Sir mere pass apache rtri 180 hai...3 years hue bike ko... Evrytym me service ke tym showroom ko bolta hu ki muje bike bilkul smooth chahiye... Bt muje aajtk bike us condition me nai mili... Bht uncomfortable hota bike chalane... Bike mene tvs shelar, pune satara rd, near kk market ke showroom se li hai... Plzzzzz help me... Service bilkul acchi nai hai...

I had purchased a tvs wego on 14/03/19 from mandar tvs, pune, maharashtra, the brochure of this bike shows some graphic design (Red strips) on both the wheels but when the bike was delivered to me there was red strip only on the rear wheel and not on the front wheel, when i complained it to the executive regarding the same so he said it is the companies fault and manufacturing fault, i compared it with the other dealers and bikes in which i found that there is the strips on both the wheels. Kindly look into the matter and get my bike done what it deserves.

I am ramya, i purchased tvs ntorq125 on 22. Mar.2019. After travelling of 11 kms the vehicle got stopped. When we tried to start the vehicle we couldn't. Only when we use the center stand the vehicle gets ignition once we move the vehicle from stand it stops. We called the tristar motor for help their service person said to lock the vehicle and come. On 23. Mar.2019 we went to the showroom and handover the key and logged the complaint my ref no tvsm[protected] we asked for change of vehicle. On monday 25. Mar.19 they finally agreed and we chose the vehicle on march manufacturing. Today on 26th. Mar.19. We got another vehicle. After 2kms of travelling the engine gets heated up. The things whatever we kept under the seat we couldn't touch it. How can i go with this vehicle further?.

We need a solution for this. Kindly get in touch.

Dear sir i bought a bike apache 160 4v in july18 but now the battery issue very demoralised me from tvs. I m very sad that my problem is not resolved since more than a week from urs dealership in haldwani. I went there many a time but none of my matter was resolved yet, i'm not pleased with tvs.
It's all a thing that never pleased a customer while not resolving the problem of him/her

I have received exceptionally worst service by tvs service center located at vashi sector 19e. I went to repair the accidental damage on wednesday 20th march. I called to check if the parts were available and i was told that i will get the parts which i wanted however i could not repair because the insurance person did not come to the service center. I was told by the manager of the service center to come on saturday for the repair, when i went to the service center i was told that the manager is not at work and my insurance claim could not be started unless he comes to office. I waited for 2 hours for him to come and when he came he said that the parts can not be given as they were in the middle of the march closing, he said that he has the parts but will not be able to give it and said that he will arrange a pick up for tuesday because i objected to bring the vehicle again. On tuesday i get a call stating that the pick up could not be done as there was no one available to do the pickup in the absence of the regular pickup boy. I am still waiting for the service to be provided. How can such a big brand be so careless about the customer experience.

I have purchased ntorq 125 (Matt red) on 15th october 2018 with regn no : dl9s-br-9862 (Ch no: md626kj2915166) from dynamic tvs (Uttam nagar), with in 6 days of purchase i was stuck with vehicle in middle of way facing the problem, vehicle do not start in between of the way. I have to tow vehicle to my home at my own. Then executive from dynamic tvs is come on next morning & check make it working.
Yesterday i face the same problem, its only 1week after service from sk tvs (Mayapuri) i called tvs road assist at 7pm for the same problem vehicle do not start but they are not able to figure out what real problem is, so they have to tow the vehicle to my home as it 11:30 pm so there is no workshop to attend me.

I purchased ntorq 125 from tvs vrindavan allahabad on 11 feb 2019 and till date the company has not provided me with the registration certificate.
Even i have problem regarding bike's performance but during my first service none of my issues got resolved.
It seems that i have made a wrong choice of selecting a brand like tvs.
Kindly arrange me the registration certificate and resolve the mechanical problems regarding my bike's performance.

We bought tvs jupiter on[protected]..

After my first service the next day i am facing problem self start swich comlaint.. Again i went to service centre they rectified electrical problem... After that within a week extra noise from my engine side.. Again i went to service centre.. They said timing chain comlaint... And they said we change it and give u... But noise was not arrested.. Again i went to service centre this noise from different place.. Then they adjust somthing to arrest the noise.. After that i had head light complaint is nt working.. Then i given third service they done every thing they said no problem everything fine now.. Then after a week my engine oil is leaking...

Now i given to service centre i xplaind everything but they are not given proper answer to me.. Then they said go give comlaint anywear no issues for us.. Pls give me a proper solution.. Otherwise i will do other actions..

I bought a bike on 16 nobember 2018... Today when i went to get my bike registerd with rto agent added extra amount in the name of rto agent who will be processing my file at rto office.. I was amazed and ask to handover the file to me as i refuse to pay extra money but the agent refuse to do so. That's a clear case of corruption happening at the well renowned and reputed brand. Please revert asap

It was told in beginning that vehicle will be financed fully and same was confirmed by mr. Sanjay, and he asked to take the a delivery of the vehicle, till now sale letter has not been issued by them. We paid 60000 rupees as of now, registration & insurance is still pending, manager deepraj enterprises has told that accessories amount is still pending. But he is not clarifying the things.

Manager: sanjay choudhary has not given any documents for the above vehicle (Sale letter, memo of payments, accessories memo), and 1st due service was also not done due to absence of owner's manual and service booklet.

I purchased one tvs jupiter base model from kosli dealer yadav automoboles kosli on 27/01/2017 and i done my all free and payed services at same dealer. Now my jupiter on smoky exust and high engion oil consumption but now he is refuse to replec engion part in warranty.
I ragistered a complaint on tvs toll free number on 14/03/2019 but they also not sporting me properly and till now my complaint on pending pls look at this matter and pls help me to resolve my complaint.

I have purchased TVS APACHE RTR 160 last year july. The dealer was Mohan TVS situated at Dibrugarh owner is Dr. Pranjal Mohan. Branch manager is Mr. R. Prasad. G.M. MR.S.Nandi. all trio has such some phone numbers which are always unavailable. ([protected] & [protected]).

Main problem is that still i don't have the Registration certificate. Which should be provided by the all Trios mentioned above. they have provide me a soft copy through whatsapp. You can check it there are several RC's of last one year which was still pending.

I went to the dealer several times. But in vein. They does not care. Even service part is also too poor. Parts are eventually out of stock.

Dealership should be changed to others.

Now just want my RC in my door step i will never visit the dealer agsin

Very much starting problem. Specially during morning time vehicle is not starting. When engine is cool vehicle not starting. Given complain to service centre. 2-3 times done service. But problem is not resolved. Either replace engine or replace vehicle. Otherwise i will do a police complain. Just 6 months ago vehicle purchased. If starting problem from now than vehicle will totally not start when it becomes old. Kindly do the needful.

I had purchase a tvs grande scooty from krishna tvs, grand road puri on oct - 18. From first day found a complaint in meter module humming sound but that complaint doesn't resolved till date after completed 2 nd free service. As a reputed company this type of service we cannot expect

I have bought tvs sport bike on 1st nov.2018.bike number is HR-55-AE-5388 name of rahul shakya From choudhary motors sector 14 gurugram. I am not setisfied with bike milage and performance also. I have complained about this many times to your bike dealer choudhary motors thet didnt even listen my problem. Worst bike ever. Worst comapny ever i have seen tvs.

I bought Jupiter 3arch 2019. When I am see that below head lamp pannel gap is more I show to sales men and tell him to solve this problem salesman tell 1 servicing I will solve this problem but yesterday that problem not solved pls solve this problem to many vehicles

I purchased tvs ntorq125 vehicle from khandagiri tvs showroom on 17th february 2019. After 5 days of riding that bike, i could not ride that for 3days. After that when i tried to start, it did not start through self start. I complaint in the showroom. The showroom mechanic came and checked the issue. Then i contacted manager of that showroom who said you have to start it daily otherwise it won't start. I wrote about the issue to tvs motor company. The company people came and checked the vehicle by opening it. Bit when they came after 4 days the vehicle did not start. I have communicated everything by email. The assured me to come again and check it through their experts. But they not yet come. I am being harassed after paying the whole amount for the vehicle. The vehicle will be of one month tomorrow and i am just waiting and waiting. I have to go by public transport after buying my own vehicle. Request to refund my whole amount as this vehicle i have is manufacturing defect. I can't suffer anymore. As a working womani am facing lots of trouble and the company people just telling lies by assuring me to solve all my issues related to my vehicle. Why they will repair my brand new vehicle, it means its not new vehicle.

My self manish chouhan and i am a part of tvs motor company from 2011. My firm is chouhan motors in fatehpur shekhawati diss. Sikar, when we are starting work with tvs motor company then over main dealer is hind motor sikar, that time we will performe good according to company but in 2016 company change over main dealer now we are under h r motor laxmangarh they are not positive in behave from starting and now the area manager and the owner of hr motor both are cheating with us and another saleing point open in fatehpur and they are say “you are not able to perform according to company”. Over fatehpur is a small town where one sale point is enough but area manager and main dealer hr motor both are cheating with us and open another sales point now we are help less we don’t understand how to complaint for area manager of tvs motor company and hr motor laxmangarh please some buddy help us.

Rc book not received
It's been one year and i am still waiting for r. C book.
Visited to showroom first from where the bike was purchased, they suggested to go rto
Rto says go to global post office
And now finally global post office says, we don't have received your rc book.

What a system? Why this confusion of rc book? Why they keep moving common people from here and there and finally gets nothing.
