days. i was go to service station on dated 17 August 2015. problem: bike engine is stopped in running conditions on the way. then not startup by sel start or kick start.and all battery contact are close like wise ignition key off, but that time ignition key on in real conditions. this problem also facing some time in stopped conditions they depends on stering movement, stering is on left side mive they all ignition system colse and move to full right turn they all work complete. i was go to your Tvs authorized service center in ahmedabad, oceanic motors.i was meet to mr.shailesh bhai said to me put your bike after 3 days. and i do not have time to fix your bike. and i dont say to after the placing and will take atleast 3 or 4 days. I asked to him for warranty information of wirings of bike. told me confused answers. he told me i will check up of your service book and all service records are concted to oceanic motors then i decided to put warranty or not. i am not satisfied with this type of answers. Then i decided to put bike for services tomorrow as per talk to saileahbhai, and they also told me minimum 2to 3 days put your bike here for aolve it problem. as per i think maximum 1 day enough for solve problem. Now what can i do for complete my bike. I do not have the tension of 60, 000 rupees bike but i am not satisfied your service.i feel very inconvenience. so help me solve out this problem. i will go to tomorrow at your services station. so please help me to give series better. otherwise i will not satisfied with your services i will go to consumers court with my legal advisers. i hope you will solve my matter.

            I have used TVS Scooty Pep+ earlier because it was light and comfortable for my wife. We had sell it off when we moved out of India. When we came back keeping our faith in TVS, we wanted to go for Pep+. But we were convinced that Zest is better and so we went for an upgraded model. And also since it has received - The Best Scooter of the Year award. I took the delivery of the vehicle yesterday from Rusabh Auto at Ramwadi, Pune, and was going home happily. I realised that the petrol is very low and may lead to stoppage of the vehicle. So, I filled up the petrol tank. Then the story took a turn and this was a mightmare for me - -The vehicle did not start either by kick or by electronic start. -Petrol was leaking continuously from a pipe given near the rear wheel. -Raised a complaint immediately to the showroom. -I was told a mechanic will visit to attend to the complaint immediately. -For the mechanic to come, it took nearly 45 minutes and the kit to open the scooty came in another 30 minutes. -He tried his level best by doing autopsy / biopsy on the carburettor. -But the end result - vehicle did not start. -In the meantime, my phone battery went dead and my family got nervous as it was late 9- 9.30 pm with no trace of me. -My neighbours ran around looking for me. So, the 1st day of my Zest experience was a complete nightmare. I would look forward for a replacement of this vehicle with a new one which does not give me trouble atleast on the 1st day as I can not comment right now what will happen after the day one.

              Karuna traders, garia fatrabad, west bengal kolkata, is an authorized service centre of tvs two wheelers. they dont provide any breakup of billed amount and verbally explain the charge in free service of bike. they charged rs80/- for lubricating chain of bike. i think they over billed the service charge. please contact [protected]

                I have given my bike to get services on 1st Aug, 15 at the TVS registered service centre Sai Baba TVS located at Wakad Hinjewadi, Pune. I got my bike TVS Apache 160 Rtr seviced there for the third time, All the three times they changed the oil (Synthetic) which they only say can last for over 6 months. Also this time they delayed the servicing and it was not up to the TVS standard. The problem I had mentioned before giving my bike to get serviced are still there like brakes, wobbling of front tyre. When I am paying them well they should serviced as per the TVS standard I guess.

                The service quality is really poor. They did not take care of vehicles properly. Also they scratched my bike's wind sheild

                  I bought a TVS Jupiter just 6months back this is my 3rd free service i get it repaired in TVS show room Vidyaranyapra Authorised Dealers (Sri Durgaparmeshwari Motors), Bangalore but there is no use . service executives are not taking care of vehicle . they are treating customers as strangers & their are charging Consumable charges, Clutch O/H Charges etc..In warranty period after paying so much the problem is not solved...                   Dear Sir,

                  I had purchased TVS JIVE, for Sajawat Motors who are the TVS dealer in our location on 27th of July 2015, as I was using TVS PEP+; I want to take the clutches less bike.

                  They have given the bike it registered also, but the accessories Horn, Side guard is not provided. There are not keeping me telling it will come today tomorrow, and spending the time.

                  One of the people over there Mr Powar he even told me that horn is not a accessory, you have to pay for it.

                  After a lot of talk there told ok we need to adjust the switch and put a new switch for your bike as it manufacturing is stopped and it need to be modified, so bring your bike on Monday (17th August 2015), I told them I can come on Monday as it is working day, I will bring it on Saturday (22nd August 22, 2015), and he agreed. So today I went to them Mr Powar is saying you need to bring it on week days as we are very busy now (Which he could have told me before).

                  I even asked them before purchasing that the parts easily available there told me yes, believing them I purchased the bike now within a month there are giving me all sort of problem.

                  I am waiting for you response, please do help me at the earliest I will wait till the next week. Let me know if you can do anything in this regards.

                  If not then I have to go to consumer court.

                    i had made an complaint about non receipt of owner book ( registration certificate)
                    from M/s trimurti automobiles belwarganj patna city for Tvs Jupitar purchased in 10-2014. i feel that istead of helping the customer you are trying to keep silent on the matter by not responding to me .I dont understand which kind of customer support you are giving .
                    I had recently gone to one of your dealer M/s Ravi tvs patna there i came to know that
                    sales documents are needed and the money too( which i had deposited right in the begining ) to get the registration done . Which was not done by the M/s trimurti automobiles . The shop M/s trimurti automobiles is closed and the mobile no unanswered. what shall i do wait and wait and let the one year time to elapse and be no where.                           I Purchase A JUPITER SCOOTER at 3rd November 2015. I Found a many problems in this JUPITER SCOOTER, Vibration, Self Starter, Soucer, & Milage. But no one can solve those problems, I Does My Service At Shaw Wheel Service Centre, they dont get take any positive action to give a good service to customer.In last 7 month i have suffring from this problems & minimum 15 times i goes to SHAW WHEEL SERVICE CENTRE at kolkata, Baguihati near Jardaban to solve problems of my JUPITER SCOOTER but they dont get to give me a good service which was i got setisfied. They told me that have a CARBORATORE problmes in JUPITER SCOOTER & they told me to came 2days later but it pass 10days away but they dont take action of my JUPITER SCOOTER'S CARBORATORE. Please Take Some Action For This As soon As Posible.

                            I mohd wamish bought apache 160 cc before 3 months on 20/03/2015.From satnam motors roorkee.I m from muzaffarnagar so i gave by bike for service in muzaffarnagar rajdhani motors and On second service mechanic forgot to tight the bolt of engine oil and that's. Why my bike engine is not working properly.. they also fix engine again but still there is a problem..
                            So i hardly request you to replace my engine i want new engine it is in warrenty.

                            सर मेरी complaint का अभी तक कुछ.समाधान नही हुआ मेरी new bike का ईंजन 3 time खुल चुका हे लेकिन अभी तक ढीक नही हुआ सर मेने य़हा पर सभी डीलर से बात करली लेकिन कुछ नही हुआ तो सर मुझे नय़ा engine चहिय़े और कुछ नही वरना मै company के ऊपर कानूनी कारवाई करूगा

                                I Mr Sharad Chechar has purchased TVS PHOINIX at Ajay TVS JALNA on 29.06.15 after first servicing on 7.7.15 at Mahesh Auto Aurangabad pickup, mileage, smoothness decreased and vibration increased. I visited the service station Mahesh Auto Aurangabad two times but performance is not satisfactory . Myself repenting for purchase/ first servicing.                                     My friend P.Velu had booked for a heavy duty XL one month prior which was promised to be delivered by agreement on 14th July at 3.00 pm. Once we reached on the specified time it was told that the financial status is still pending and thus the vehicle can't be delivered. To your notice we went there to collect the vehicle only after several repeated calls of confirmation from your company. The ethical behaviour of your company staffs were really worse especially the sales manager (Nellai Tvs, vanarpettai). Also when connected to the customer care your service member named Shyam([protected]) answered in an irresponsible manner stating there was no man power in the concerned showroom and thus resulted to this. Now they say there is a need to pay additional charges for the extra parts( Bumper, etc). Your service to us was really mind blowing flop and we were forced to a situation where we had to fight with your concerned staff in the same showroom. We had to behave in such a way because we needed the vehicle for pooja and it was informed to your staff which was later promised by your staff to deliver on time yet didn’t happen. We expected quality service from your company and what we got in return was total and a pure waste of our precious time and thus our behaviour to your staffs was not deniable. Toyota stands for the world and TVS stands for us is what we thought and imagined but then it was a total opposite of what we expected as your regular customer. Thanks for your hopeless customer service and this is to bring it to your knowledge and stop this happening in the future.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam My Sister had bought a TVS Scooty Pep bike in our SRI KARPAGAMOORTHY TVS karaikudi showroom last November 8 2014. After 3 month only you would provided the bike number and RC book in 19th Feb 2015. But Still now she didn't get a Insurance Paper, My sister many times to contact directly went to the karaikudi office and through phone call also but they didn't give any response. so kindly take an action for my queries and provide her Insurance paper ASAP.                                         Respected sir, i Abhishek kumar singh purchased tvs apache Rtr 180. On 29th of june. They have made insurance on 5th of july. And my bike got stolen on 4th of july. They advice me too make a fake F.I.R. Of some other date. So i can claim insurance. Bt police advised me not to do this. Bcz its a fraud he said as per the rule u get same day insurance when u purchase a bike. Bike can't go out of showroom without insurance paper. Just file a complain in consumer forum.
