Since more than 3 months I am continuously chasing Bhai Sahab Enterprises Team for getting my RC & Number Plate but every time they make false commitment which leads very issues to kids as it is using by my kids for going school etc.

I think such kind of your dealers are leading TVS Motors bad impression on customers in market. I am seeking some positive response from your side to getting resolve of my concern and take corrective action on such kind of bad experience dealers sitting in market.

      A few days back my brother bought a TVS Star City Plus bike from S.K. TVS and found that they quoted approx Rs.[protected] more for the insurance but the same insurance is available lesser than they had quoted, we request him to allow us to buy the insurance form the another agent (lesser quoted) but he said that his main dealer is not allowing him to purchase insurance from anywhere else. I already made a complaint on TVS but TVS had not taken any action against the dealer till date, the complaint ref. is now the total price is like that--- 1) if we buy insurance from tvs then the cost will be 58000(bike price)+16240(gst 28%) +6000(insurance)+ 14000road tax = 94240 (all values are calculated in appx) (1+5 years with zero depreciation ) 2) if we buy insurance from the agent then the cost will be 58000(bike price)+16240(gst 28%) +[protected]insurance)+ 14000road tax = 94240 (all values are calculated in appx (1+5 years with zero depreciation ) kindly take necessary action.. as the buying insurance is not mandatory form the TVS dealer, I can buy the insurance form anywhere.

        My father in law name: mailarappa jamadar we purchased the XL-100 Bike from shri doddabasaveshwar motors yelburga the tvs credit financer was not response to me he is neglating my request so we are unhappy to services at tvs so resolve immediately

        i think it is worst service in my currier

          Hi!

          This is Aneesh. My 2018 Rtr 160 4v has always had issues during the rainy season. Water leaks in to the tank every time I leave it out over night during the rains.

          Many times I’ve had to call roadside assistance as it has stopped midway through a journey.

          I’ve had this shown umpteen number of times at authorised service centers and showrooms in Mumbai and Bangalore where I’m currently settled.
          Where even they’re baffled and don’t have a clear answer as to why this is happening. One of the mechanic suggested I use a plastic fuel cap guard! I’ve even got the entire fuel cap unit replaced recently and a service Center here in bangalore assured me it’s fixed for good. But again it happened the other day and I had to call roadside assistance at midnight.

          To be honest I’m fed up. I have seen that this a recurring issue with a lot of apache rtr 4v owners. . I’m surprised you haven’t recalled this bike with such a major flaw.

          I don’t want to spend anymore money on this otherwise lovely bike. I haven’t had any other issues with it in the past 4 years! Kindly contact me and get this fixed or replaced. Thanks

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            The service of my RTR Apache 160 4v is done on 16th Oct 2022 at Dev TVS Address - B-243 Lokopriya vihar, Main Highway Road, N.H -24, KHORA COLONY, Noida/ Ghaziabad. I have paid above 2100 rs for my service. Ater 6 days, On 23rd Oct I travelled from Ghaziabad to my hometown Vrindavan for Diwali celebration. Unfortunately when I was on my way (Yamuna Express Way) my bike suddenly loses the power and it stopped and didn't start again. I waited for almost 2 hours there for mechanic and when the mechanic comes He said that there is no Engine Oil in the bike and because of that my bike over heats and the spark plug burns. How it is possible that my bike has no engine oil as my service done 6 days before only.

            At that panic state, I called my service centre Dev TVS and the said we don't know we can't help please visit any nearby TVS showroom.
            There is no TVS showroom in 50 km area where i stucked. My bike was unable to start how I can visit any TVS showroom. I found my answer vey unsatisfactory. Somehow mechanic able to start the bike and charged me 1000 rs for that and that situation me and my bike suffers a lot.

            Please help me on this sir and I really want my money back or compensation for the same. I will not visit Dev TVS again for my bike.

              I registered one complaint over front disc pad early change . After that I changed on payable charges but after disc pad change they got issue over front disc the said it's not repair at time i almost spend there 4 hours only to change disc pad then I got my bike and repair that issue former tvs mechanic and they solved the issue in 20 min . Is it fair or they have problem with us who complaint against them over faulty part provided the customer or they don't have trained mechanic why tvs use this cheap product first uses hbk disc pad and now the use Rane brand caliper for disc break please take action over these types of complaints

                I bought TVS Apache 160 4V model on April 13th.my chassis no MD637GE56N2D00820, Engine no GE5DN2X00961.first service after notice some abnormal noise in brakes and also issue highlighted but they not respond this issue .after second service also highlighted the same issue but issue not solve. totally 5500 km only completed in this condition driving time front brake failure and near miss the accident. so give the bike to service Centre .after verification they told brake pad is worn out. so many discussions after they conclude and change the brake set in warranty. But they take 25 day for service the bike above incident happen in with in 3 months. Then receive the bike after failure correction only 2500 km running getting abnormal noise in engine .issue highlighted and bike given for service on 24.09.2022.but still (19.10.2022) my bike is not ready. its a new bike within 5 months my bike 2 time failure happen and also long time(min 25 days ) to take for servicing

                  I just got issue in my front disc pad i visit tvs workshop bhandara city ak Gandhi tvs . The said u have to replace disc pad . But how it's possible my bike ran only 4k km and it's early to replace the pad . I have some other costomer who faces same issue they ran bike just 1500 km and disc pad gone what we will do now please suggest

                      I purchased TVS Jupiter BS6 in Feb 2021. Year 2021 was very good I got 42 kmpl mileage in city throughout year uptill last free 4th service from which I am getting 33kmpl. Pls note I only drive the vehicle and on same route in city. My vehicle is showing 99% in eco mode and any time one can check my brake pads which are in good conditions after completing 4000kms. I always service my vehicle in Supreme TVS service center near Nitin company Thane (W) State: Maharashtra. My vehicle number is MH04 KS 4877. Second problem rose when i have given my vehicle to same service center in Sept 2022 that it is intermittently stopping of vehicle when accelerator is not given, for which I have to give self start again. Service center advisor Mr Rahul changed thermal sensor and O2 sensor but problem is not solved. After going at service center for at least 9times I saw careless attitude of Service advisor that he has not interest in solving the issue after coming 9 times for same problem . In between this mileage issue is kept on sidelines. I am driving 2 wheelers since last 25 yrs. Mr Rahul service advisor of Supreme TVS is talking or defending rot, that traffic has increased potholes have increased . How can potholes and traffic increase drastically in year 2022 ?? Or he is showing his incapability to solve the issues, i.e. mileage and intermittent stopping of vehicle.
                      How can TVS give authorization for such service center. I have written many mails to TVS company via customer mail id but in vain
                      Hope my problem will be heard by some expert trained person in TVS company

                        Sir maine tvs apache rtr 160 2v purchase kiya hai. Bt ye bike chalate samay automatic band ho ja rahi hai. Aur aisa bahut hi jyada ho raha hai. Din bhar me kam ses kam 20 - 30 ye problem face karna par raha hai. Is bare me maine apne service center me bhi kai bar bat kar chuka hoon bt unse bhi ye problem theek nahi ho pa rahi hai. Maine kareeb 11 months pehle ye bike purchase ki hai aur suru se hi ye problem aa rahi hai. Kareeb 5 se 6 bar service center walo ne kosish ki bt theek nahi ho pai hai. Aur koi sahi answer bhi nahi de rahi hai.

                          My TVs Icube met with an accident so I gave my bike for ther services, to change the parts since it's a new model they informed us they informed us that it will take time upto 20days ..
                          It's been 60 days still it's not resolved.
                          We have called the Chennai branch for the ordered parts they are saying that they have sent the parts prior 20days .yuvan showroom got the parts but still they are saying didn't received because they didn't checked the stocks they got ..it's been a week after they accepted for the parts received still they didn't handover the bike to us .still saying we are working the same song .no response and no servy..they are not doing for the sake of the free of cost we are paying for it still they didn't service is not done .you can enquire like TVS Icube red vehicle accident case.

                              With due regret I state that it's been more than 5 months since i bought the tvs ntorq race edition from Golden Motors TVS Showroom, Karimganj, Assam. I cleared all my dues paid in cash but still they are unable to provide me with my RC and Number Plate. I enquired them about the same, but they are unable to provide me with any assistance for relief. So, I hereby submit my complaint against the aforementioned showroom, as I am facing unnecessary inconvenience. I would be grateful if you kindly look into this matter.

                                  Sir,
                                  With due regards and humble submission, I regret to state that 2 days ago 9/10/22 I have submitted my motor bike on vinayak dealer for servicing.
                                  They have told that corbolator got damage and asked Rs 13, 000 for that part for repairing but I have refused to pay and asked to exchange the part as my servicing is clear and upto date.
                                  But the communication of their staff is not good and they have kept the motor bike under their custody and refuse to return.
                                  While calling to TVS customer care on [protected], Md ishaq has received the call and refused to note my complaint which seems to be worst service provided by them as I request 2 -3 for filling the complaint but he refused and stay that " for taking your motorbike back you have to pay money as all your body parts is opened "
                                  Note : it is very strange to know that while talking with me Md Ishak has full and detailed information about my grievance .
                                  Sitting from karnataka, Md ishak has full information that spare parts is not available in Assam at Nagaon district and dealer has not properly communicated with me.
                                  Something very strange I found while consulting with Md Ishak, TVS service holder.

                                  I request to kindly solve the issues as soon as possible

                                      I have booked and paid the full payment for TVS Jupiter 125CC on dated 02/10/2022, Registered Mobile Number [protected] Dealer ( TVS FLAGSHIP KORAMANGALA) has committed that I will receive the vehicle in 3 to 5 working days today is 11/10/2022 till now I am only getting the commitments 2moro we will give but till now I didn't get the vehicle, dealer is ready to refund the amount Ops Manager Mr. Gopal.

                                      Is this kind of service what The company gives being reputed brand like TVS i am really fed up now I will be in soop loosing the card charges and RTO charges which is paid.

                                      I have done a big mistake to choose the TVS which is my fault when the company itself has no worries to loos the clients.

                                      I will definitely suggest tweet to all my FB/Twitter/Instagram friends not to go with TVS at any cost which even they don't mind to loose the client.

                                        This is an urgent plea to address my issue as a genuine customer of TVS Motor company.

                                        I am an owner of your company's product named TVS Jupiter and I have been facing a very big problem since the time I purchased this product i.e. in 2018.

                                        The main issue which still lingers on in my scooter is stopping in due course of normal running and not switching on till a very long time.Everytime, I had to take my scooter to service centre for resolving this issue but everytime they just repaired the issue and I went back with no permanent solution after every free maintenance service.I used to complaint to TVS customer care regularly about this issue and what they used to do is that inform my nearest service centre about the issue so that they can send a mechanic to resolve the issue.

                                        This problem still persists in my scooter since last 4 years continuously and I have tried each n every way to reach out to your service centre but no one there could resolve the issue in my scooter.I am utterly disappointed by your company's product and I think I should not recommend this product to any of my friends and family because after being humiliated so many times, my issue is still not resolved and your company never took my issue seriously.

                                        I think there is a manufacturing defect in my scooter which your service mechanics could not identify and I am still suffering from this issue.It maybe a small problem for you and your company but its a big issue for a Indian customer who has invested his hard earned money on a vehicle to use for a longer period of his life but what he can do if the company doesn't deliver the satisfaction which he expects.

                                        I have lost the believe in your company and I tried many ways to reach your company's top most officials but I couldn't reach them and after some failed efforts, in the end I am requesting you to please address my issue and give me a proper solution to this problem.

                                        I would mention that I encountered an issue like this in my Godrej mattresses, and I talked with the CEO of Godrej company Mr.Anil Mathur and he took my issue very seriously and I appreciated his will to take customer satisfaction as the topmost priority and he even got my mattresses replaced completely.

                                        I hope I will get a solution from your side for my problem and I think you will consider my issue as a genuine customer problem.I think that this is the right way to reach out to your company and I believe that you will resolve this issue as soon as possible.
