Hello team, consider this as an informal copy of complaint I am going to file in consumer court.
On 5th September 2019, I purchased a scooty, oceanic tvs branch and agents there were yash vania and shubham.
They did not give me invoice and insurance and particularly asked cash not card, they abruptly said we can not accept cards we have no machines.
Half cheque and half cash was also not accepted, we can Google pay.
5 days after purchase I called in shubham for invoice and insurance against manual receipt he and his colleague yash vaniya had given.
They said as system are under maintenance can not take print for next 4 to 5 days.

I then called in for customer service online, they gave me regional manager sanjay kumar bishals number and he took over the matter.
He called in regional support ravi he had and asked him to follow up.
Ravi and sanjay have assured me that they would get the papers arranged by evening and still waiting for it. Once I get this, mental harassment against women customers and making their life hell when ready to give money would be filled against shubham and yash.

Shubham even dared to call me on personal number and threaten me that how can I make a complaint.
Tvs did not expect this degraded staff at your authorized contact centre.
They made me pay 74500 for that jupiter even when purchased on cash.

Let's hope ravi and sanjay get this fixed as they sounded genuine persons.

Now shubham and yash are saying they can get my papers ready by evening.. Hypocrisy at its height.

If tvs does not contact me or take this up and support agents like yash vaniya and shubham this is going to consumer court and also a police complaint.

    I am facing the self start problem from the day of purchase of my bike and i have left to showroom say the problem more than 6 times but still showroom guys are not able to slove the problem its oly less than 3 month of purchase of my bike
    Please note that showroom people behaving badly with me all 5 times i reached them
    Plz resolve this problem or replace the bike

      tvs ntorq, 125 got issue of check fuel sensor on road

      On 6 september 2019 my tvs ntork shown a issue of check fuel censor issue, i call the tvs mottor road assistant they send technician but he not able to resolve the issue... Still i am in the road with my bike but still no 1 has came for the service.. Please let me know how i can resolve this issue. Check fuel censor issue is which company technical issue...

      I had given my bike for 2 servicing at gachibowli service center, hyderabad where these responsible persons had jst changed the engine oil and some oil servicing to the chain and they remained my water servicing due, the reason is that the motor is in repair and after that i went nearly for 5 times and i get the same answer from them for till date, this is how tvs is providing services to there customers, really you guys are doing your job very well that a customer is giving a very very very good review where people who will purchase an x bike from tvs motor.
      I don't know why you people are so irresponsible towards your customers, see this problem is not confined for me only there are lots of people who are facing these problems frequently from your service center's. So do maintain your service center's updated but not outdated so that ur customers will get satisfied.

        I hv taken the engine overhauling service of my apache 200 from matiyala service center vide invoice no. 14101 dated 14th jul 2019. Now the engine is not functioning proper, to rectify the same i have landed my bike on 4th sep 2019, today is 6th sep & i have not received any update about my bike. After my call they (Mr. Satender) simply said today i am trying to resolve the problem. Since last 02 days i am facing a lots of problem to visit my office without my bike. Please instruct your staff & do the needful to avoid any further approach. Thanks

        I bought a bike on April 13th but till now I didn't get my RC. When I visit showroom and enquire about RC they are saying that it was missing. How careless. They told me that they will provide me with the new one but not yet. Iam tired of going to showroom repeatedly... Please take possible action so that I get my RC

          Dear sir,

          After 1 month of purchasing date (17-apr-2019) bike create problems in every 10-12 days. The same is not in use from last 11 days because of not starting either from self nor from kick.
          If some one purchase new bike they don't wish to reach service center in every 10-12 days with new problems. I am getting frustated. Now i don't have enough time to visit service center to repair worst bike. So pls take your garbage bike and refund my whole money that is 112656 or replace the same.

            I had purchased a tvs jupitor classic on[protected] from jvs motors mohaddipur. I had not been given complete accessories of scooter. Scooter is full of dents. There is scratch marks on headlight and logo. For rear view mirror and windshield i had visited 10times at the store. Every time i had been told parts are not available. During first service various parts had beed changed in a newly purchased scooter. I had asked for service report which had been denied by the store.
            I am 100 sure that old or a defective scooter had been delivered to me.

I would like to inform you that golkonda motors beside vvip school and this people have no sense on how to work and this people say that they have serviced my bike and at the time of delivery they are taking it to washing and this is how you have trained your working and this is how you are running your organisation and cheating the public in the name of free servicing. I will make sure this complaint will be gone to higher authority and will write to everyone and social media and will make sure i will such showrooms who are cheating the customers.

              Im sure my complaint wont effect much to TVs company and and golkonda motors I just want to make sure you people need to be aware of what is happening around and people are making money in the name of showrom and looking in the google the people who are unhappy with the service of TVs motors will make sure my self and they will take this to the higher department as im studying on it and will make sure you.people will get anotice from the consumer court as well as from the department who handle such cases.There should be a way of working that is the difference between a normal service centre and a showroom.

                Hi, i bought tvs star city+ 11 month back it is still in warranty but i went there to show the problem that my bike self start is not working he took one day for review and after they send me the shop for battery replacement and shop is not taking care they send me again to dealer and dealer also not helping me to resolve my problem they are neither registering my problem nor solving my problem still not able to use my self start it is just 11 month old and past 10 days moving from one centre to other centre.

                    I had booked a road side assistance service on 5 th of august in jaipur. I called at their toll free number. They asked me pay 450 inr in advance to avail the service. I did pay the amount. And i had to wait for 5 hours in night for the anyone to help me. But after that they didn't even pick my phone. No one came there. And i had to drag my motorcycle for 5 km to reach home. My motorcycle was not in service warrenty.

                        i have purchase vechicle - 1 year is pass- & after 1 servicing of next year this problem is found.
                        this is servicing probleum. not propterly service is receive

                            I purchased a motorcycle from tvs motor on 03/2017 and tell us from your company that engine and electrical parts gurantee 5 years. I have suffering from one month for vehicle by om tvs okhla phase ll new delhi. And after that om tvs service advisor mr. Dinesh says me that its megnate other electrical parts are faulty. So you will pay for parts, he did not listen me for any word, and says me that first you pay this parts are not cover under warrenty. My question is where is my 5 years warrenty?

                              Hello,
                              Myself abhigna chavda, i had purchased apache rtr 160 4v on july 27. First of all my headlight did'n worked. After one week, i hear some unusual sound from engine. Second thing is when brought i didnt get helmet as they have no stock on hand. I fined 250/- on the day of purchase. By their misuderstanding i had purchased different color. When someone put a lot of money and effort to purchase your product, and what i have received. Also they charged 3% me for swiping my card which is for you only. You are not supposed to charge convinence fees from customers to swipe credit card. Not at all. But they charged me. Worst experience ever had. I was told that bike will give 40-45 milage but i get only 33kml.

                                I purchased apache 200r, from sri krishna motors, b. M road, hassan, karnataka on 09/08/2019. After 430 kilo meters i left the bike for first service on 24/08/2019 i. E on saturday and they delivered the vehicle on saturday it self at 5.30 p. M.
                                While on the road to my home i noticed some noise in the engine, immediately i stopped the bike and inspected it. At that time i noticed oil leaking from the engine. Soon i conveyed this information to service people of the show room.
                                They told me to bring the vehicle on monday because the next day is sunday.
                                So i left the bike on monday for rectification i. E 26/08/2019. After inspecting they told me that the head gasket is damaged and some problem in bore too

                                . With patience i am waiting up to thursday and pressurized them for delivery of the bike and lodged complaint with them on thursday, bike is delivered today (30/08/2019)
                                Yours is reputed company, dont give me a chance to go further. Take necessary steps and give me the justice.

                                  I am drafting this email because i have faced a problem which i would like to bring to your notice.
                                  I took a delivery of tvs n torque on 28/08/2018.
                                  At the time of delivery the sales staff who was handling ms preetha (Staff in royal tvs motors chandranagar palakkad) had informed us that the loan was for 2 years with the installment of
                                  ₹ 3605 x 23 months.
                                  As per the agreed installment, myself karthik and my wife saranya signed the finance agreement.

                                  The sales staff ms preetha at the time of documentation process also informed us that the additional amount of ₹ 1916 for the insurance for 2 nd year is also changed with in the loan.
                                  When i asked in detail, she told that since the vehicle is having loan for 2 years it is mandatory to do the insurance with their insurance company and not from others.
                                  We agreed the procedure and the documents signatures formalities were carried out. And we took the delivery of our new vehicle.
                                  But after two weeks of delivery we got a call from tvs finance dept informing us that the loan was not processed.
                                  When we called the concerned sales staff ms preetha she informed us that the day when we took delivery she was very busy and she did not collect proper information from us because of that these errors happened and there is some mis communication which finally leads for the rejection of loan process.
                                  The above mentioned reason was totally unacceptable, moreover we did not accept these kind of service form a well established dealer in palakkad. And that was not our mistake and because of that these problem arised.

                                  Finally after 4 months of vehicle delivery we got our loan approved.
                                  Our first emi started on january 2019.
                                  But now the actual problem is insurance renewal.

                                  When we called the staff after one year for the renewed insurance policy in the initial stage she informed us that the renewed insurance policy will be sent to us through postal.
                                  And if you want the soft copy she requested us for the email id so that she can send us the soft copy.

                                  We sent her the email id as requested.
                                  Since the policy was going to expire on 27/08/2019 and driving without insurance is risky so we called ms preetha to find out the the status.
                                  She in return asked us the loan account number.
                                  We provided her the required details.
                                  After checking the status on 28/08/2019
                                  Afternoon after various calls (Most of the calls was disconnected) and final call was made to the branch manager, she responded to our call and informed that the insurance cannot be covered, because of some reason, and she disconnected the call. And after continues calls she picked the call. I asked her as per the agreement which we had at the time of delivery, mentions with the 2nd year insurance coverage also, moreover she informed us prior to this about the policy that it will reach us though postal.

                                  That means, this shows that how far she is doing the follow up for the customer and how far she is taking the customers quires seriously.

                                  She also informed me that the changes in the loan agreement which was made has been clearly sent to our house address through post and also the loan statements was also sent.
                                  So far i have not recieved any financial or loan papers through postal.
                                  Finally ms preetha told that she will send the installment statement through email.
                                  But till now i have not recieved any communications through email.

                                  Kindly help me out in solving the problem to renew the insurance and also clarify and send me the installment structure through email.

                                  Insurance renewal is a small thing, but this is not a proper way of customer handling.

                                  It will create a negative experience for the customers against the brand and will downgrade the brand.
                                  Proper information regarding finance and proper explanation of the vehicle should be given to the customer before taking the delivery, which was absent in our case.

                                  Kindly do the needful.

                                  And also enquire about the staff behaviour on this matter.

                                  Totally we have faced a very bad experience at the time of delivery and the same has been followed after one year of delivery regarding the insurance process.
                                  I hope the customer care department will look into this matter seriously and will help me out in solving the issue.

                                    Hi, i have done amc of my wego mh05 aw 4378 with supreme automobiles authorised dealer of tvs motor company ltd. And accordingly i had given my vehicle for servicing at tvs workshop adharwadi kalyan on 29 august 2019 in the evening at around 5.30 pm for regular service. Service advisor said when the vehicle is ready you will get a call. I received a call same day at around 6.45 pm that the vehicle is ready. But i had informed them that i wont be able to collect the vehicle today and will come tomorrow when the whorkshop opens. So he said to come me at 10 am. Accordingly when i visited to collect the vehicle, i saw that the vehicle washing was not done. When i had asked for the advisor, they said he is on weekly off. Then i asked for the works officer. So they said that the works officer is on weekly off. So no responsible person was available. I feel that my vehicle is not been done servicing and it is been given as it is. Because their is no performance been seen in the same. I would request immediate action should be taken against the same.

                                      I bought the tvs apache rtr160 last year
                                      And since then i am having engine problems
                                      I had the same problem 4 times
                                      And i am frustrated with the such pathetic service the bike stalls on speed of 70
                                      And shuts down and doesn’t turn on for 5 to 10 mins
                                      Digusting service
                                      And the mileage of the bike is just 30kmpl
