I have purchased Apache before 3 month ago from Mankapur distt. GONDA UP and I want to transfer my bike to lucknow up
But for this dealer is providing form no. 21 22 &23
And when I want to contact to dealer they are not giving response via call or message
He is behaving like fake and nonsense

I think it is not a quality of businessman

Please do something

And provide my documents from nonsense dealer

Recently i had visited ramcor tvs malakpet hyderabad. The salesman was very rude and misguiding us regarding the features. His name was Ravi. He was telling us there is no sync brake system in jupiter grande at present. Later i clarified the doubt with another salesman and he replied saying 'yes' and later they both had a secret discussion and said 'no'. But the scooter had a label stuck on it saying 'sync brake system. They were continuously arguing that the model with such features is not manufactured yet. Their main aim was to sell the scooter in the next month and wanted to cheat us by thinking o[censored]s as fools. I never came through such a mishap in my life ever before. I sincerely urge the higher authority to pluck them out of their job and stand up to the respect that the company deserves

I visited Aditi tvs, sector 63, Noida, Gautam budhh nagar (U.P.) today with lots of hope of test riding the tvs Apache RR310 before finalizing the deal. The manager on duty took my driving license and asked me to wait for 5 minutes. I waited for at least 30 minutes hoping to get the test ride, but he kept on doing his own work. On asking how much time it will take, he kept on saying, "Ladka aa raha hai", I don't know which was the person he allotted would give me a test ride. I then asked him to return my driving license and left the showroom. I don't think I will ever buy a Tvs product in near future.

If you keep on showing this behavior towards your flagship model, I don't know what will happen with it.

We requested the tvs motor dealer to order a rear view mirror of right side 2 months before since then he hava'nt responded back and not call'd us even once to inform us about the status.
Instead he is saying that he is not getting answers from the head branch ks motors in jaipur and they are not sending the parts to him.
We are fed up of this manipulations as if now we want a solution to it .

We have ordered and made payment for ENTORQ HBS but dealer delivered ENTORQ Disc. When we asked, sales PERSON, she told that the vehicle delivered is ENTORQ HBS. After we asked for difference, they told that the delivered vehicle is not HBS. Dealer has requested vehicle for service and they will convert it to HBS. I don't know how will they do.

I want ENTORQ HBS. Lost trust in dealer. Looking for help from TVS.

The built quality of bike apache RR310 is not good
My bike is one year old only
And i am facing problem again & again with this bike
Once i have met with an accident with this bike due to lack of breaking
And now normally i was riding and the rear break paddle has been removed by itself only .
The good thing is i was not on speed so i covered up the speed otherwise i don’t know what was going to be happen to me that time . Thank God.

This is the worst showroom i have experienced in my life. They are putting down tvs brand name. So make some actions on them & ask for clarification.

My scooty engine is failed we ride almost 3000 km for this it has been ocuured, is this performance of your products it is very strange to accept
Why we have to purchase your brand, so many complaints on your products we are facing everyday one new issue now we are feeling headache with this.
No response from service centers, no response from customer care whom we need to ask.
Only 2 yrs completed for this vehicle, irresponsible of your company, within this two yrs we paid equal cost of the vehicle it shows your product performance

Very much disappointing after cash purchase of scooty zest on 16th march 2019 from narbheram motors pvt ltd., sakchi, jamshedpur. The vehicle is defective in self starting. Today, service center is repairing the battery. Why should i take repaired material? Also, vibrating during speed between 30-40 kmph. Also the dealer has committed to provide a good ladies helmet on free of cost against 100% cash purchase. But in spite of 3 visits to their showroom, they are avoiding the same. May i go to consumer court??

I purchased new tvs jupiter on 25th march, 2019 from dynamic tvs showroom, nagpur. But unfortunately after sales service support provided by showroom is very poor.

I asked them to provide insurance from icici lombard company, but they provide it of some other company. On asking the reason for doing so, they were having blank faces.

Moreover i made full payment for rto charges, but they are not providing road tax receipt for the same. They don’t have clear answer for this.

Their staff don’t take any customer query on serious note.

The after sales support is very poor.

I bought a tvs ntorq few days before from a tvs authorised showroom named good morning tvs located at anchal kollam district state kerala. After a few days i am getting annoyed by the loud sound of the scooty. I contacted the above mentioned showroom. I brought the vehicle to the showroom. And they examined the vehicle and asked me to wait a few hours to fix the problem. Few hours later they handed over the vehicle. But the problem still...

My ntorq has starting problems after gone for the first service, and a very hard vibration in the morning after the cold start of the engine. Very much disappointed with this vehicle. 0-10 kms speed has a vibration problem not cleared in the first service. Starting problem is more irritating. I don't get feel that i am purchased a new vehicle or not. From last 7month i'm going for the same issue.

हमारी गाड़ी टीवीएस जुपिटर है और यह गाड़ी दोपहर में 2 बजे के लगभग बंद हो गई जाने के बाद गाड़ी को चालू करने की कोशिश की पर गाड़ी चालू नहीं हुई तब हमने आपके टूलफ्री नंबर पर कॉल की उसके बाद भी 2 घंटे तक इंतजार करने के बाद भी कोई rispons नहीं मिला इस एस्थित में कस्टमर परेशान होता रहा अब आप बताओ कि कस्टमर को कोई सुब्धा नहीं मिलेगी तो क्यों गाड़ी लेगा हम तो यही कहेंगे कि आपकी कम्पनी की गाड़ी लेकर फस गया हूं व्यक्तिगत रूप से अपने करियर में पहली बार किसी कम्पनी की गाड़ी लेकर फस गए हैं

I bought a bike Apache RTR 200 4v
I have done first service i haveaa probelm in back break
The problem is while applying th break lot of noise was coming
I tell to service point they told mee
Same probelm in all Apache RTR 200 4v series i could not rectified itt
My bike 2 month old

Bht uncomfortable hota bike chalane... Bike mene tvs shelar, pune satara rd, near kk market ke showroom se li hai... Plzzzzz help me... Service bilkul acchi nai hai...

I had purchased a tvs wego on 14/03/19 from mandar tvs, pune, maharashtra, the brochure of this bike shows some graphic design (Red strips) on both the wheels but when the bike was delivered to me there was red strip only on the rear wheel and not on the front wheel, when i complained it to the executive regarding the same so he said it is the companies fault and manufacturing fault, i compared it with the other dealers and bikes in which i found that there is the strips on both the wheels. Kindly look into the matter and get my bike done what it deserves.

I am ramya, i purchased tvs ntorq125 on 22. Mar.2019. After travelling of 11 kms the vehicle got stopped. When we tried to start the vehicle we couldn't. Only when we use the center stand the vehicle gets ignition once we move the vehicle from stand it stops. We called the tristar motor for help their service person said to lock the vehicle and come. On 23. Mar.2019 we went to the showroom and handover the key and logged the complaint my ref no tvsm[protected] we asked for change of vehicle. On monday 25. Mar.19 they finally agreed and we chose the vehicle on march manufacturing. Today on 26th. Mar.19. We got another vehicle. After 2kms of travelling the engine gets heated up. The things whatever we kept under the seat we couldn't touch it. How can i go with this vehicle further?.

We need a solution for this. Kindly get in touch.

Dear sir i bought a bike apache 160 4v in july18 but now the battery issue very demoralised me from tvs. I m very sad that my problem is not resolved since more than a week from urs dealership in haldwani. I went there many a time but none of my matter was resolved yet, i'm not pleased with tvs.
It's all a thing that never pleased a customer while not resolving the problem of him/her

I have received exceptionally worst service by tvs service center located at vashi sector 19e. I went to repair the accidental damage on wednesday 20th march. I called to check if the parts were available and i was told that i will get the parts which i wanted however i could not repair because the insurance person did not come to the service center. I was told by the manager of the service center to come on saturday for the repair, when i went to the service center i was told that the manager is not at work and my insurance claim could not be started unless he comes to office. I waited for 2 hours for him to come and when he came he said that the parts can not be given as they were in the middle of the march closing, he said that he has the parts but will not be able to give it and said that he will arrange a pick up for tuesday because i objected to bring the vehicle again. On tuesday i get a call stating that the pick up could not be done as there was no one available to do the pickup in the absence of the regular pickup boy. I am still waiting for the service to be provided. How can such a big brand be so careless about the customer experience.
