With due respect i would like to inform you that on 22/06/2019 i have visited the tvs mohan motors of tinsukia, assam in order to get my bike registration card as well as the number plate. However at the peak time of the afternoon, despite being the dealer busy, the receptionist was not there. I had to wait there for atleast half an hour. I have asked a few times to the dealer person but no good response have been got to me by them. Therefore kindly take this matter seriously and take some action against them.

    Yesterday I purchased a TVS Apache RTR 160 from Adityanarain TVS, Nagwa Lanka Varanasi. They have delivered me a damaged bike when i talked to dealer they have not treated me good they blamed me onwards that i have damaged the part. I feel very helpless when they said the damaged is done by you. I have given them my 2 months salary.
    Kindly help me i am a common man i am not that powerful person which they are. Help me please.

      Very Very worst product.

      I bought on[protected]. i'm facing lots and lots issue and even if we change the spare it's waste of time and money at least provide a quality product for the money we pay. i bought this bike 9 months itself I've changed below spare parts for this bike.
      1. Silence Assembly
      2. Accelerator wire cable
      3. Rear disk
      4. Air Filter
      5. Petrol take tube
      P.S: Any one plan to buy this bike I suggest/request don't buy this one.

        Hello Sir/Mam,

        I have purchased TVS apache 160 4v from OM TVS Pul Prahladpur Delhi with the registration No. DL3SEC6469 in Nov.2018. First time I received the RC but father's name & address was wrong on it. Then I ask the same to Mr. Sunil in OM TVS . He has send the RC for correction in end of Dec. 2018, but till now I am waiting for the RC.

        I am daily asking to Mr. Sunil for the status of it but he is not responding properly. He is asking me to go to RTO office & ask them. I am not able to understand why should I go to RTO office because this is the work of dealer. Dealer should give me RC first time, If any changes need to be done in future then I will handle it.

        Because I am facing the issue on road due to not having RC, Then I have visited the RTO office to know the status of my RC but they are asking for the correction slip which is also not provided by OM TVS person. I really don, t know what to do, I am a private sector employee & I don, t have time to go here & there for this silly problem created by OM TVS people.

        I am writing this thing to TVS because OM TVS is your franchise & If he is giving such kind of service to customer then ultimately this will deteriorate TVS brand name.

        I am anticipating the positive response from you end on this & believes that you will sensitize your team (OM TVS) to give proper service to customer.

          Starting Problem. Plug Sort after running 40 to 50 kilometers.
          Within one month three Plugs were changed.
          Sushil Automobiles is changes TWO parts but still then after running for 40 to 50 kilometers both self and kick are not functioning. Informed several times, taken the vehicle 10 times to Sushil Automobiles but problem was not yet shorted out.

          The mechanic is unable to find out the fault

            I would like to bring my unsatisfactory experience I had at your repair shop on December 2018 onwards. After completing 4 services still the mileage and leakage of black smoke repeated. I had been a trusted on your company and gain a good services for bikes but totally unsatisfactory experience.

              There is no proper response from service adviser Mr. Vikash from Trijal Moter vehicle service center Hope farm Bangalore.i have given vehicle for service on sunday but still not deliver when asking saying tomorrow or day after. if any one from this company is responsible then look in to this issue and rectify. i am very upset for long time taking for new vehicle service. will recommend to others also don't buy this tvs vehicle because there is no proper mechanic and service adviser and his way of speaking to the customer is very poor..rectify this issue ASAP,

                I have bought TVs Jupiter a week ago.It was picked from Sai baba tvs showroom, hinjewadi, pune.It is not giving me avg above 20 even though I have used it for 3 days. It was given under observation for 2 days by saying issue will be solved.Still it is in same condition.Even If i accelerate it to full, it is giving jerks and not getting speed above 20 at full acceleration.I have paid for smooth service .

                  I had purchased a Scooty Pep+ during the December 2018 from your dealer Ms. Sunitha motors, Karkala, Udupi District, Karnataka. Later in the month of Feb 2019 its silencer was broken and later I went to the dealer who replaced it. The silencer again broke during April 2019 and again the dealer replaced it. Now in the month of June the silencer was broken again. When I went to the dealer he agreed to replace it but he gave me some of his problems like you are deducting about 4% from the cost of silencer etc.
                  My concern is why there is repeated failure of silencer in Scooty pep? It has happened three times in a period of 7 months which questions your credibility. We are using TVS Streak earlier which was perfect and never gave any trouble to us. I want to make it very clear that I need replacement for the given Scooty pep.

                      Hello Team TVS,

                      This is Baidik here. I am self-employed, I work in Bangalore. With a lot of patient and hard-earned money i finally got delivery of the long awaited Apache RR310 on August 26th, 2018.

                      It was very viby from the very beginning and I made peace with myself thinking the engine is not refined. But after driving multiple RR310 of other owners in Bangalore, I was convinced my bike had way more problem than just a viby engine.

                      The service guys at Prakruti are extremely helpful and genuine. I am a casual rider and not a very technical guy. They informed me there is problem with 'Shim Settings', 'Tappet' and 'Engine Bedding Board'. They apparently repaired it. The vibrations reduced 50%. But after driving 100 kms all the vibrations are back again.

                      My left hand goes numb within 5-10 mins from vibrations from handle bars, the legs go numb from the vibrations from foot pegs, vibrations near the tank area can be felt near the thighs, rear footpegs vibrate. AND PLEASE NOTE, I HAVE DRIVEN MULTIPLE OTHER RR310 IN BANGALORE, THAT IS WAY BETTER. MY APACHE RR310 HAS THOSE PROBLEMS AND MUCH MORE.

                      The problem arises every 100 kms and its unacceptable. I would like to know what my options are, either complete PERFECT REPAIR (THIS PROBLEM SHOULD NOT ARISE AGAIN) or REPLACEMENT OF BIKE. Please let me know immediately.

                      I still wish to still remain a dedicated TVS customer.

                        Hi Team,

                        2 months ago I have visited RMJ TVS Misrod Bhopal for my Apache RTR servicing. That time they have offered me a AMC booklet at the cost of 750 with 4 servicing free. But when I visited for 2nd service that RMJ showrooms and service centre got closed. They have cheated me for that also when I visited service for another TVS showrooms they told that in my last service someone has changed my bike battery with old battery. Now I want to know why TVS choosed that type of dealers or workers for service . I want that AMC money back with my bike battery. Or I will file complain in consumer forum against TVS company.

                          I bought New TVS apache RTR 160 4V on 5th May 2019. And i get my Vehicle no. On 12th May 2019. Already more than 1 month gone.
                          But still my Vehicle no. Not Registered and also not get my Permanent Registration Certificate. Why getting late. Getting so much difficulties to ride a bike in city. Please solve this as soon as possible. Pics attached.

                            My jupiter's second service today on 2510 km but i'm not satisfied this service because, Service advisor to me that can replace engine and transmission oil without check?
                            Advisor asked to me are you agree for oil replacement but i replied that please give me details for why replacement oil?
                            Not mention in your service manual that engine and transmission oil replace in second service. If oil replacement compulsory in second service then why not mention in your service manual?

                                Recently 6(-6-19) my vehicle was given service and paid rs1800/-, after a week time vehicle was not started through self start but started through kick start, then noise in the silencer plate,
                                Today again vehicle given to them, but they are speaking rude and asking me to give the approval for engine OH about 15k, but my engine is very fine after starting through my kick start,
                                while delivery also they are not having a single person to deliver the vehicle very worst experience waited for an hour to took delivery of my vehicle.

                                  You people must b knowing Jyote TVS at bhubaneswar, odisha. I booked for a paid on Saturday 15 June 2019, via phn to the number [protected], that lady confirmed me that I should reach the workshop by 9:30am. I asked her if my service could b done earlier as I have to return early to my work place that is 55km away from that workshop. I could have done my vehicle servicing in any other showroom but I have an AMC done at Jyote TVS. I even received an SMS from the showroom that my service is booked on 16th June Sunday, 9:45 am (screenshot attached).
                                  I reached there exactly at 9:30am and the attendant denied to give any sl.no. for my vehicle job card and said no number will be given unless the supervisor (Ravi) tells him. I contacted Ravi he said it's a holiday I can't make job card as it will be half day on Sunday.

                                  Just tell me one thing (you) who ever is reading the mail...how irresponsible u all are ...i[censored] r not capable then why u gave me a date and time. I travelled 55km to reach there only because I paid for 4 services in advance as AMC. And now I have to return ...my travel of110 KMS all was useless as u people.

                                  Now I only wish that ur company sells go down and a day TVS will shut down 4 ever.
                                  This is not the only issue, earlier I met with an accident and went for emergency repair, I said I will claim insurance my sel[censored] just change all broken parts as I will pay 4 all the parts in cash from my pocket..they took 3hrs to make an estimation of the broken parts but at last in the workshop the same guy RAVI THE SUPERVISOR, without even listening my words said, "it will take more than 1 month, u take ur vehicle". I thought I was his NAUKAR.

                                  But my sincere thanks to Ashirbad TVS they make my Jupiter as new within 24hrs.

                                      I would like to inform you that I h contacted Surya motors Pathanapuram to enquire about Victor and to buy after two weeks. Unfortunately person who attended without giving any information, he disconnected the phone.
                                      As a reputed organisation (TVS) this type of behaviour for customer dealing is not good. As a costumer I am using TVS vehicles for the last 25 years.
                                      So please give instructions to the agency people to deal costumers in a friendly and healthy relationships..
