My bike is appche rtr 200 4v, 15 days back i went to Mahaboobnagar sri jayarama showroom, they are repaired my bike, bill was 9225, after that my bike creating so many problems like ABS and shelf and battery, with this i have got an accident, i have already raised a complaint on tvs about their sevice, complaint number is[protected], but they did not responded, when my bike handover to them my bike does not have any problems, just they changed brakes only.please i need a solution 9000rs means not a joke, can you please take action showroom and refund my money.i need amount refund from that showroom

    My name is Vidyabharathy K, and I am writing to bring to your attention a persistent issue I have been facing with my TVS Jupiter bike.

    I purchased the bike on 22/06/2023 at GOTHARI TVS Showroom at pallavaram, with the registration number TN11BD9516 and engine number EG5EP1003121. Unfortunately, I have experienced a recurring self-start problem even after having the bike serviced twice. The issue persists, and it has become a significant inconvenience for me, occurring frequently within the first 6 months of ownership.

    I have raised this concern during my previous service visits, but the problem has not been resolved despite the efforts made by your service team. Considering the frequency and persistence of the issue, I kindly request your attention to this matter.

    Given the circumstances, I believe a replacement bike would be a fair solution, ensuring that I can rely on a fully functional vehicle. I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter and look forward to a quick and satisfactory resolution.

        I am writing to bring to your attention a significant discrepancy in the charges for the recent paid servicing of my bike, conducted at your TVS - Sri Pandiyan Motos on 13 Dec 2023.

        I received a message from the bike showroom indicating a service charge of Rs.418/- ( Including Oil change service ), yet the invoice provided to me upon completion of the service reflects a total amount of Rs.2287/- ( Including Oil Change service ) in which the service charge alone was Rs.1000/- .This substantial difference is a cause for concern and requires immediate clarification.

        I have attached both the showroom's message and the invoice for your reference. I kindly request an urgent review of this matter and a detailed explanation for the variance in charges.

        I trust that TVS values transparency and fair business practices. I expect a swift resolution to this issue. Failure to provide a satisfactory explanation within 3 days will compel me to escalate this matter further and seek assistance from relevant consumer protection authorities.

        I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your immediate response.

          My bike had starting trouble on Dec9 the same I have sent to showroom by
          road assistance service too. I happily say that your authorised dealer who
          made single call to me for service regarding.

          Even raised by mail, what they replied to me please have look in attachment. Please get it resolved for future

                    1. I purchased a TVS Sport City Bike from Ridhi Motors (Ridhi enterprise, Sangariya By Pass, Jodhpur) Invoice no. 377 Darted 24/0/2023 Registration Numbe of Bike is RJ19DN3023

                    2. The problem started with the bike only after few months of purchase, its maybe Month of July when I was first time give the bike for Service for the Below problems.

                    a. It is getting hot and shutting down.
                    b. Engine light is on due to engine problem
                    c. After Cooling the bike for 10 minutes, the bike Start with Car
                    d. When it gets hot, it does not Stat with Self.

                    3. We told the problem to Ridhi Motors service Manager (Mr. Lalit:[protected] he kept the Bike at his service center and Given me after 2-3 days with Assurance that bike is fully serviced and this problem will not happen in Future.

                    4. We again Drive the bike but after 10-15 Km, the above-mentioned problem is remaining Same.

                    5. We again and again give our bike to Service center for the problem solving concern but the concern is not solve till today.

                    6. My Son who driver this bike is online delivery boy and that can not be do his work without bike, He is unemployed from last 2-3 Months.

                    7. Ridhi Motors and his all staff is not giving satisfied answer and we are very harass with his behaviors, Manu Gehlot :[protected] who Is owner of Ridhi motors not replying to us.

                      Dear sir, I have purchased TVS Jupiter 125 around 5 months ago. It is showing issue like self start, it will start and stop in 1 sec is not working Properly. Also i tried to kick start and kick broke off in first kick. Will you please check this issue and revert back at the earliest. Seems i have received a old bike for the full price. This is not what i expected from jupiter after paying so much for the jupiter.

                          My name is Nazim Hussain s/o Muhammad Ismail add: House no.75, line no.14 ward no.18 Azad nagar uttrakhand, Pin code -263139 and I am writing to bring to your attention some concerning issues I have encountered with the purchase of a TVS RTR Apache 160 2V RK DRUM BSVI, Chassis No. MV634E84N2L02360, Engine No.AE8LN2602407, RTO no. UK04AK0154 from one of your Authorized showroom 'Maa Vaishno Motors' .

                          I purchased a brand-new TVS Apache from 'Maa Vaishno Motors near darau chhoraha, Bareilly Road Uttrakhand, kichha udham singh Nagar'on dated 22/11/2022. Regrettably, I have been experiencing several problems with the bike since then. The most significant issues include irregularities with the speed meter and suspensions, which produce unusual sounds during operation. Additionally, the stickers on the bike are gradually peeling off, raising concerns about the overall quality.

                          However, the primary cause for alarm is the discrepancy in the purchasing bill. The date of purchase mentioned on the invoice does not match the date recorded during my first visit to City Haldwani branch 'Nainital Motors' for a bike servicing. This inconsistency suggests a potential discrepancy or irregularity, which raises questions about the transparency and integrity of the purchase process.

                          I am reaching out to you with the hope that your esteemed company can promptly investigate and rectify these issues. As a loyal customer of TVS, I believe in the brand's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. I am confident that your intervention will ensure a resolution to these concerns.

                            I have purchased a new TVS Zest on 8th Nov 2023 from SELVAGANAPATHY MOTORS LLP, Madurai - 625007. I paid the full amount of the Vehicle on 8th Nov 2023 itself and received the receipt. TVS Dealer assured that, on 9th Nov 2023, the Vehicle will be registered and delivered to me.

                            But, on 9th Nov 2023 after my phone call to the TVS Dealer, I was told to pay additional amount of Rs. 4000/- for Vehicle registration process due to revised RTO taxes.

                            After booking and settling of full amount for the Vehicle, how would the TVS Dealer claims additional amount.

                            I am fighting with the TVS Dealer to deliver the Vehicle as promised during Billing or else requesting them to refund the amount.

                              The day i purchased the scooter in the month of September, i have observed every time while filling the fuel tank that the average is not good. It is giving between 25-35. I use it nearby only and forget about 50, it is not even giving 40-45 average as per your commitment.

                              I recently got the services done at Sabharwal service center, Rithala, Rohini, Delhi. i told them the issue also but they said that we don't have any setting option to increase the average. They gave us the video link to check the average, after that also i got filled my tank full again and for 50 km, i ran the scooter and then again full the tank...then also it was giving 30 average...All this was discussed with Dilbar Khan, he refused to give me the solution...

                                    Even after the side approval of insurance, TVS Chaudhary Motors has not yet made parts available, daily give a new excuse, we faced a lot of problems, TVS services are the third class, which we experienced in so many days when we got a new date again after complaining to customer care, got it on October 27.

                                      Hi,

                                      We purchased TVS JUPITER 110 on 30/08/2023 from SHELAR TVS Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra.

                                      Since then, we have always been facing issues with the vehicle.
                                      1. Inappropriate fitting of the accessories.
                                      2. Malfunction indication on 9-9-2023.
                                      3. Malfunction indication[protected].
                                      4. Malfunction indication[protected].
                                      5. Malfunction indication on[protected].
                                      6. Malfunction indication on[protected]

                                      We took the vehicle to the Swargate branch on the issue 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and we were
                                      told that the issues were fixed. On issue no 5, they changed the auto sensor of the vehicle.

                                      This malfunction indicator has illuminated again today.

                                      We have already visited the Swargate branch multiple times for the issues.

                                      According to the service team of TVS service center Balaji nagar, pune. The issue was resolved on[protected].

                                      TVS area manager Mr. Swapnil Lonkhande does not answer any call or bother to respond.

                                      TVS Shelar pune GM service, Mr. Raju Yadav says I can go to consumer court.

                                      illuminating again and again, service team is failing to resolve the issue.
