Hello,
I'm pranay kariya, owner of tvs apache rtr 200 4v, i've given my motorcycle for service on dated 24.11.19 at 9.35am.
As per the commitment from service centre authorities my bike servicing should be done by 5.30pm and i can collect after that time, despite going service to collect my bike at 6pm my bike was in same condition as i left in the morning, despite that they claimed my bike service will be done by 7pm.
When i reached the serive centre at 7.15pm my bike was not even touched for service.
Is this how the customers of tvs should be treated?!?

    I request the nut bolt on the side stand of the bike star city + made by your company is not available.
    If you are not getting it then your company should have issued this guideline while purchasing the vehicle. If the nut bolt of its stand is defective, then you will have to get your entire stand inserted, in which you will have to put a stand of 5 times the price of the nut bolt.
    When we told the service advisor while doing service in the company, he dared us

      unprofessional staff of supreme auto

      The entire staff of TVS supreme auto located in Ulhasnagar is unprofessional especially the sales lady Riya Sen. We went to close the deal of TVS Jupiter Standard model today, the way Riya was talking to us it was like as if she is donating us for free. It is no way talking to a senior citizen like this, especially when you are in sales....

      Its been almost a year since i picked up a tvs ntorq 125. At the usage of few months, it started to having petrol leak. Then we contacted the showroom (Cement junction, nattokam, kottayam, kerala) and took the vehicle to the showroom, they said they changed the parts and also said the damage was fixed after service. But this damage is still being done.in no way, they are correcting it. Now we have contacted the showroom almost a number of times. This has been repeated several times. But damage has not been fully resolved due to their irresponsibility. That's why i submit this complaint and as a consumer i want to get my complaint rectified as soon as possible.

        My name is chindam naresh i purchase a tvs jupiter at rangaraya automotives, gopala swamy temple on 02/02/2019. But i am staying at hyderabad near lower tank bund, gandhi nagar.

        I have a problem with shanthi tvs workshop near by shanthi tvs showroom at ashok nagar, i am trying to complete my vehicle servicing from last one week, but no one is responding and saying everytime bookings are closed bring some othertime.

        From one week saying same thing today i reach work shop at 8:30 my vehicle is a 3rd week for servicing but the employee said today is not possible for servicing, this is the third time i am facing a problem. Even from last one week there is no time to complete servicing for one week, this is not fair.

        Because of this there is a waste time for two weekends and five working days, purchase of vehicle thousands of rupees wasted through emis, if any internal spare parts is damaged due to late servicing who is responsible, how should we know what happened with the vehicle.

        Irritating from last one week with this workshop. Employees are smart worker if anything will happened due to this i would like to case a file on this issue.

        Servicing center is very small no safety precautions and more vehicles are coming for servicing today morning i saw so many vehicles are came for servicing within 1 hours but there is no time to do the servicing.

        Employees are less, servicing center if very small, no safety precautions vehicles are putting outside without any safety,

        Previously servicing was done in the month of july so the time comes for last service to my vehicles, last saturday said bookings are more not possible, from last saturday to till today 24/11/2019, listerning same thing.

        Please take the complaint and resolve my issues asap.

          I have purchased tvs jupiter with full payment from saibaba tvs showroom hinjawadi, pune. After 10days purchesing i got a call from saibaba for rto passing processes but unfortunately i lost my side mirror and tool kit from showroom itself. On next day mr. Manager (Mr. More and sales girl laxmi) promised me that they will check cctv cameras and we will provide home delivery for lost material. Now its been almost 2 to 3 weeks they are still checking cctvs. Also sales girl not picking my calls. 2 3 weeks with out side mirror i can't ride my bike if something happens who will be responsible. Still now i haven't got any call from them. I really don't know what type of service they are providing. Now i want to raise this compliment officially. My bad luck i purchased jupiter from saibaba show room

            Bought an apache rtr 4v 11 months back and experiencing a popping noise from the silencer whenever im decelerating it or leaving idle. Raised compliant while giving service but still not getting any solution. Service station people are not taking this is an issue as they feel it is not a problem, but in complaint section ive noticed people getting a replacement for their silencer for free of cost. This noise from the vehicle gives an overall ugly look to the vehicle and seems like choking itself.

              Hello team,

              I have purchased tvs wego last year & it has completed 1 year but not 2year. Now the battery of wego is dead & local service showroom team is asking extraordinary story & asking money. Is this the quality of tvs motors?
              So kindly let me know the warranty period for the same asap.

              If all tvs motors vehicle are of same kind than i would like to go for other brands by selling this & i would cancel my next buying plan of tvs apache.

              I'm very depressed with tvs motors quality services.

                I haev tvs apache 2007 red colour model. i have to change the front suspension oil seal as it is leakage. they have told me that my inner tube is also dmaged & need to replace the same. the total invoice amount is rs. 3460. i have just cross check with tvs customer support team to know the mrp inner tube for my location which is rs. 1075 but same cost me rs. 2200. i have asked the same with service centre senior mr. jeetu patil & didn't get conviencing answer.

                  I have cash purchased tvs apache 160 upg from tvs authorised dealer shaw auto, 81/3/6, jessore road (North) east udayrajpur, madhyamgram, kolkata - 700129, vide invoice no 01606 dated 15.10.2019 & paid rto charges to dealer vide bill no 1052 dated 15.10.2019, but after sales their behavior was so much furious, i have repeatedly contact with them for rto work but they dont look this matter, after 41 days i have made this complain to you, kindly do necessary action, after sales service is very much dis satisfactory.

                    Hi I Bought TVS Jupiter Zx from sub dealer called Samarat Motors Mr. Verma mob no: [protected] wherein he gave us a invoice of TVS Distributor Mr. Bacchan Mob NO: in May 2017. Registration was of Panvel RTO & Mr. Verma asked us wait for 3/4 months for getting Registration No.. after chasing him both gave us Registration No: MH46BC8655. we got printed also, and original RC asked us to wait. since we do not stay in Panvel house we thought may be it went returned or something. when I checked on VAHAN the said above number is not on my name, even Engine & chasis number is different. it is fraud. Mr. Verma has closed his shop in July 2017 only. he is not picking up our phone. we tried to meet Main Distributor Matrix TVS Mr. Bacchan but he is not helping.

                      I have bought my new bike tvs apache rtr 4v on dated[protected], till now i haven't received my rc and vehicle number from tvs showroom (Bajrangboli automobiles, kampur, nagaon, assam) i have enquired in the showroom and got to know that they have received the rc book from rto, but, they're completely clueless and not giving proper replies on how will i get my rc and number. I have been chasing them every day and still getting variety of excuses rather than solutions.

                      Please help me file a complaint against the showroom and get my rc book and vehicle number asap

                        I have purchased tvs wego on emi in 2015 on the name of narayana swamy from srinivasa motor. So i have been paying amount every month as per emi. Due to some medical issues emi was not paid for 2 months in 2017, due to that the credit executive (Mr. Ravi) from tvs credit ltd. Taken back our vehicle without giving any prior notice. The vehicle was not in use as the registration was pending. At that time i had completed the emi amout rs. 60650 and after taking my vehicle by show room i have paid rs.10900/- on 16/02/2017 for 4 months emi at a time, after paying also i have not received tvs wego back, we went to srinivasa motors executive (Ravi) for more than 5 times he is postponing the dates for giving back of my vehicle but not given. I have paid total of emi rs.71550/-and agreement closing date on 05/12/2017 last date but no one gave any information, and also agreement status is still live. Kindly we request you to please claim the amount or help us to take back our vehicle.

                          I buyed tvs jupiter in dec 2017 on installments.
                          I cleared all the dues till jan 2019, but they have not issued me noc regarding my loan. More over the authorities of tvs agency in hoshiarpur have not supported and serviced me properly and there attitude towards the customers are not goods. Iam not satisfied with customer service and so in-future i will not suggest anybody to buy any tvs products.

                            I am getting noise sound from engine, two weeks back i gave for paid services in ramkay services, chennai

                            But yesterday i gave to ramkay service center again for getting gear shifting noise from engine, they checked and updates me us some bearing need to replace from wheel.

                            I bought this on sep 13 2018, most of the time i am facing this kind of issue, some parts are not working and some part are damaged, could you please check with expects service man or replace the bike to new bike
                            If in case after warranty completed means i need to pay this kind of problem again and again, then y i bought new bike, till now bike ran only 8600 kn only in between i am facing so many complaints from bike.

                            I think its manufacture defects bike, i bought

                              I had paid the full amount of bill but was not satisfied as the job specified by me was not completed and i had to visit the service centre again and again and also lost the petrol worth rs. 500 to rs. 700 due to mechanics negligence and not completing the work and also not giving response to the customers and ignoring them and commuting to the service centre is also not easy so please its a request to resolve the problem and look into it as its a serious concern for consumer protection. My vehicle is apache rtr 200 and registered number is gj 12 dd 5024.

                                There is some issue which i am facing with my tvs jupiter as it's handling that it goes left everytime when i ride my scooter, i have already shown the same issue to almost 5-6 mechanics but nobody is able to resolve the issue everybody says that its the issue with "chimta" but everything is perfect not a single damage is there in my scooty, i would request the tvs team if they could resolve my issues i'm ready to pay the desired amount. It would be a great help from your side. Thanks

                                  As per his sales engineer he told us we will give you ladies helmet at the time of delivery but at the time of delivery they told me that we will give you in next 7 days now around 100 days complete i went no of time show room and no of time call him but they always manipulate us please take an action and resolve my issue for continue public trust on tvs for better public relations between tvs and public trust.

                                      Hey, i have purchase tvs apache 180 1 month ago. The speedometer of my bike is not working good i already complaint about it in the agency they told me to wait for 10 days after 10 days i have reached there but they haven't that speedometer which i told them to arrange and they also didn't given me the service book till now the employers of this agency doesn't know how to behave with the buyers please take an immediate action i purchased bike from shree balaji tv's hisar
