TVS Motors Authorized dealer M/S SAI DYNAMIC AUTOWHEELS LLP, Khamla Road, Nagpur (MS) did not accept Payment through SBI Debit Card and want us to pay through Cash only.
Initially lady at first counter ask us to pay transaction charges if we want to make payment through SBI Debit card. We denied to pay any charges.
Later on Main Cashier told us Card Machine not working

      Worst bike & poor services condition poor quality of materials to compare to other two wheeler don't buy this bike think and but, since 1 year old bike its driven only 9000 km now the engine was seized. So I given bike to the services center around 15 days completed now also they were not ready to solve this complaint. How the TVS work? ANS: worst bike poor quality of material

        I have purchased your TVS iqube vehicle in march 2022, After 6 months o[censored]se
        the vehicle is NOT Charging. for which we have given the vehicle for repairing @ The SHELAR TVS, Maharashtra, pune center.

        It has been more than a month i have given the vehicle and NO Action / repairing has been done for the vehicle.

        Its been really painfull and truoblsome for me without a vehicle since a month.

        Request you to pls kindly look into the matter and request your support to complete my vehicle repairing for Charging.

            Booked a iqube on 23 nov and got call from delaer on 28 regarding availability of vehcial(lower model but i denied as asked for s model only and after agrement of s model delivery ) paid for same on Tvs official portal but after that dealer cannot delivery vehical as he has received payment from company and company is nit responding for same

              Sir, I am shanmugam.M, Inspector of Police, National investigation agency, Bengaluru.

              I had purchased a TVS XL heavy duty bike from your dealer ARK showroom in hanur town of Kollegal Taluk, Chamarajanagar District. The vehicle was purchased on 02.09.2022 in my fathers name. As i am busy with my work i could not go to showroom to collect the RC book and insurance documents from the Showroom. My father, Mani.C, 68 years old, senior citizen had visited the said showroom for more than 15 times to get the RC book and insurance copy. Till date both the documents are not received and the showroom owner with mobile number [protected] is giving evasive replies.
              I want to bring to your notice about the service given by a dealer of a company of your reputation. I feel very bad that TVS company being revered by common public a good company is not providing basic service, that too making a senior citizen to keep visiting the showroom for more than 15 times in three months

              I write this mail hoping that suitable actin will be taken against the said showroom and revert me back

I have purchased a TVS JUPITER CLASSIC BS6 HQ.P.BLUE in the year 23 November 2020.My RC number is BR06CM6986. I have gone to dto, Post office and also agency but RC not found.Then what I do? The post man of Bara Chakia 2020 is responsible for the RC because he has not informed me. this post man not responsible for my all documents.

                  My Jupitor is not starting and I reached out to nearby TVS service centre which is located at Umred road, near Soulbeat dance studio and Opposite to MRF tyre showroom Nagpur. After keeping it for 15 days they are saying that vehicle can not be repaired as we are not getting parts for it. And now they are asking me to reach out to another service center. I think this is not appropriate behavior.

                    I have purchased TVS I cube electric bike from Saibaba TVS akurdi on date 28 march 2022.
                    In just 5 months there was charging issue.By facing many problems I handed over my bike to showroom on 8 November till date have not received satisfactory answer nor my bike. I called many a times to them just giving unsatisfied answers many a times they do not receive the call even .. regardless by continuous follow up...

                    When i brought TVS Jupiter 125, i clearly said that to an agent called Reshma, we are buying this with a bank loan. But she didn't mention anything about Hypothecation. After all the procedure i get RC book and then she saying about this Hypothecation addition.. thats coast extra 600Rs. And we called 3or 4 times by them to the Showroom.. and still making mistakes again and again.. finally im writing this in-front of RTO office, RTO officer Need two form 34 and the showroom agent said only one needed and put a photostat copy of that... :) so we have to go bank again and bring another form 34.. i hope that might be the last step..
                    Hopes do further actions.

                      Sir, purchased TVS Pept matte BSVI on 13-12-20. From Surya dealer Pavurchatram near Tenkasi.
                      Right from the date of purchase, I fed up with your product with "starting trouble".
                      I used to go to the dealer. He used to do something and charge fees. Cable wire changed, dislary water changed injecter changed and paid money for each occasion . Now he says electric starter to be changed.
                      In page 16 of service Guide, it is clearly mentioned that such type of things will be looked into, if happened within 2 two years.
                      Many times I ashamed with your product in the middle of the road.
                      Kindly issue necessary direction to your agent Surya pavurchatram Tenkasi district to replace the Electric starter at free of cost urgently.

                        TVS bikes are the worst bikes and technicians are not good since 4 days I went and came from service center no one can identify the engine issue problem at PRN motors service centre Halasuru. After I went to mechanic shop he understand the feeling movement of bike and my concerned. Before u invest the amount for bike think and choice better go through other brand bikes. once the bike

                            TVS technician are not good in TRN motor service centre Alasuru... Recently had purchased TVs Apache RTR 100cc bike..
                            It's driven only 9000 km.
                            Now it's engine was seized.. company used meterial it's very poor...

                              HI My name is NAYAN Kumar and I'm from banglore i have purchased Apache 200 RTR from jeevan Bheema Nagar branch later that branch changed as Unauthorised Service so what is our mistake in this where ever we travel or locate we might service the vechile their it self Apache 200 4v is Manufactured defect piece i have all the necessary proff from starting buying of the vechile till now ...
                              Now in Marathalli they cheated me Trijal motors In previous service when i went Technician didn't inform me or the particular person who took the vechile didn't inform me about engine probelm i voluntarily told them theri is some heating issue noise, in the engine and smoke kind of black mark in silencer he told . Bike is Perfectly alright at that point of time Warranty was also there with me ... Now he is telling you need to do engine work ...what is this TVS 35000 km that to 110 top speed i have reached engine is sized even after maintaining very well i know many of the Apache 200 people have same problem with all parts like Engine, silencer, breaks, Abs tanks, water is going ... It's a defect piece ...i hope i will get a reply and resolve my issue or this will be an International news... Tomorrow

                                Hi, I had Purchased Jupiter 125 on july 2022 from G S TVS Ghaziabad total self pay not in finaced. I got accident near GS Motors on 16 th oc 22. Becoz accident happened near service centre so i take my Jupitor there for repair as per Mr Rajesh who is taking care Insurance dept he told if i pay in cash then it will be repaired within week and if i go through same in insurance then it will take more then week .

                                Hi my name is Nayan Kumar and i have purchased Apache 200 RTR in 2017 matt black colour later i faced many issues first point :- Water was goin inside the Tank they told its manfacture defect i kep quite later kep set was not working properly i changed that also, from buying this vechile till now im really not satisfied really i know shouldn't have told this but this time im not sparing any one, I want my issue to be resolved Immedieately . I have given my bike service in Marathalli in the previous service i have clearly told them their is some issue with the Engine and some kind of smoke is coming from Sylencer . He advised me That the Bike is in Mint condition which i neglected to Sell, this later when i went for another service this time my Engine warranty was also over now perviously only that Techniciean dint inform me at that point only i would have told them to Claim the warranty he hidded me that point, , now im not liable to pay what ever the loss is there .. is purely company, s mistake misguiding Customer, Miss Leading Customers very bad expierence for me really. TVS people are intelligent i know i can understand that but we are more then them that they people dont know ??
                                WHY DINT YOUR TEAM OR YOUR SERVICE TEAM FROM DINT INFORM ME IN PREVIOUSLY BECAUSE THEY KNOW STILL 2 MONTHS WARRANTY WILL BE OVER LATER THEY WILL PAY IF YOUR THINKING IM NOT FOOL TO LISTEN 35000 kms Engine smoke is started my bike i know how i have maintained it i have not touched the TOP speed, or not taken my bike for Long Rides like others do thats, s What Disappointing me really

                                now Mechanic is telling engine is not ceased it can run but You need to Top up the Oil, , if this is case why did i pay 1, 60000 to company for this decective vechile TVS, s has told me its as a manufacture defect .. how can that vechile be delivered to customes i want Cosumer Team to please help me and resolve my issue please TVS Company i will not suggest to any one really is VEry disappointing always in terms of Eveything...
