Hi,
I am an owner of tvs jupiter, and it has just crossed a year & ran 5300 km. Now i m facing issue with self starter, battery is dead, & i had to replace it paying 1500, i am really disappointed with this, as a company like yours is not looking into such issues. I am shocked that the battery from amro is no lasting long. Also i have suzuki access, which is 5 yrs old & i didn't have any suc issues. Now i feel let down by a company like tvs, which is not replacing this battery free as i feel injustice, so i would like byou to address this issue asap. I can share all the details if required. Thank you.

Firstly, the advicer is very rude, I don't know his name but he wears a Salman Khan bracelet in his hand and has short height but his attitude is always at the top! Ridiculous behaviour!
Secondly, Today when I went to take my vehicle back from the service centre, I saw scratches on my vehicle in the front which was never there until I kept my vehicle at the service centre. And when we went to discuss this with that guy he started yelling at me and my father. And started telling us that we signed the form and all that. He also said that we should claim and insurance for that. It was very rude even after doing scratches to my vehicle je didn't accept !
I request you to take action against him. Many of my friends also have issues with him. He is the most arrogant person. And I'm disappointed with the servicing! Never visiting again if I see that guy again in the service centre!
