As per the subjected matter, i have a apache 180 bsiv (Old model) in white colour. I have some problem in my bike from my third service. I have already complained in service centre where i complete my service on time to time. Their reply for my complaint is very shocking.
The problem in my bike is written as follow:-
1:-when i ride my bike on the speed of 40 to 50 km/h, then bike handle is moving right and left (Like snake). I visit service centre from my third service to till date. But their answer is that:-
1:-your bike cone set can be changed due to jam issue, but we don’t have any stock of cone set at this time (On third service) when my bike kilometre is 6000 km. He give the assurance when in come back again for next service he will change my cone set. I put that question is this cone set is changed in under-warranty? So manger reply that we talk with our service engineer, if they give approval then we will change your cone set in under warranty.
Second time when i go for 4th service of my bike, then i asked my previous complaint, so the manger is replied that the cone set not available till now. And again i am asking for the reply for your service engineer (Mr. Paras ji). The manager said that he do not receive our call when he receive our call we will update you. But from 4 th service to 5 th service i did not get any response from the service centre and service engineer.
Again i come for 5th and last service of my bike, so i talk again for my complaint status with the maneger, he replied me that his service engineer denied for the replacement for cone set of my bike because of this part does not come in warranty.
So, i read warranty rules & regulation in my bike booklet, i do not see such of any statement that “the cone set does not come in warranty”.
After that i contact in service center they told me that kindly contact with our service engineer (Mr. Paras ji). I call him but he did not receive my call, his number is that which is given in service centre:-[protected].
After 15 days, i got a call from service center, one of a girl is talk with me and asked me about service & my bike complaint & rating.
I replied that my complaint do not resolved till now, she replied me that i try to talk with our senior and replied you as soon as possible.
From 5th service to till date i did not get any response from your engineer side and this girl who call me for feedback for service.

As per the above matter, i want reply asap.
