I bought tvs jupiter on 1/11/2018 from kubera motors, the main dealer of tvs motors. While registering he had commited to provide accessories for rs 4000 which included mobile charger but ultimately he did'nt. So i asked him for discount to which he denied. Also the number plate was not painted. The salesman named kulkarni was very impolite and did not respond to the concerns.

Its been more than 1months since my bike tvs apache 160 4v is sent to sanjay tvs rudrapur for accidental repairs but since then there is no progress regarding the above stated matter and when asked about the status your officials say that" company is not manufacturing the bike products. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and please do inform the customers that you are incapable of giving the after sales sevices and parts after...

We submit our monthly emi to tvs. But there is indirect charge deduction from my bank account.
The charged amount is 290. The date of deduction is 31 october 2018. There is two times deduction in same date. I attached a screenshot here. You can see there.
My problem is that why there is additional charges applied even we paid the monthly emi.
