ntorq 125 refund

Dear sir/mam,
I purchased tvs ntorq 125 from oceanic motors, gandhinagar, gujarat in may 2018. From the 2nd week of purchasing i am facing lots of issues with my vehicle. It is the worst ever vehicle i have came across with. I have already visited the oceanic motors 8-9 times for the solution but it seems that tvs is not capable to solve its own vehicle problems. And the staff is also not bothered to solve any.

Sir. I already sent you a complaint against this issue. So., i reminding you sir,
My bike tvs classic side panel colour is sticking out so please change this panel immediately. I already informed to tvs show room hubli regarding this matter by calling and texting. So no any reply from them. Please let me solve this issue immediately.
Please enquire about my bike problem issue.
1. Bike left panel colour is striking out.
2. During bike repair bike parts properly not fitted with nut bolts.

    Worst experience with Tvs.. I recommend not to buy ther bikes... On Nov 11 2018...I purchased My New TVS Apache rtr 160 4v from Savera TVS Guwahati(Assam)..But within one week after my purchase I saw that the upper-dipper light was not working...Wen I visited the service center they informed me tat the bulb got fused..And they are charging money for a new bulb...My question is tat within one week of purchase the bulb was fused and the dealers are not taking any responsibility for that...Being a customer my valuable tym got wasted visiting TVS Service center Numerous tym...If the problem is not resolved I will lodge a complaint in consumer forum... Morever ther employees are not having much knowledge to detect the problems..And are not entertaining any of the problems faced by the customer...

      मैने ६ महीने पहीले बाईक खरेदी है Iपहीले दिन से उसने मँनुफ्कचर डिफेट था I उसके बारे मे मैने शो रूम पहीले दोनो फ्री सव्रिस के वक्त बताया भी था I उसका माईलेज सिर्फ ५२-५३ मील रहा था I अब ३री फ्री सव्रिस के वक्त शो रूम वालो ने मुझे बताया की उसमे छोटासा काम है आपको गाडी पुरा दिन सव्रिस के लिए शो रूम छोडणी होगी.अभी वॉरंटी पिरीयड है.उसका खराब पार्ट निकाल कर डिस्ट्रीक शोम मे जमा करवाना होगा तभी दुसरा पार्ट मिलेगा.आज ३ दिन पुरे हो गये I जब मैने अपनी गाडी देखी तो उसका इंजिन खुला हुआ है I जब गाडी का इंजिन इतनी जल्दी खुल गया तो उसे लेके क्या करू? कंपनी की जिम्मेदारी नही है क्या गाडी कस्टमर को देने से पहीले उसे चेक करे? मेरे पास पहीले से ही हीरो की पँशन प्रो बाईक (MH 18 AM 5583) है जो टिवीस स्टार मुकाबले बहोत अच्छी है I फीर भी मैने टिवीएस की बाईक खरेदी और आज अपनी गलती का फल भुगत रहा हु Iमुझे किसीसे कुछ सहायता नही चाहीऐ बस consumer court मे आपसे मिलना चाहुगा I आपकी कंपनी की रेप्युटेशन बढ़ाने के लिएे l

        I have brought my new tvs ntorq 125cc scooter 3 months back. And it has been just 1300kms now. I have done the services properly. Now the major issue which i am facing is the starting problem. Last month when i took my scooter its battery level was quiet down and qas unable to start. The nerby service centre (Tvs) rechrged my battery and still the scooter was unable to start. After which i have visited another service centre and after 2 days inspection they realised that the air filter was damaged... I cleared the issue. Then now again the same issue has hpnd i scooter is unable to start by self as well as kicker start... I need sudden reply about about this complaint. When i googled i came to know that so many customers of ntorq has the same issue of starting prblm as well as auto choke prblm.. We place trust on this compny and choose your prdct, but you have betrayed us.
        Do necessary steps.

          We have given our vehicle for regular servicing at susheel motors pvt ltd at pragathinagar, bachupally mandal, hyderabad-500090 on 03/11/2018. The service engineer told that the battery to be replaced. Since the battery is taken just 3 months back, it is under warranty and i asked to replace with new one.

          Vehicle no: ap28bt9300, jc no: 312129, date: 03/11/2018, engineer: b5 rajesh raj

          The service engineer, rajesh took the warranty card for battery, but it is not done till today. I am not sure, how it will take this much time to change the battery.

          The battery brand is amco, which is failing within warranty time and i feel it is not good battery and we are suffering regularly with that brand, i am in trust on tvs products, but why you are suggesting to use amco batteries, which are failing regularly.

          Due to delay in delivery of vehicle on time, i am getting trouble in my daily routine work and it costing me lot.
          Why the battery change is taking such a long time to change battery and the response from the service engineer is pathetic and irresponsible. Hence i am complaining to deliver my vehicle immediately with all the required servicing.

            Dear tvs team, i have purchased a new bike of tvs apache 160 4v & bike chasis no. Is md637ae72j2h72179 & bike engine no. Is ae7hj2165009. Complain is in bike is not running above 55 km speed in 5tg gear when i show this problem to tvs service centre where from i purchased this bike service person said the carburettor problem in bike carburettor is not working properly so need to change carburettor. If this problem is coming is new bike after in 5 days how can i assure from your quality satisfaction i m not satisfy on this i want action for this issue i will going to consumer court & claim my money.

              My name is Deepak Jha from Ambernath Maharashtra, I have purchased new bike (TVS apache RTR 160 4 V) on 23rd sept. 2018 from M/s. Shree Motors ( Prop.-Jitu Patole) at Badlapur, Maharastra 421503, till now I have received only insurance copy. If I ask about my bike registration number & paper they are just ignoring as well talking very rudely.

              I have purchased bike through Bank Loan & EMI already started. ( till now 2 EMI deducted ).

              If I asked about paper then dealer said that just return the bike take back down payment only. He said that he don’t bother about any complaint if it is raised in TVS company, Bank as well as in Police. Now he said that whenever he receive paper he will call us, but no confirm date. It will take 6 to 8 months or 1 year also.

                I came here for my 3rd free service on time which they promised. I am on time at 2:45 pm on 13/11/2018 for express service. They also insist me they can do so but they dont. And finally i got my bike at 5:40 pm. Is this called 1hour service promise??

                  I have visited 3 times to tvs kiran komerical secunderabad ranigung, hyderabad 500003 for second service 1 st service was done on 16-aug 2018 at 968 km .as there have given 2nd service time from 2500km -3000km, i have visited service center at 3050km on 15th oct 2018 now it is 3945 km. even today i have visited service center there are deny to do service and saying employees are in leave. while purchasing time they have said and given express service is available with in one hour there will be delivering it but these service center people are not responding when ever i visited there are decline service, i asking them to speak with manager they says manager is not available.

                    I bought tvs apache rr310 on 24march 2018 and today i was riding my bike suddenly my engine key fall down in running mode.. Bike is running without key is it come under warrenty?? I have lost my key but speedometer is on it is costly bike but locker is very poor.. So suggest me what i do because i think it's not my fault.

                      Dear sir/mam,

                      I have purchased tvs jupiter which chassis no is md626eg43j3l48090 on dated 24oct 2018 from nmp tvs sirsa. The vehicle was delivered by same day on offline delivery challan. I asked about the bill but they told me that they have applied for the rc so bill will be sent to rto. They did not give me any xerox of bills.
                      I ask them many times for the rc applied detail and date but they denied to answer. Even they charge 4500/- where the fee of rc is approx 3000/-. Today i checked using customer service app and found the billing date is 05nov2018. Please find the screen shot.
                      Till date they had not applied for the rc and i have no any billing proof. Kindly guide me how to go through this situation.
                      Kindly justify the things otherwise i'll have to go through some kind of legal process

                        This is to complaint about the continuous repair being done to rectify the voice coming in my newly tvs jupiter purchased in cash. The engine noise voice has been done repaired 3 times by service station but again and again its coming due to which the millage is also giving very low. I am really fed up with this issue and all my friends suggested me to buy activa but i bought jupiter which is big mistake. I am going to take up the matter in consumer court forum.

                        Again there is Missing problem in my scooter. Recently I had done second service of the scooter but there is missing problem arising again. I had got it checked at service station yesterday and yge foreman had done cleaning of the Carborator but problem still not resolved.
                        I am unable to understand that why again and again there is problem in newly purchased scooter.
                        I am really fed up with the decision of buying the Jupiter. My other scooter activa has be working very smoothly from last 5 years.
                        Jupiter is the worst experience.

                        Please get the scooter checked thoroughly this time or I had to file case in consumer court forum for replacement or refund of the scooter.

                          I have purchased tvs jupiter from d. S. Tvs subhash nagar, near chandervani dehradun on 5th nov. Still we have not received insurance and tool kit till now. They have been committing for next day every time since then. I have not expected this from co. Like tvs. Higly disappointed... Very bad experience.

                          I have paid money for the above, but not able to ride scooter without insurance. Staff of the dealer is not taking the things seriously.

                            I have a problem of battery when i purchase a bike.in a 6-7 months the service department is unable to solve the problem. They are changed the battery 2 times. I have already go 20-30 times in a service center but now i had tired and i don't want to go in service center because they are unable to find out the problem because of lack of knowledge of workers of tvs company if now then tvs is unable to solve the problem then i go to consumer court because when i purchase the bike in a initial stage there is a problem.

                              My tvs ntorque bike speedo meter is not working since 1st servicing. I have visited service center regarding the issue in shivam motors jammu. They dont do anything simply saying it's done. Again i have visited ms tvs jammu for same problem. I have done my 2nd servicing @ just 870km running because i have speedometer problem. Ms tvs jammu also not able clear my problem. I have visited 3 times my bike is 3 months old same problem continue from date of purchase very bad service. Poor support very poor. Bike is in warranty. Please provide me new speedometer or clear the problem plz sir

                              Service staff of Najafgarh is very dirty . They abuse to their costumers and never resolve customer problem. And TV's vhicle mostly apeche 180 rtr are filled full of complain like speed meter noise in handle loose chain after two days of service..
                              Guys I suggest you don't go for service you n Najafgarh (chawala stand) service centre..

                                I went for servicing my tvs jupitor zx-disc on dated "[protected]" and after servicing i was facing issues like: fluctuating petrol indicator, avg. Issue, sound issue, low pickup. So. I visited again within a week and still issue has not been resolved then i again visited after calling them so many times on dated "[protected]" after waiting for more than 3 hours after asking the status "satender kumar yadav" who is writing the complaint used bad words and talked very rudely/improperly and at the time of repairing they destroyed the part "near the cluch" where nut bolt has been inserted and they refused to change it. Nobody, is taking responsibility of the destroyed item at the time of servicing and without repairing they delivered me the scooty.
                                So, if any accident take place with me or anyone who is driving the scooty then dynamic tvs is totally responsible.

                                  It just ridiculous we had purchased a bike from soron kasganj -207403.
                                  We went there to check that bike but they suddenly opened the whole bike without our permission. They do not even think that how they can open a new bike. My concern is that now i cannot run an opened bike. Now i do not want an opened bike. So they need to exchange with same another one.

                                    I bought TVS Ntorq 2 months ago and I drived it only 1220 kms and it started giving me some serious problems like annoying uneven sound from silencer and foot rest and also from engine. I visited service centre and they said that they cannot solve this issue. I bought TVS vehicle because I was having trust on TVS but now I'm helpless..

                                      Sir i bought tvs apache 2004v abs version in vvk motors mariyappana palya bangalore but it has some gear shifting sound like tappet sound while shifting gears and the petrol tank cap is not fitted properly and the water is going inside the cap and the service center guys are not solving the problem and i want you to assist some other service center to solve this problem
