Tvs Motor Company — auto-start problem in tvs jupiter

Hi team,
I had bought a tvs jupiter grande last november i. E. Nov 2018 from rks tvs motors located at dommasandra, sarjapur road, bangalore. Bike registration number is ka 01 jc 0867. The bike is having starting problem just after 1st servicing.

After first servicing, 2 days it was fine but after that the bike had got starting issue i. E. The auto start unit didn't work and the battery also got discharged over night. I visited rks motors and the technicians/service manager there detected that there was some loose connection and so the battery discharged.

One week after that there was again same problem - battery discharged, no display and auto start unit did not function. This time the service manager checked and told that the battery was faulty and got the battery replaced.

After replacement of battery, the vehicle was working fine but again after somedays i again got starting issue. This problem has been continuing for last 8 months. Every month i have to visit rks motors for this starting issue. Everytime the service manager there used to do some workaround and got the issue solved. But this issue is now being persistent and repeititive.

I do doubt now that the charging unit in the vehicle might be faulty as a result, starting issue comes back again and again even after using the vehicle regularly. The technicians including service manager here in rks motors are not able to identify the issue and so i am writing to the company now for urgent help.

Could you please send one of your company's engineer to check my two wheeler properly and identify if there is any fault in my vehicle? Its really very troublesome for me to visit the service centre now and then for such starting issue in the vehicle. Please arrange to depute your company engineer soon to check my vehicle properly and do the necessary repair permanently.
