Hello tvs motors,
I bought a scooter jupiter on 2017 at pla. Tvs trichy, tamilnadu. When i delivered it having mfd defect in that. Showroom members told that, we are not responcible for that anymore. How to solve that??.. Especially two persons in that showroom who has named sathya & mahendrakumar are service advisor, service manager accordingly. My scooter's fork assembly is very damaged. Till now giving service at pla tvs periodically....

This my complaint
I m purchase tvs jupiter grand edition scooty date of purchase 16.03.2019 and my 1st service done in 749 km done. I m not satisfied your service because scooty not taking self any time. This is very sad. I m spend the rest 71000 but not happy for your service provider. Tvs dynamic service center raja puri dwarka. I m facing big problem all time because self is not working this is not good....

I am benjamin from ludhiana and got my juliet from rudra motors and months back i had problem and they send me to laxmi motors and from there i also got an amc done now rudra motors said that amc is not valid at their service station. While on selling me amc lacking motors did not mentioned that this ancient is valid only on there service station....

Subject: i m not able to claim my amc service coupon as the service centre tvs atulya wheel nasik is closed from last 2 months
I had issued with amc coupon on 22 nov 2018 for my tvs apache rtr 180 for four free services from tvs atulya nasik

And i had claimed two service but now when i visit the service...

Facing a lot of trouble due to the staff members at tvs kalamkar motors while purchase they assured number will be given in 5working days its been 20days there is no response from kalamkar tvs motors neither they have given any bill nor insurance papers. I am having my vehicle without number plate and staff is not providing any information and staff is too pathetic there none of the numbers working which they have provided. Inpolite and unprofessional...

I serviced tvs ntorq vehicle in arunagiri tvs bomanahalli on 24/05/2019 with job card no: jc_no:54849 with complaint of self start and front wheel problem. Both the issues are not resolved just they did water cleaning and gave the vehicle. After frequent visit also they did not took my vehicle for repair. Now they are saying you need to visit battery point to check the condition of battery
1) if the battery is faulty why they did not...

Never buy TVS bike . Faulty bikes made by TVS company.And never buy bikes from Suryapratap motors as well.Recently I bought Ntorque from surya pratap motors bangalore .After buying within one week only it gave starting problem .so many times it has stopped in the ring road .Bellandur, near to eco space while coming back from office .My friends suggested that go for honda activa as it is a proven product and they have been using Honda activa...

I had purchased tvs rtr 200 4v 7 days back on 14 june 2019 and i am facing so many part failure issue in this model. I want the piece to be replaced with another one.

Bike has no kick and bike stops self start always, so do we need to have person always with us to push from back??? This is really disgusting and worst bike i have ever drove and seen......

With due respect i would like to inform you that on 22/06/2019 i have visited the tvs mohan motors of tinsukia, assam in order to get my bike registration card as well as the number plate. However at the peak time of the afternoon, despite being the dealer busy, the receptionist was not there. I had to wait there for atleast half an hour. I have asked a few times to the dealer person but no good response have been got to me by them. Therefore...

Yesterday I purchased a TVS Apache RTR 160 from Adityanarain TVS, Nagwa Lanka Varanasi. They have delivered me a damaged bike when i talked to dealer they have not treated me good they blamed me onwards that i have damaged the part. I feel very helpless when they said the damaged is done by you. I have given them my 2 months salary.
Kindly help me i am a common man i am not that powerful person which they are. Help me please....

Very Very worst product.

I bought on[protected]. i'm facing lots and lots issue and even if we change the spare it's waste of time and money at least provide a quality product for the money we pay. i bought this bike 9 months itself I've changed below spare parts for this bike.
1. Silence Assembly
2. Accelerator wire cable
3. Rear disk
4. Air Filter
5. Petrol take tube

I have purchased TVS apache 160 4v from OM TVS Pul Prahladpur Delhi with the registration No. DL3SEC6469 in Nov.2018. First time I received the RC but father's name & address was wrong on it. Then I ask the same to Mr. Sunil in OM TVS . He has send the RC for correction in end of Dec. 2018, but till now I am waiting for the RC.

I am daily asking to Mr. Sunil for the status of it but he is not...

Starting Problem. Plug Sort after running 40 to 50 kilometers.
Within one month three Plugs were changed.
Sushil Automobiles is changes TWO parts but still then after running for 40 to 50 kilometers both self and kick are not functioning. Informed several times, taken the vehicle 10 times to Sushil Automobiles but problem was not yet shorted out.

The mechanic is unable to find out the fault...

I would like to bring my unsatisfactory experience I had at your repair shop on December 2018 onwards. After completing 4 services still the mileage and leakage of black smoke repeated. I had been a trusted on your company and gain a good services for bikes but totally unsatisfactory experience.
I would like to request the agreed upon repairs or replacing the bike. Thanks for your time and consideration....

I have bought TVs Jupiter a week ago.It was picked from Sai baba tvs showroom, hinjewadi, pune.It is not giving me avg above 20 even though I have used it for 3 days. It was given under observation for 2 days by saying issue will be solved.Still it is in same condition.Even If i accelerate it to full, it is giving jerks and not getting speed above 20 at full acceleration.I have paid for smooth service ....
