My name is prashant ande. I have purchased jupiter from tvs kalamkar hadapsar on 7 july 2019. It seems that tvs company sold me old jupiter by renewing its color and body. Because both the wheels alignment is not proper. I started facing pain on shoulder.

Both the wheels are out and jammed. I spoke with the manager pratiksha jagtap and did not got any response from her. They just said it will be repaired.

My question is if it is new jupiter then why both the wheels alignment is not proper.???

I did not receive a callback from respective team for any trouble,
Following is my complaint reference
"greetings from tvs-m. Your complaint ref. No -65379. U will be contacted as soon as possible. Thanking you, tvs customer care team."

Why i am not getting any response from tvs kalamkar team, they just said we will repair. These people don't have well skilled technical to resolve this problem. They changed the rare wheel from my jupiter and when they opened from wheel found that the bearing was damaged. How come new vehicle bearing is damaged???

We have paid entire money to buy new vehicle not an old vehicle from you.
Kindly exchange my vehicle with new one or else return my entire money.

I am so frustrated with the service and fake commitment from tvs kalamkar management team.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

    Dear all,

    As per the subjected matter, i have a apache 180 bsiv (Old model) in white colour. I have some problem in my bike from my third service. I have already complained in service centre where i complete my service on time to time. Their reply for my complaint is very shocking.

    The problem in my bike is written as follow:-

    1:-when i ride my bike on the speed of 40 to 50 km/h, then bike handle is moving right and left (Like snake). I visit service centre from my third service to till date. But their answer is that:-

    1:-your bike cone set can be changed due to jam issue, but we don’t have any stock of cone set at this time (On third service) when my bike kilometre is 6000 km. He give the assurance when in come back again for next service he will change my cone set. I put that question is this cone set is changed in under-warranty? So manger reply that we talk with our service engineer, if they give approval then we will change your cone set in under warranty.

    Second time when i go for 4th service of my bike, then i asked my previous complaint, so the manger is replied that the cone set not available till now. And again i am asking for the reply for your service engineer (Mr. Paras ji). The manager said that he do not receive our call when he receive our call we will update you. But from 4 th service to 5 th service i did not get any response from the service centre and service engineer.

    Again i come for 5th and last service of my bike, so i talk again for my complaint status with the maneger, he replied me that his service engineer denied for the replacement for cone set of my bike because of this part does not come in warranty.

    So, i read warranty rules & regulation in my bike booklet, i do not see such of any statement that “the cone set does not come in warranty”.

    After that i contact in service center they told me that kindly contact with our service engineer (Mr. Paras ji). I call him but he did not receive my call, his number is that which is given in service centre:-[protected].

    After 15 days, i got a call from service center, one of a girl is talk with me and asked me about service & my bike complaint & rating.

    I replied that my complaint do not resolved till now, she replied me that i try to talk with our senior and replied you as soon as possible.

    From 5th service to till date i did not get any response from your engineer side and this girl who call me for feedback for service.

    If you want to cross check for this complaint kindly check my job card which is created by service center.

    As per the above matter, i want reply asap.

      I have purchased a tvs apache rtr 1604v dual disc brake bike in the month of dec 2018.

      On the second day itself i had a issue smoke came from break liner i informed to the showroom about this but they said it is new bike so initially it happens like that they told. After my first service i had a issue and at my second service the break liner as gone and it was damaged my break plate.

      Showroom people changed the break liner but i told o change the entire set they told me to wait for some day if again any issue comes then they told they will change it.

      Again after third service same problem back break was not working so that time they rectified he issue is with break liner so they told that they will replace it.

      I waited for 45 days after that still no replacement twice i left my bike in showroom for 2 days but no use, i am a marketing person i cant leave my bike more days already 4 days of loss of pay for me due to this issue and now in my bike back break is not at all working and i was travelling on that bike by putting my life in risk.

      Now due to the negligence of showroom the disc liner, disc pad and disc plate every thing damaged.

      Now who is responsible for this.

        I bought the vehicle on june 13th 2019 still now i didn't get the number plate.
        Whenever i am calling velan tvs there is no proper response from them.
        This is the worst customer service which i saw in my life.
        Please help me getting the number plate.
        If not i am going to get the number plate outside.
        I am thinking that i have chosed the wrong showroom for buying the vehicle.

          My jupiter scooty having problem since i bought it on nov 2017. I complaint at least 5 times and it appears to be resolved last november after intervention of senior level.
          But this year again as rainy season started problem reoccurring and i can use the scooter anymore. I earlier said there must be some manufacturing defect and the service centre is taking some temporary measure to resolve the problem.

            I am satya narayan sen. I have a new tvs apache 160 4v. My bikes silencer so many loud when bike is running. I registered complaints since 3months in tvs service centre in my city. But they can't solve my bikes problem. When i call to service centre they will not take my call. I m a college student so for me bike is much neccessary. So i think you sould solve my problem to contact with tvs.

              Sir I bought a rtr 160 4v from g.s. motors kirana mandi ghaziabad on 15 may 2019.after 1st service i have faced many issue just like unwanted noise from front & rear brakes, and this type of noise is also come from other parts. i told many time from your service station they only clean the brake or do nothing.
              problem is still same. your staff is good but my problem is not solve by them. so i want full check of my bike. this is a humble request to you. In 2 months i have faced my problem. tvs is good company so i have rtr but dont no that i have faced many problem in just 2 months.so sir please help me.

                Dear sir iam satish kumar i lived in vijayawada i purchased new tvs star city plus in casa tvs show room in gudiwada, andhra pradesh in september[protected].engine number X1D625FF12J1G01446(old stock or defective vehicle)after three or four days vehicle breakdown reason battery down problem..my vehicle servicing in casa tvs in vijayawada.two days battary charging after given my vehicle.but this vehicle that day to still today problem problem problem.three or four times fuse burning, 4 to 5 times vehicle servicing in casa tvs in vijayawada not solve the problem.every time some reasons(battery clips loose contect, wiring kit, etc) but problem not solved.suffering from this vehicle.two days back battery and relay coil burned do what you do.servicing centre persons says relay coil not warranty do what you do please solve the problem or please taken back defective vehicle.iam used previous vehicles(hero honda, honda shine )very good working but tvs bad.someone says tvs good .very bad and disppointed.iam going tomorrow gudiwada casa tvs show room service or return THE VEHICLE

                  My Apache got its service done on 02/07/19 at tvs service center bhiwani (haryana).since that day bike is not starting well.i took it to service center where they did temporary work.bike has same issue till now.they were trying to fool me by not telling what the actual problem is.plz solve it as soon as possible.
                  I purchased tvs ntorq from hassan tvs sri krishna motors. But after 2 days vehicle is not getting start. Even registration also not over vehicle is down. This seen the poor build quality from tvs side.

                    I had given my tvs scooty pep plus for servicing at thaly tvs porvorim. After servicing while recieving bike i found oil refill plug was fully loose and tuning done was very fast leading to vibrations of bike. Oil was dripping out of oil plug.

                    Same was informed to service advisor (SIDDESH) who was not at all technically knowledgable and works manager (RAVIKANT SHETYE).

                    If this bike was recieved by layman having no technical knowledge than he could have met with accident or damaged his bike due to oil leakage.

                    I want feedback on what actions are taken for this casual approach of above persons.

                    Very sorry to ssy that such people will put the TVS Brand down in eyes of people.

                    Also they had charged me money for oil (220) and some battery terminal solution costing rs 40.

                      Hi team,

                      I purchased tvs 160 4v in july 2018. It was fine till 8000 km, after that it started giving huge noise, i gave it for service they said like needs to change the disk plate on both wheels. I surprised since it is a new bike, how come it failed within a short span of time.

                      I said ok, please change the disk plates. I was an impression that it's under warranty but they asked me to pay around 1400. Can you please clarify what are all the parts under warranty?

                        I got my bike during feb, 2019 and gave it for service at srivari tvs showroom for service twic. One at 1800 kms and second time at 4000 kms. They didn't perform the service properly after 2 days of service, my bike stopped on the way to office. I had to call tvs road service and they towed it to nearby service center (Om shiva sakthi service centre, royapettah) on 27th june, 2019. Still i didn't receive my vehicle they initially said there is valve opened in the head and now they claim that there is manufacturing defect in bearing as there are no balls in the bearing which makes more noise in the bike.
                        I want a quick fix. Pls help

                            The parts are not strong.in star city plus side stand is not at all in the angle to stand safe. Have a look at it practically. The mirror inside ring breaks quite often. But we can not change that ring only (Screwed with 3 screws). It is not only waste of money but mirror though it is good yet waste. Rod waste. Garbage at national level just because of a small ring be replaced. Very bad planning in parts making.

                              Hello sir

                              I had purchased tvs jupiter before 1 year ago, in starting it works good. But 1 year later means now self start not working, and kick also not working... Than i used to take this to nearest service center of tvs, problem solved partially, but now scooty gonna off itself it's off automatically when use break.

                              Tvs service man not able to find the issue. What i do now it's so pain. Please solved my issue as soon as possible or replace my scooty if you are not able to find the issue. Please take hard action on it for this critical issue. Previously i was using honda activa that was better. I choose tvs jupiter first time that's was my life biggest mistake i think. If my problem not solved i will give negative reviews by proof so any other person can not choose jupiter

                                  I have purchased one TVS NTORQ scooty from one of your sub-dealer M/s Bimala Motors on (taken the vehicle from your dealer Shaw Motors, titagarh, Barrackpur, west bengal) 07th April 2019 and did a great mistake. even after 02 months from clearing the entire payment, I have not received my tax-token, my vehicle registration no or any other purchase related document which may enable me to drive the vehicle. this is most unfortunate thing for me that last 02 month it is lying with me as nothing but a toy piece. i cordially request you to initiate necessary action in regard and get my registration related activities completed so that at least this piece of agony become of some use to me. i am sorry say but your dealer m/s shaw auto is simply 'worthless' . my vehicle detail are as follows : Engine no.                                     I am prabhakar singh my new bike tvs apache rtr 160 4v purchase in 29 february 2019. I have complaints about my new. Firstly when i buy new tvs apache rtr 160 4v there was a problem of back side break jaam. I suffer lots at that time; eventually the problem was resolved. Then after i m done with 1st and 2nd free servicing on time i have another electrical problem with my new tvs apache rtr 160 4v and this is an serious issue of may be. While riding bike suddenly stops at several times.
                                    So i request you to take serious attention on my problems with bike on urgent basis. I want it resolved by today itself.

                                        I have brought a Jupiter on 14april 2019, since the 2nd day the bike started vibrating as if I have been provided with a second hand bike. I brought it from TVS century, dapodi, Pune. They assured me that they will fix it in the first servicing and kept my new bike in the service center for 4 days opened up all the parts and did all their r&d in to it and didn't find any solution. And then they diverted me to another service center at bhandarkar road, pune, which according to them has the best mechanic. They also did all the same activities and had no solution. And they say this is normal, all they did till now is fooled me around. This is the worst experience I had with TVS. The bike is having manufacturing defect and the only solution is replacement. I need immediate action from TVS, I have not decided to waste my money. Kindly revert. (The worst part is these mechanic and manager they "give up" saying that "Sir, that's all that we can do from our side")

                                        I didn't get the OTP for the complaint I raised, neither I got any call from the concern person. Mr. bhide, the service manager of Pune for TVS century is now directing me to another person, and he is not ready to accept his fault that he is unable to resolve my problem, saying that it's normal. Even though I told him that I can prove that it is not normal he is kind of fooling me around..I wonder if the manager itself is so filthy what trust can we have on TVS . I need my bike to be replaced.. pls help.
