I had purchased TVS Jupiter BSIV last year on[protected] and since then within one month of its purchase I am facing many problems with this bike.
- Within 1 month my bike stopped running during long routes if it went beyond 10 kms.
- Facing self start problem.
- Bike stops in between while riding.
- I have taken all regular free services for my bike on mentioned kms and time periods still facing the same issue
- Around 10-12 services I have taken for my bike within a year to resolve this issue and still the problem is same that it stops on the road in between while driving and because of which many times I have avoided many accident.
- Now the condition is that my bike is not even working.
Please either replace my bike with a new one or help me in resolving this issue and I am frustrated now with the service TVS has provided.
I believe the company has given me a faulty product and I need a replacement for the same.

    Hi, i have apache rtr 180. I came for service at vardhman service situated in panipat.i came here approx 13:40. Firstly, no body was here to attend the customer and the place is too ### to sit, then someone came and i left my bike for service and they said me to come back at 17:00, i came here exactly 17:00 but my bike was still untouched and no body taking care of this station.this is hell, ### TVS. Shame on you.i am very angry and never gonna buy again any TVS vehicle in my life.

      Hi all,
      According to the complaint raised with the below messages non had called or contacted me for further clarification or consideration.

      My vehicle tn99h7033 is still giving me the feeling about waste of investment. Since 1999 i'm favorite of tvs (My 1st vehicle tvsxlsuper tn37a1921) but this purchase of victor had no use since the day i bought it.

      5. Engine knocking

      8. Heavy vibration during ride

      Regarding vehicle number tn99h7033,

      Since the date i purchased i raised the complaint regarding
      1, clutch issues, brake issues, mileage issues, gear changing and knocking sound issues, slowspeed off issues and so on but its not yet rectified i am not happy with the vehicle performance as it doesn't met my requirement of smooth family drive. Could you kindly advise how to return and get back a good alternative vehicle. Please advise as i am completely not satisfied.

      My last service took more than 1 month to collect back the vehicle as it was on hold under warranty service awaiting for the spare parts, please refer the service history for your reference.

      Now the vehicle vibrates severely during the ride and lot of inconvenience during gear changing. Please advise.
      Since the date of purchase the vehicle took its own place to dwell in the service station more than the period it got droven by its owner.

        मैं विकास कुमार कानपुर नगर
        मैंने गत दिनांक 5 नवंबर 2018 को टीवीएस रेडियन मोटरसाइकिल बिक्रांत मोटर्स (मोबाइल-[protected]) नौबस्ता कानपुर नगर से खरीदी जिसका इंजन नंबर KF1L J14B6989 तथा
        फ्रेम नम्बर MD625HF17J1LB2535 है।
        गाड़ी 450KM चलने पर इसकी क्लच प्लेट खराब हो गयी।
        Tvs कम्पनी के टोलफ्री नम्बर पर शिकायत दर्ज कराई शिकायत संख्या 124081 प्राप्त हुई ।कम्पनी द्वारा इतनी जल्दी खराबी आने पर निशुल्क सेवा देने की बात कही गयी।
        अब TVS कम्पनी( विक्रांत मोटर्स नौबस्ता कानपुर नगर) ने तत्काल सही करने के नाम पर ₹1000 रुपये चार्ज किये ।
        अन्यथा की स्थिति में गाड़ी के पार्ट चेन्नई से मगाने है इसमें 15दिन इंतजार करने का भय बनाया ।

        कम्पनी द्वारा आज मेरी शिकायत बन्द कर दी गयी जिसपर बताया गया कम्पनी इस पार्ट पर क्लेम नही देगी।
        कम्पनी को धन्यवाद जिन्होंने ऐसे कर्मचारी नियुक्त किये है जो उपभोक्ता का मानसिक व आर्थिक शोषण कर कम्पनी के ब्रैड वैल्यू को पलीता लगा रहै है।
        मैंने tvs के नए प्रोड्क्ट पर भरोसा किया क्योंकि मैं पहले से Tvs जुपिटर का उपयोग कर रहा था
        क्या मुझे नए प्रोडक्ट पर भरोसा नही करना चाहिए था?
        अब मुझे क्या करना चाहिए ?
        मुझे मेरे पैसे वापस मिल सकेंगे ?

          We are bringing your notice that, Our cousin bought the New scooty Pep+ in Dasara Time from Dharmana TVS Visakhapatnam.

          At the Buying time they told 5500 is the On road price and they will provide us Invoice for that.
          And we are paid down payment 10160/INR, After that they given invoice to us only ex showroom price mentioned.
          we are requested Total amount Invoice but their response very poor and irresponsible
          And also they told us Dasara Gifts are issuing at dasara time, and mentioned on D.C back side also, But as of now they are not issued and they response very irresponsible. For that dasara gift they are taken from us 450 INR Advance

          For RTA charges they told us 1680 INR But they give 1366 INR Invoice

          We are very strong Believes on the TVS company before also we are using TVS Bikes But. How we are cheated from your Dealer Pl. Understand

            I am facing everyday problem in self start of bike in the morning time. I went so many times in tvs motor service center but they wont able to fix this issue.
            Every time i have to put a chock and then bike will get start.

            There are other company bike's they won't face such kind of issue.
            How the tvs motor building bike's. I don't know.
            Is this the way, they build the new bike which having problems. As a customer i paid whole the amount of rs 116000.
            Dd i expect such a bad condition bike with amount.

                The vehicle is tvs star city plus with 110 cc but in registration certificate it is written as tvs star city with 98cc which is creating problem in insurance renewal and when police inspection.
                I went to rto and they said that ask the dealer but the dealer kalamkar tvs is not ready to rectify the mistake. The dealer kept my rc with them for more than 3 months and didn't solve the problem. Need help

                  I had purchased btvs sports last year that time sales man told me that they will give 2 years insurance free as per company offers but now wen i went to them they refused me to renew my insurance and said we didn't promise like this before i purchase the bike they called me many times and said we are offering 2years insurance free of cost so i want to why they people making fool to customers.

                    I had purchased a tvs jupiter from tvs subhashree motors, wakad. Pune on 1st october and had submitted all the paperwork for finance and vehicle registration on time. Initially the dealership delayed invoice causing cancellation of vehicle loan from hdfc and after multiple follow ups finally loan disbursement was done by 15th oct. After multiple follow up with dealership, my vehicle registration is still pending and papers...

                        Worst experience with Tvs.. I recommend not to buy ther bikes... On Nov 11 2018...I purchased My New TVS Apache rtr 160 4v from Savera TVS Guwahati(Assam)..But within one week after my purchase I saw that the upper-dipper light was not working...Wen I visited the service center they informed me tat the bulb got fused..And they are charging money for a new bulb...My question is tat within one week of purchase the bulb was fused and the dealers are not taking any responsibility for that...Being a customer my valuable tym got wasted visiting TVS Service center Numerous tym...If the problem is not resolved I will lodge a complaint in consumer forum... Morever ther employees are not having much knowledge to detect the problems..And are not entertaining any of the problems faced by the customer...

                          मैने ६ महीने पहीले बाईक खरेदी है Iपहीले दिन से उसने मँनुफ्कचर डिफेट था I उसके बारे मे मैने शो रूम पहीले दोनो फ्री सव्रिस के वक्त बताया भी था I उसका माईलेज सिर्फ ५२-५३ मील रहा था I अब ३री फ्री सव्रिस के वक्त शो रूम वालो ने मुझे बताया की उसमे छोटासा काम है आपको गाडी पुरा दिन सव्रिस के लिए शो रूम छोडणी होगी.अभी वॉरंटी पिरीयड है.उसका खराब पार्ट निकाल कर डिस्ट्रीक शोम मे जमा करवाना होगा तभी दुसरा पार्ट मिलेगा.आज ३ दिन पुरे हो गये I जब मैने अपनी गाडी देखी तो उसका इंजिन खुला हुआ है I जब गाडी का इंजिन इतनी जल्दी खुल गया तो उसे लेके क्या करू? कंपनी की जिम्मेदारी नही है क्या गाडी कस्टमर को देने से पहीले उसे चेक करे? मेरे पास पहीले से ही हीरो की पँशन प्रो बाईक (MH 18 AM 5583) है जो टिवीस स्टार मुकाबले बहोत अच्छी है I फीर भी मैने टिवीएस की बाईक खरेदी और आज अपनी गलती का फल भुगत रहा हु Iमुझे किसीसे कुछ सहायता नही चाहीऐ बस consumer court मे आपसे मिलना चाहुगा I आपकी कंपनी की रेप्युटेशन बढ़ाने के लिएे l

                            I have brought my new tvs ntorq 125cc scooter 3 months back. And it has been just 1300kms now. I have done the services properly. Now the major issue which i am facing is the starting problem. Last month when i took my scooter its battery level was quiet down and qas unable to start. The nerby service centre (Tvs) rechrged my battery and still the scooter was unable to start. After which i have visited another service centre and after 2 days inspection they realised that the air filter was damaged... I cleared the issue. Then now again the same issue has hpnd i scooter is unable to start by self as well as kicker start... I need sudden reply about about this complaint. When i googled i came to know that so many customers of ntorq has the same issue of starting prblm as well as auto choke prblm.. We place trust on this compny and choose your prdct, but you have betrayed us.

                              We have given our vehicle for regular servicing at susheel motors pvt ltd at pragathinagar, bachupally mandal, hyderabad-500090 on 03/11/2018. The service engineer told that the battery to be replaced. Since the battery is taken just 3 months back, it is under warranty and i asked to replace with new one.

                              Vehicle no: ap28bt9300, jc no: 312129, date: 03/11/2018, engineer: b5 rajesh raj

                              The service engineer, rajesh took the warranty card for battery, but it is not done till today. I am not sure, how it will take this much time to change the battery.

                              The battery brand is amco, which is failing within warranty time and i feel it is not good battery and we are suffering regularly with that brand, i am in trust on tvs products, but why you are suggesting to use amco batteries, which are failing regularly.

                              Due to delay in delivery of vehicle on time, i am getting trouble in my daily routine work and it costing me lot.
                              Why the battery change is taking such a long time to change battery and the response from the service engineer is pathetic and irresponsible. Hence i am complaining to deliver my vehicle immediately with all the required servicing.

                                Dear tvs team, i have purchased a new bike of tvs apache 160 4v & bike chasis no. Is md637ae72j2h72179 & bike engine no. Is ae7hj2165009. Complain is in bike is not running above 55 km speed in 5tg gear when i show this problem to tvs service centre where from i purchased this bike service person said the carburettor problem in bike carburettor is not working properly so need to change carburettor. If this problem is coming is new bike after in 5 days how can i assure from your quality satisfaction i m not satisfy on this i want action for this issue i will going to consumer court & claim my money.

                                  My name is Deepak Jha from Ambernath Maharashtra, I have purchased new bike (TVS apache RTR 160 4 V) on 23rd sept. 2018 from M/s. Shree Motors ( Prop.-Jitu Patole) at Badlapur, Maharastra 421503, till now I have received only insurance copy. If I ask about my bike registration number & paper they are just ignoring as well talking very rudely.

                                  I have purchased bike through Bank Loan & EMI already started. ( till now 2 EMI deducted ).

                                  If I asked about paper then dealer said that just return the bike take back down payment only. He said that he don’t bother about any complaint if it is raised in TVS company, Bank as well as in Police. Now he said that whenever he receive paper he will call us, but no confirm date. It will take 6 to 8 months or 1 year also.

                                    I came here for my 3rd free service on time which they promised. I am on time at 2:45 pm on 13/11/2018 for express service. They also insist me they can do so but they dont. And finally i got my bike at 5:40 pm. Is this called 1hour service promise??
                                    Plz do some action.
