I, rishabh sharma, apache rte 160 bike registration no. Rj14hh9368. I gave my bike to your tvs service center, near gandhinagar railway station, jaipur as regular basis. When i collected the bike from your service center. Some days after service, the vehicle developed several faults when i checked my bike one part of bike was not properly screen by which, the sound of murmuring were coming from shocker and shocked damaged when i went service center to screw that part properly he carelessly left another part unscrew. You were under a legal obligation to carry out the work on my bike with reasonble care and skill, using parts of satisfactory quality and fit for their service, as laid down by consumer protection act 1986.
