🚨 Extremely Disappointed with TVS Service – Shri Mishri, Anna Nagar 🚨

After my 3rd service for my TVS Ronin, I’ve faced continuous issues:

Gear lever still not smooth
Rusted steel parts after a poor water wash

Battery changed before 12 days and again problem starts. They are not reciving a single call and they hold 2-3 weeks at there service station and still my vehicle is with them. They are wasting my time and making me wait for 3-4 hours at there service station. Every one month i am facing problem in this vehicle....

3rd May 2025, vehicle TVS Jupiter given for service and received delivery acknowledgement receipt for 4th May @ 6.29pm.

I was trying to contact them by phone there is no response or attending the call for more than one hour., to understand whether the vehicle is ready to collect or not. very poor response by the sales executive and Mr, Josua (Mechanic In charge) ... when the service team could not able to attend the call why should they print the phone number in the Acknowledge form.
still now i did not receive any message to collect the vehicle.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my TVS Jupiter Smart connect scooter, which I booked with Advance amount of 50000 on[protected] in TVS showroom. During booking all the question were asked about the SMART CONNECT vehicle and showroom staff was explained that once vehicle arrived, they will connect with smart connect and all the features will be explained. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience at your SV AUTOMOTIVE PVT LTD KAKANAD on March 5th, 2025. I made a double payment (2853) for my bill, as evidenced by the attached screenshot, yet the executive and manager refused to release my scooter.

Despite showing proof of payment, I was denied my vehicle, causing unnecessary inconvenience. I needed my scooter urgently as I had to drop my daughter at school the next day. Instead of assisting me, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional.

After much frustration, I was compelled to make an additional payment to one of the executive’s personal account, yet the manager failed to provide any proof that my previous payment was not credited to your official account. This mismanagement and lack of transparency wasted my valuable time.

Due to this poor treatment and financial discrepancy, I am considering filing a formal complaint against TVS and the manager's behavior. I request an immediate resolution, necessary action against the misconduct of your staff.

We have purchase TVS Apache RTR 160 4V bike from bahadurgarh (Haryana) Rathi Motors delhi road metro Pillar no. 808 bahadurgarh - 124507 (jhajjar), at that time i worked that place. But now i move to punjab bathinda. Now I transfer bike in punjab and dept issue me punjab number. I contact your bathinda dealer for Re Issue Number Plate on date 20.11.2024 and make necessary formalities with payment rs.500/- vide receipt no.757 dt 20.11.24 they ask me for wait 1 week. After a week i contact again your dealer then he ask for broken old number plate i provide them but till date no response. On 7th October this month I received order no. 43565 containing three items ( ordered via TVS ANDROID APP ), of which one item, ie, TVS gloves (m) size is not fitting, so that I opted for L size on the same day, that is 7th October this month.
However, no initiation is taken by the company to exchange the item. Only it's showing "pending approval ".
When contacted customer care, they redirected me to here and there, confusing me
