Krishna Autolink TVS service station at Gondal Road RAJKOT. I have given my Jupitar for service on 30/1/2019 mention all my problame that not working salf start, humming problame and regular chack up. They check all out side of body of Jupitar at the time of receive my scooter.
After given in service in two hours phone received that service complete. I have ask them that their is starting problame and humming problame check it properly...

Dear sir/madam,

I m purchase new tvs weigo last one year, after one year battery issue create, I was showing to service center he said require 7 days for replacement but still battery not receive, service date 3/1/2019 to till date I m not receive my battery plz help...

The very first time wen battery went off in the 4th month the service center guys charged it and again it went off they did the second charging then in two days it repeated

The tvs service manager then sent the battery to some service center on 3rd of jan -19, still now i have not received the battery yet

The funny part is after second charging the service center technician certified the battery cannot be used...

I given 3 times servicing in this anjali tvs ameerpet, hyderabad. But they are doing not good service and not solving issues i came 1-2 times after completing of service. They are not helpful us. They are wasting of my time repeatedly. Today also i came to service center almost 1hr completed no one is responding. Worrest service center at least they are not given respond also.. Too bad...

I have purchased n torq on september 2018. Still this time lady handle is not fixed. Dealer telling that stock did not come till

I purchased Apache160 4V on 9/05/2018. I gave my bike for third servicing on 9/11/18. I found vanishing of my bike's paint from inside due to battery water leakage then i Taised the problem to the service centre, they just gave water wash to the bike. Again the problem arised. Again i went to service center, they painted improperly i was not satisfied with their service. Please consider my request and give permanent solution my bike's chassis...

My scooty pep+bs4 got accident, i gave to company to repair it and install new parts. But now its one month over, company service center is not ordering new parts, i visit them many time and they are making excuses again and again.

Please take action immediately

Or i will take action personaly. Because i m fad up. I can not wait for one more month....

I have purchased tvs jupiter 2 months ago. Now its created lot of problems.
1) self start is not working at all. (Mostly all jupiter vehicles facing same battery issues)
2) its creating sound while moving.
3) its started vibrating and its very uncomfortable to sit on a vibrating vehicle.
4) this is so weird. I dont know if this is bike problem. I am getting elctric shock while moving below high tension electric...

I hve booked apache rtr160 4v in suryapratap automobiles k. R puram.

But the dealer is charging 1000/- for cancellation charges even though the company has confirmed there should be no charges on the same.

I need my full amount to be refunded from the dealer.

I already have the proof for the same. If the same is not rectified here i would like to file a case in consumer court....

I purchased this scooter in arasu tvs porur chennai on 1june18. After the second service this scooter giving lot of starting problem. When i kick start petrol smell coming out heavily., seems it is overflow. Then changed the spark plug. After two days the same problem continues. I contacted the service station. They have not got the pick-up service. We need to spend about rs.1000/-to transport the vechile to the service station....

Myself rishan. I have bought a bike apache rr 310 from tvs banglore which cost about 3 lacks. And it got a complaint within 6 months. And the complaint was rear brake pedal, rear brake pad and rear disk brake. From past 2 to 3 monts about 10 times i have called them for the same and they arent giving me an answer. My tvs jupiter titanium grey lp 2 wheeler, got short circuit of cdi unit and ignition coil, due to that bike got burn, all parts below the dicky and dicky also got burn.

Hello, this is nandish from raichur (Ka). Today (25 jan 2019) i went to tvs service center (Sri vijayalakxmi tvs raichur 584101) for giving general service of my tvs jupiter. While giving to service mechanic it shows more than half tank petrol (Nearly 60%), after completion of service while giving back it showing only one fourth of tank (20%) thats it. When ever i give my bike for servicing it's not done as it is supposed to be done in a professional way. I keep informing that their are body vibration and other problems in the bike. They just keep saying it would be taken care off but it's not. I just wasted my 3 free servicing with them. I strongly agree that giving my bike to a local services centre is much better than tvs service centre thuo i might spend few rupees more but to get it...
