With the deepest regret i am writing this to inform you that, my vehicle met with an accident and we went there in the trichur tvs, gossayikunnu, kuriyachira, thrissur june last week. We replaced the part and paid the money at that time. As per the confirmation from mr. Sudhir (Works manager) we went there to claim the amount after 10 days. But that time the money was not ready with them and he asked us to come next day. Like wise we visited your showroom more than 5 times. But we were getting same reply from him and today also we contacted him. He was talking over phone so arrogantly as a customer which was really unbearable for me.

All knows that customer is the king, please taught the same to your staffs.

    I have bought the bike in dec 2018 and from the first service itself they were supposed to use synthetic oil but they didn't. Now the engine is making cracking sound and oil is draining very fast. I almost lost the hole in service centre as there is no consistency in service.

    Engine exhaust were smoking white and engine heated up rapidly after riding one km. I reported this to tvs motors where i didn't even get complaint number. The service centre is very bad and they won't address the issue. I need to fight for justice against the tvs motors for negligence and customer harrassment

      auto-start problem in tvs jupiter

      Hi team,
      I had bought a tvs jupiter grande last november i. E. Nov 2018 from rks tvs motors located at dommasandra, sarjapur road, bangalore. Bike registration number is ka 01 jc 0867. The bike is having starting problem just after 1st servicing.

      After first servicing, 2 days it was fine but after that the bike had got starting issue i. E. The auto start unit didn't work and the battery also got discharged over night....

        I own a 7 month old apache rtr 160 4v. I got some issues earlier but resolved eventually. Now i am facing new problem. Today i had a ride of about half an hour in city traffic. As i reached my destination, i noticed a wierd noise coming from engine or somewhere near it, kind of screeching sound. Hence i wanted to bring this to company's notice kindly fix the issue as early as possible.

        The problem was of defective muffler. The service centre replaced the old with new one. And the vehicle feels good now. Thank you TVS.

        Since i have taken the bike after a month of riding i found a bump on tire which is not visible wen im riding and appears suddenly after somedays it lasted till 13months now it is moving totally ...it a manufacturing defect but company is not solving my problem... kindly find me a replacement...

          My self amarnath m... I have purchased tvs ntorq red on august 2108 from sri surya tvs palani, tamilnadu... Last month before 15 days i got starting problem in the vehicle... I took the vehicle via tempo van...in showroom they checked and told it is an plug problem... After 2 days they delivered the vehicle... That time vehicle was ok... Now today (29/07/19) i got the same problem.. Already i have spend an 600rs ft tempo van to took the vehicle... Now what i have to do... I request you to kindly rectify the same at the eatlist... The service in the show room was worst to the core...

            I have just inform to you service of Jupiter very poor I have visited the service center 24/02/2019
            Regarding 2nd service of my scooter with appointment first dilvery of vehicle on appointment it's take 3hrs, 2nd is the mechanic of vehicle not traind and one of the sweeper cum( polish wala)
            Doing the service of my Jupiter
            3rd one pick up avg check
            Than he not aware to how to check average of vehicle on machine he take to much time to check avg of vehicle, finally he push the button of machine bike And than check avg avg of Jupiter showing 82km per ltr, I m shocked to see the way of servicing
            Please look into the matter other wise I have to go consumer court

              I have purchased a 160 4v apache from ps jivraj pvt ltd asansol one of your showroom in asansol on 20th jan 2019. I have paid rs.1250 extra for temporary registration from durgapur.
              Inspite of following up for several times with showroom manager he has given false commitments that i will get the registration done shortly but till date i have received the registration no. Is it the kind of services tvs motors is providing to there customers. I deeply regret this kind poor service by ps jivraj.

                  1)Handle/Fork/Suspension/tyre alignment problems are repeted even after 2 services from Authorized Service Centre. 2)Engine/Fan/Silencer was sounding too much everyday.

                  Your company service center people (both gollapudi and chuttuhunta) had no concern about my scooty they are just acting before that they did something.

                    For the past two years, i use to given my scooty pep plus for service (Amc) in vijay tvs at chidambaram, 1. They never solve my complaints 2. Every time they suggested to change some parts i used to pay as they suggest 3. Now they are saying engine problems, baring problems, it will be so expensive if i want to solve it, they asked me to change my scooty pep even though six years old. 4. Every time they steal my petrol which i have filled in my scooty pep.
                    Past two years i have paid and suffered a lot with them hence i am filing complaints

                        I am having a 1 year 2 months old apache 160 4v fi, i am having problem with my battery charging system. So i wanted to claim warranty for it but the service manager said he would have to ask his senior officer. I wanted to know the procedure for warranty applying. From beginning i am facing a lot of problems with my bike 😞 i have already installed a new battery and i don't want more of these inconveniences. I hope you will resolve my problem and calim the warranty and don't break my trust in tvs

                            I am always choose the scooty peps. There are three vehiles were purchased since jun 2000.

                            2 i given the purchasing order which was issued by canteen stores deparment, bangalore to dealer of bharath tvs, jayanagar 11 jul 19 and they have advised to wait for more than 10 days. Buy sill no response either phone or email.

                            3. For regn of new vehicles with rto :- 3 days only compare to other dealers. Regn 1 days, allotment of regn no 2 day. And issue of rc card 3 days.
                            If i go for complaints with our approving authority col kapoor,. This will affect to the tvs

                              Hie this is karthick sankar actually we brought ntorq at last year recently we had a problem back tyre removed during the time of the driving after that we did the service at 29/06/2019 they did. after 20days the vechile got engine jam without information of proper service it will be happen they dont inform any thing they told vechile is good now its engine jam...lot of the clints are facing more problem in that showroom and service they motive one and only the money...i enclose the service bill also pls take action against the showroom...

                                Hii there i am from bareilly and today i want to get my tvs apache 200 for service at ur retail stor grover moter bareilly which is at station road and firstly they told me that it will take onlly 1 hr for service even i came back after 5 to 6 hr my bike is not ready nd in morning they told parts are available and now they are telling that no parts are available and it will take around 15 to 20 days seriously just for mudguard nd after that they told. Me that washing is also not availabe amd they already charge 1250 ruppe just for tighten some jut bolt even they charge me extra for tapping couple of wire and after the manager is arguing with me that u can use local part etc etc is this ur service nd when i leave my bike to service centre the not a single bike r there for service my bike is the first to be serviced and you have also a program {smile forever} that promise u will give the bike with in 60 min i am really upset with this outlet and i buy my bike from this outlet only even then this is happing and manager of service department is just seated in his cabin listening song and when i ask for tvs branch manager no they shouted on me and decline to gave me no and told me i am the branch manager please get a action on this many coustumer are getting bad service here and manager also eating tobacco on duty really is this a service of indias number one bike company

                                Petrol issue at the given time there is one bar or petrol as shome in moniter of bike and now not a single bar is there

                                  My name is prashant ande. I have purchased jupiter from tvs kalamkar hadapsar on 7 july 2019. It seems that tvs company sold me old jupiter by renewing its color and body. Because both the wheels alignment is not proper. I started facing pain on shoulder.

                                  Both the wheels are out and jammed. I spoke with the manager pratiksha jagtap and did not got any response from her. They just said it will be repaired.

                                  My question is if it is new jupiter then why both the wheels alignment is not proper.???

                                  I did not receive a callback from respective team for any trouble,
                                  Following is my complaint reference
                                  "greetings from tvs-m. Your complaint ref. No -65379. U will be contacted as soon as possible. Thanking you, tvs customer care team."

                                  Why i am not getting any response from tvs kalamkar team, they just said we will repair. These people don't have well skilled technical to resolve this problem. They changed the rare wheel from my jupiter and when they opened from wheel found that the bearing was damaged. How come new vehicle bearing is damaged???

                                  We have paid entire money to buy new vehicle not an old vehicle from you.
                                  Kindly exchange my vehicle with new one or else return my entire money.

                                  I am so frustrated with the service and fake commitment from tvs kalamkar management team.

                                  Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                    Dear all,

                                    As per the subjected matter, i have a apache 180 bsiv (Old model) in white colour. I have some problem in my bike from my third service. I have already complained in service centre where i complete my service on time to time. Their reply for my complaint is very shocking.

                                    The problem in my bike is written as follow:-

                                    1:-when i ride my bike on the speed of 40 to 50 km/h, then bike handle is moving right and left (Like snake). I visit service centre from my third service to till date. But their answer is that:-

                                    1:-your bike cone set can be changed due to jam issue, but we don’t have any stock of cone set at this time (On third service) when my bike kilometre is 6000 km. He give the assurance when in come back again for next service he will change my cone set. I put that question is this cone set is changed in under-warranty? So manger reply that we talk with our service engineer, if they give approval then we will change your cone set in under warranty.

                                    Second time when i go for 4th service of my bike, then i asked my previous complaint, so the manger is replied that the cone set not available till now. And again i am asking for the reply for your service engineer (Mr. Paras ji). The manager said that he do not receive our call when he receive our call we will update you. But from 4 th service to 5 th service i did not get any response from the service centre and service engineer.

                                    Again i come for 5th and last service of my bike, so i talk again for my complaint status with the maneger, he replied me that his service engineer denied for the replacement for cone set of my bike because of this part does not come in warranty.

                                    So, i read warranty rules & regulation in my bike booklet, i do not see such of any statement that “the cone set does not come in warranty”.

                                    After that i contact in service center they told me that kindly contact with our service engineer (Mr. Paras ji). I call him but he did not receive my call, his number is that which is given in service centre:-[protected].

                                    After 15 days, i got a call from service center, one of a girl is talk with me and asked me about service & my bike complaint & rating.

                                    I replied that my complaint do not resolved till now, she replied me that i try to talk with our senior and replied you as soon as possible.

                                    From 5th service to till date i did not get any response from your engineer side and this girl who call me for feedback for service.

                                    If you want to cross check for this complaint kindly check my job card which is created by service center.

                                    As per the above matter, i want reply asap.
