I have bought tvs ntorq on 2020. The showroom owner said after the loan you will get the smart card through post. But still i have not received it. 3 months passed cleared my loan. Please help or else i have to take the legal action i don't have any other choice.

    TVs showroom warje naka are provided third class service to customers also their communication with customer was very very bad

      Sir/ma'am, my name is Dipak Chakraborty. I brought a XL100 HD BS-VI on 18/09/2021. But after some months my bike is creating many problems such like it stops on the road when is running or doesn't start when trying to start. I have complained on the showroom from where I have brought this bike, they changed the battery of the bike, and I have completed my servicing also, but though it is creating the same problems. I cannot understand how a newly brought XL100 can create such like problems.

        Sir/ma'am, I brought a TVS XL100 HD, BS-VI, on 18/09/2021. But, after 2 months this vehicle not working properly, maximum times it stops suddenly when running in the road, or it doesn't start . I have complained on the showroom from where I have brought this vehicle. They have changed the battery, and my servicing also completed, but though the vehicle doesn't working properly, the same problems are creating again and again.

          I have purchased the Ntorq scooty from Kukatpally Tvs show room.

          It is just 3 years old and from starting onwards the digital meter problem is there and I already complained about it on my first and 2nd service but of no use, now the display is not working at all, I have given my scooty for service at Ashok Nagar service centre and they told that total display body is not working and it should be replaced with the new one, but from starting on wards I am complaining but TVS is not serious on the reported problem and at last total body got damaged. I want to TVS to replace my display asap.

            Received a defective TVS jupiter Zx bike

            We bought the Jupiter zx bike from CASA TVS MOTORS NEAR BENZ CIRCLE VIJAYAWADA on JANUARY 5, 2022. From the day we took the delivery. It is make making so much engine noise which is not there in other Jupiter vehicles. We complained about it in first and second service itself. But the problem was not addressed by the service centre. BEFORE reaching 5000kms (3rd service), it used to stop very frequently in middle of journey. After few days,...

            We booked a general service on 21/12/22 through GO BUMPER(my tvs)My booking id is 2562039. They came to my house and picked my vehicle. After reached the work shop they called me and explained about the problems of vehicle. Next day they told the bill of 2000/-only they changed the below things
            1- Engine oil
            2-Filter
            3- Exalarater wire
            4- switch of houren
            5- switch of signal lights
            6- switch of head light
            After that they submitted the vehicle and collected the amount of 2000/-(With out bill).Supervisor told tomorrow i will send through What’sup app.
            At the time of handover they told exter buzzer coil also we changed and collected the money
            Then i have doubts and went to another garage and open everything what they changed.He( Mechanic)told you cheated with them because they didn’t change any filters and they changed your battery also.And he told buzzer also not changed.Then I called your supervisor and asked he excuse and sent your mechanic and changed the buzzer
            I want to know
            1- what about my bill(still know they didn’t provide)& didn’t lift my phone also.
            2- Where's my battery
            3- why the bill is 2000/-(Bill details)
            So many customers told me like this Vijayawada-Bhavanipuram supervisor and team do like this with every customer
            Hence i request you to enquiry every thing and take a necessary action.

              Vehicle service is very poor, CUSTOMER is not approached properly, fault in the vehicle is not addressed, I have serviced twice, both times correctly, they are a pain in the ###. Why did I buy a TVS bike? This should be corrected.

                This is Soumya Banerjee, a proud owner of Jupiter Disc LE Million Edition(Registration No# WB58AK4557, Frame No#MD626BG48G1G25483, purchased July 2016.
                I have done regular servicing through the last six years through 'Berhampore TVS Motorcycle, Jalangi Road, Kesabnagar, Cossimbazar Raj, Berhampore Murshidabad -742101'.
                Last servicing was done on 12th December 2022.

                I have complain about the service provided and TVS spare parts. This said lock was replaced last year on 20th December and Loose connection was there since that time, I had many times mentioned this during the service and they told all fine and now its fixed..but it was never fixed..every time I put the key to start I had to adjust the key manually and then it works...When I wen to the service center Today Service personnel informed me that the Lock set needs to be replaced. I'm shocked about the quality and durability of the space parts manufactured by the Indian's most renowned automobile brand.Further to that they mentioned there is not warranty for the spare parts and its the service center who provided 3 months warranty by themselves for the goodwill but not the company.
                This not acceptable, purchasing a parts with nearly Rs.1000 and had to again replace within a year.

                I would request you to please look-into this urgently and do the needful.

                      I would like to bring it to your attention that I bought a TVS NTORQ vehicle on 22/11/2021.

                      Upon waiting for more than a year and several reminders to the dealer UNION ENTERPRISES Thangal Bazar, Khuyathong road Imphal, I received an application no. That it has been sent to the state transport department on 17th Nov. 2022.

                      I have not received any information since then from the transport office not from the dealer.

                      Kindly look into the matter as according to Police a challan will be issued if not registered within 3 montha of purchase

                        I am balamurugan from Cuddalore and my vehicle number is TN31CV3993 .i purchased a vehicle 2yrs back in Raj tvs cuddalore showroom under tvs credit finance for 3 years EMI .I paid loan for last 2yrs now nearly 21000 rs pending in my loan account.for past 2 yrs i faced a more issues in vehicle already i raised a some complaints regarding battery issue..now vehicle have a Motor issue and engine problem also..so i stopped to pay EMI because now i am not able to drive a vehicle.please kindly give me one solution for this..every month i need spend a lot of money for this vehicle..then why i need to pay EMI also..if vehicle is worth for only 2yrs means then why you are scheduled a EMI for 3 years.. i don't need your vehicle because I am not ready to spend lot of money for repair and EMI also so please take it back your vehicle with your market price and relief from a loan.we are from normal middle class person it's very tough to handle both repair cost and EMI for every month.i visited a showroom and asked a solution for this issue but there are not giving a proper response and they are saying, just pay the money and we are not responsible for this issue otherwise you reach a court for a justice..so i am ready to file a compliment against a TVS for manufacturing this type of issued vehicles and giving a more stress for us..

                          I have purchased my TVS Ntorq Race XP 125 was on April 2022, I'm facing the issue like Self Start not working when I'm not using the scooter continuously for 3 days also trying to start using Kick but no use. I tried morethan 50 kicks but no use.

                          I spoke to service centre about about the issue they replaced new battery but the issue is not sorted.

                          Hope TVS will revert back about the issue...

                            I had purchased a TVS Jupiter from TVS Manchanda auto in Mohali Punjab on 2 September 2022,

                            I was given a Provissional Registration copy which is valid for 1 month and was promised a RC within 14 days.

                            I’m so sorry and disappointed at the services of your dealer network as it’s been more than 3 months now and have still not received my Registration,

                              TVS Motors Authorized dealer M/S SAI DYNAMIC AUTOWHEELS LLP, Khamla Road, Nagpur (MS) did not accept Payment through SBI Debit Card and want us to pay through Cash only.
                              Initially lady at first counter ask us to pay transaction charges if we want to make payment through SBI Debit card. We denied to pay any charges.
                              Later on Main Cashier told us Card Machine not working

                                  Worst bike & poor services condition poor quality of materials to compare to other two wheeler don't buy this bike think and but, since 1 year old bike its driven only 9000 km now the engine was seized. So I given bike to the services center around 15 days completed now also they were not ready to solve this complaint. How the TVS work? ANS: worst bike poor quality of material

                                    I have purchased your TVS iqube vehicle in march 2022, After 6 months o[censored]se
                                    the vehicle is NOT Charging. for which we have given the vehicle for repairing @ The SHELAR TVS, Maharashtra, pune center.

                                    It has been more than a month i have given the vehicle and NO Action / repairing has been done for the vehicle.

                                    Its been really painfull and truoblsome for me without a vehicle since a month.

                                    Request you to pls kindly look into the matter and request your support to complete my vehicle repairing for Charging.
