I have paid 6000 thousand downpayment and 5 EMIs of 2165 rupees so far, sir, Maja has not paid 1 EMI but pending payment till now, till now all my EMIs are complete, and in April 2025 I was walking near a well and suddenly a bull came from behind and hit me and my mobile was in my pocket, I fell into the well and my mobile got soaked in water, after that I contacted TVS employee Shivanand More and asked him to claim the insurance that was in my insurance card, after that I was given an OTP to claim my mobile insurance on [protected] and after I gave that OTP, I was asked to keep Maja mobile on Swara Mobile Shop as Shivanand More told me, I kept my mobile, after a few days I got a call and money was taken from me through phone pay scanner, Rs. 1199.95 from me, its details are also with me It is available, I am sending it in the attachment, after I sent the money, a few days later the mobile was claimed from Swara Mobile Shop and I was informed about the time of claim, after that I did not receive a call from them once, I waited for a few days and called TVS employee Shivanand More, at that time he said that the work of the mobile is going on, after waiting for a few days and today I called him again, at that time he said that your mobile cannot be claimed, I thought that the money for your mobile has been credited to TVS credit, I thought that I want the mobile back, but their senior Sachin Jadhav Sir and Anand Puri Nanded Manager thought that it cost more to fix the mobile, so your original mobile was broken. And the mobile phone got damaged and we thought we were repairing it, but I was not informed about it, and the mobile phone was repaired without telling me anything and when I requested to get the mobile phone, they said that the mobile is repaired, so you can't get it and we sent your money to TVS credit and I was told that my pending EMI was cleared. I was not informed about this change, now I am thinking that I am not receiving my mobile and they are asking for money from me from today, sir, I request that although I have insurance on my mobile, please get my mobile repaired, otherwise I will complain to the District Consumer Grievance Redressal Commission, I should get a reply to my message as soon as possible, this is my humble request...
