My Apache got its service done on 02/07/19 at tvs service center bhiwani (haryana).since that day bike is not starting well.i took it to service center where they did temporary work.bike has same issue till now.they were trying to fool me by not telling what the actual problem is.plz solve it as soon as possible.
I purchased tvs ntorq from hassan tvs sri krishna motors. But after 2 days vehicle is not getting start. Even registration also not over vehicle is down. This seen the poor build quality from tvs side.
Miss behavior and taking 3 days only in servicing, no response on mobile, mobile no [protected], name harsil bhai, job no 37188 dated 6/7/19

    I had given my tvs scooty pep plus for servicing at thaly tvs porvorim. After servicing while recieving bike i found oil refill plug was fully loose and tuning done was very fast leading to vibrations of bike. Oil was dripping out of oil plug.

    Same was informed to service advisor (SIDDESH) who was not at all technically knowledgable and works manager (RAVIKANT SHETYE).

    If this bike was recieved by layman having no technical knowledge than he could have met with accident or damaged his bike due to oil leakage.

    I want feedback on what actions are taken for this casual approach of above persons.

    Very sorry to ssy that such people will put the TVS Brand down in eyes of people.

    Also they had charged me money for oil (220) and some battery terminal solution costing rs 40.

      Hi team,

      I purchased tvs 160 4v in july 2018. It was fine till 8000 km, after that it started giving huge noise, i gave it for service they said like needs to change the disk plate on both wheels. I surprised since it is a new bike, how come it failed within a short span of time.

      I said ok, please change the disk plates. I was an impression that it's under warranty but they asked me to pay around 1400. Can you please clarify what are all the parts under warranty?

        I got my bike during feb, 2019 and gave it for service at srivari tvs showroom for service twic. One at 1800 kms and second time at 4000 kms. They didn't perform the service properly after 2 days of service, my bike stopped on the way to office. I had to call tvs road service and they towed it to nearby service center (Om shiva sakthi service centre, royapettah) on 27th june, 2019. Still i didn't receive my vehicle they initially said there is valve opened in the head and now they claim that there is manufacturing defect in bearing as there are no balls in the bearing which makes more noise in the bike.
        I want a quick fix. Pls help

          I buyed a tvs ntorq on august 2018...last month my tyre was not in shape..one part of tyre was flufed...and i came to know tyre is faulty...the tire is not flat...its in condition...but one side if flufed... km driven is 11000 km...i bought a scooty from you ...keeping a trust and tvs authorised dealer is not ready to change he says it cant be changed...its a humble request...plss take some action...i trusted in tvs brand...but they are not giving me s

            The parts are not strong.in star city plus side stand is not at all in the angle to stand safe. Have a look at it practically. The mirror inside ring breaks quite often. But we can not change that ring only (Screwed with 3 screws). It is not only waste of money but mirror though it is good yet waste. Rod waste. Garbage at national level just because of a small ring be replaced. Very bad planning in parts making.

              Hello sir

              I had purchased tvs jupiter before 1 year ago, in starting it works good. But 1 year later means now self start not working, and kick also not working... Than i used to take this to nearest service center of tvs, problem solved partially, but now scooty gonna off itself it's off automatically when use break.

              Tvs service man not able to find the issue. What i do now it's so pain. Please solved my issue as soon as possible or replace my scooty if you are not able to find the issue. Please take hard action on it for this critical issue. Previously i was using honda activa that was better. I choose tvs jupiter first time that's was my life biggest mistake i think. If my problem not solved i will give negative reviews by proof so any other person can not choose jupiter

But they have not done my registration and didnt give me my bike’s number they simply stretch the work. So i request you to take action against them.                   I have purchased one TVS NTORQ scooty from one of your sub-dealer M/s Bimala Motors on (taken the vehicle from your dealer Shaw Motors, titagarh, Barrackpur, west bengal) 07th April 2019 and did a great mistake. even after 02 months from clearing the entire payment, I have not received my tax-token, my vehicle registration no or any other purchase related document which may enable me to drive the vehicle. this is most unfortunate thing for me that last 02 month it is lying with me as nothing but a toy piece. i cordially request you to initiate necessary action in regard and get my registration related activities completed so that at least this piece of agony become of some use to me. i am sorry say but your dealer m/s shaw auto is simply 'worthless' . my vehicle detail are as follows : Engine no.                     I am prabhakar singh my new bike tvs apache rtr 160 4v purchase in 29 february 2019. I have complaints about my new. Firstly when i buy new tvs apache rtr 160 4v there was a problem of back side break jaam. I suffer lots at that time; eventually the problem was resolved. Then after i m done with 1st and 2nd free servicing on time i have another electrical problem with my new tvs apache rtr 160 4v and this is an serious issue of may be. While riding bike suddenly stops at several times.
                    So i request you to take serious attention on my problems with bike on urgent basis. I want it resolved by today itself.

                    I have purchased tvs Jupiter 4 month ago...i have not received my number plate yet..and they never call me for the service of my vehicle...my first services don at 1200 kilometers...even after i have ascelete that .they never call me for service...please take a action...Otherwise I'll put a complaint on higher level and press also

                        I have brought a Jupiter on 14april 2019, since the 2nd day the bike started vibrating as if I have been provided with a second hand bike. I brought it from TVS century, dapodi, Pune. They assured me that they will fix it in the first servicing and kept my new bike in the service center for 4 days opened up all the parts and did all their r&d in to it and didn't find any solution. And then they diverted me to another service center at bhandarkar road, pune, which according to them has the best mechanic. They also did all the same activities and had no solution. And they say this is normal, all they did till now is fooled me around. This is the worst experience I had with TVS. The bike is having manufacturing defect and the only solution is replacement. I need immediate action from TVS, I have not decided to waste my money. Kindly revert. (The worst part is these mechanic and manager they "give up" saying that "Sir, that's all that we can do from our side")

                        I didn't get the OTP for the complaint I raised, neither I got any call from the concern person. Mr. bhide, the service manager of Pune for TVS century is now directing me to another person, and he is not ready to accept his fault that he is unable to resolve my problem, saying that it's normal. Even though I told him that I can prove that it is not normal he is kind of fooling me around..I wonder if the manager itself is so filthy what trust can we have on TVS . I need my bike to be replaced.. pls help.

                          I bought tvs bike apache rtr 160 4v 8 months back. From last 4 days it was standing and i got to see 20 pinhole punctures without any reason like any nail inserted or else.
                          Customer Care person saying that company dont provides warranty for punctures.
                          How can a tyre get 20 punctures without any reason.?
                          It is a manufacturing defect.
                          This is very disappointing.

                            This is to inform you that i have a very serious complaint regarding my apache rtr 200 4v. From the first service i am facing lots of manufacturing defects in my bike. It is approx 3 years still i didn't get complete resolution of my complaints. Every part of my bike was replaced except body and tyres. Still i am getting problems in my bike. Bike engine is making irritating sound while driving. I complaint about it many times but i didn't get resolution regarding this. Gear sensor is not working properly i have to change it every month.
                            I am very frustrated from the tvs.
                            I think it's my biggest mistake that i purchase this bike. Because you people don't have service for this.
                            For my bike i have to visit service centre atleast four times in a month. But still i didn't get resolution of my problems.
                            After getting bike from service centre it will be ok for two or three days. Then again engine starts making noise which is very irritating while driving.
                            This is my request to you please look into my case and give me proper solution.
                            If you check in your records then you find that how many times i make complaints about this bike.

                            Employees are too lazy and then even don't giving my scooty at time which I given for servicing.

                            I can't explain in words which problem I suffered from. I really not setified with the survicing process.

                            Please change the staff of here because they and not providing setifaction tu us .

                              Today i. E. 5-7-19 when i went to susheel tvs, malasian township branch, to take delivery of my tvs scooty pep+ - no body is there in the showroom, my precious time spoiled, they just informed me over telephone that i should have to wait for 1 to 2 hours or advised me to come again whenever the technician will come after completion of his training

                              Badly, my scooty pep purchased from the above said showroom. Petrol tank was broken due to the nearby shock absorber, in warranty period only, it took 12 days to get the part in warranty to replace, now they demanding me the charges for fixing of the part of rs.350/ and forced me to get petrol for which i have already given in advance, a bottle of petrol separately.

                              I have faced the problem with this people for free checkup under warranty, 5 times they rejected to take the vehicle for general service due to non availability of the technician at that branch.

                                I have purchased tvs jupiter two years back. I am complaining from last 1.5yr or in every service that scooty mileage is very low even less than 30km/litre but the company is claiming 62km/litre.
                                But in last service when warranty part is over they suddenly said it is your carborator issue thats why it is not giving mileage and they have charged 1633/- inclusive of tax for changing the carborator.
                                Even i said this is your manufacturing default but they didnt listen. I also raised complaint on phone to their centre, they said we will call you in half an hour but still no response from their side.
                                This is highly unethical to charge from customer for their manufacturing defaults.

                                  I have jupiter purchased last year.in my third service they are changing collected oil which left from other customers at that time i refused to change with that. And i warned them and changed with seal pack.
                                  Today when i came here for 4 servicing again they repeated the same thing

                                    Dear sir, iam udayakumar from chennai i bought a tvs wego at madipakkam varsha tvs at march month. I give 1 service at may month they services my vechile but they not probaly serviced water are insided in my droom and engine i told that showroom but not response. Last week i give 2nd service again told him my droom are blacked they told me i wil replace that but still now they not response and not relpaced that droom i again that showroom service manager mr babu they wrongly answering and wrongly tone taking. They not response my problem iam totally upset. Please help me to needful solution. I alredy raise the complaint to tvs company about that showroom but not learn my words. So pls help me and replace my droom and my vechilce as soon as possible.

                                      At 29/12/2018 i purchased a tvs zest 110 (Blue) from omega automobiles gudalur, the nilgiris. Unfortunately, the vechicle have a problem for registration upto may. So that i surrender my vehicle on 28 may 2019 to omega showroom for exchange. And i request them to arrange a new vehicle instead of van-md626fg45j2no1791, chassis-fg4nj2201147. And they are agree to arrange my request. But till now i am not receiving a new vehicle and also i am paying dues from muthoot fincorp till this months too. The concern person is not responding us. We are struggling for them's service. So pls help me.
