I tried to contact him many times but no resolution yet.
I have purchased it on 16 August.

    I am so happy today after 4th service of my Bike (TVS Victor Disc). I want to share two main things.
    Your products are so good (mileage and look by) Giving full marks
    Only problem is for delivered service by your Authorised Dealers.
    For an example:- The management team of Authorised Dealers are creating main problems for customers. Before today, The old service management team of Binsar TVS was not good and till now I had not a good experience.
    But now New team is so supporting and problem solving nature.
    I request you please create this type of team in every service centers.
    You can definitely win from the other company and to be first no.

        I have repair my tvs aachache from the tvs agency hisar. Just after th repairing, my bike bike is almost become wrost due to the careless of the workers.
        Now i needs justice otherwise i will take legal help from the court.
        I am very upset from the tvs hisar bike workers because hisar very very far away from me about 200 km and it is not easy to went there daily due to company's weakness

          கடந்த[protected] அன்று, கடும் மழையில், மேற்படி வண்டியை ஒரு குழியில் விட்டதில் வண்டி கீழே வலது பக்கமாக விழுந்து விட்டதில் வண்டியின் வலது புற பேனல், முன்புற பேனல்கள் என்று scratches ஆகிவிட்டன. முன்புற பாதுகாப்பு பைப்புகளின் ஸ்க்ரூக்கள் விலகிவிட்டன. முன்புற பேனல் பிட்டிங்ஸ் விலகி விட்டது. அதோடு இடது பக்கம் லேசாக இழுக்கவும் செய்தது. உடனே மறுநாள்[protected] அன்று மேற்படி நிறுவனத்தில், மேற்படி குறைகளைக் கூறி, பழுது நீக்கித்தருமாறு கோரி சர்வீசுக்கு விட்டேன்.

          அப்போது, திரு. நவீன்குமார், சர்வீஸ் அட்வைசர் மற்றும் திரு. சுரேஷ் சர்வீஸ் மேனேஜர் இருவரும், 'ஒரு பக்கம் இழுப்பதை சரி செய்து விடலாம், ஆனால், scratches மீது பெயிண்ட் செய்ய முடியாது, நேச்சர் ஆக வராது, வேண்டுமானால் புதிய பேனல் வாங்கிக் கொள்ளுங்கள், ரூபாய்.5500/- காஸ்ட் ஆகும்' என்று சொன்னார்கள். 'சரி, பார்க்கலாம், நீங்கள் முதலில் சர்வீஸ் செய்து தாருங்கள்' (Paid service) என்று சொல்லிவிட்டு வந்தேன்.

          பின்னர்[protected] அன்று வண்டியை திரும்ப எடுக்கச் சென்றேன். முன்புற பேனல் சரியாக பிட் செய்யப்படவில்லை. ஏன் என்று கேட்டதற்கு, 'அதனுடைய காடிகள் உடைந்து விட்டன, புது பேனல் வாங்கிப் போட்டால்தான் கரெக்ட் ஆகப் பிட்டாகும்' என்றார்கள். 'சரி, ஓட்டிப் பார்த்துவிட்டு வருகிறேன்' என்று வண்டியை ஒட்டிப் பார்த்தால், மறுபடியும் இடது பக்கம் இழுத்தது.
          அந்தக் குறை சரி செய்யப்படவில்லை.

          நான் மறுபடியும் திரு.சுரேஷ், சர்வீஸ் மேனேஜர் அவர்களைத் தொடர்பு கொண்டு விவரத்தைச் சொல்லி, 'இடது பக்கம் இழுப்பதை சரி செய்யுங்கள், அத்துடன், 'புதிய பேனல்கள்' போட்டு விடுங்கள்' என்றேன். அதற்கு அவர், 'நான் புதிய பேனல்களுக்கு tvs க்கு ஆர்டர் போட்டு விடுகிறேன், வந்தவுடன் வண்டியைக் கொண்டு வாருங்கள்' என்றார். சில நாட்கள் தாமத்திற்குப் பின், 'பேனல்கள் வந்து விட்டது, வரும்[protected] அன்று வண்டியை கொண்டு வந்து
          விட்டு விடுங்கள்' என்று போனில் சொன்னார்.

          அவர் (திரு. சுரேஷ்) சொன்னபடியே, நான்[protected]
          அன்று மேற்படி எனது ஸ்கூட்டரை, சர்வீஸ் அட்வைசர் திரு. நவீன்குமார் அவர்களிடம் கொண்டு சென்று விட்டேன். ஜாப் கார்டு நம்பர்: 216359 (போட்டோ இணைத்துள்ளேன்) அவர்,
          '[protected] அன்று 'எல்லாம்' ரெடியாகிவிடும், வந்து எடுத்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள்' என்று சொன்னார்.

          ஆனால், அன்று நான் வண்டியை விட்ட[protected] முதல் இந்த
          [protected] வரை, 10 நாட்களாக, எப்போது போன் பண்ணிக் கேட்டாலும், 'இன்று, நாளை' என்று இழுத்தடித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள், திரு.சுரேஷ் அவர்களும், திரு.நவீன்குமார் அவர்களும்.

          எனது வண்டியின் கதி என்ன ஆனது என்றே எனக்குத் தெரியவில்லை. அவிநாசி ரோட்டில் வசிக்கும் நான், எனக்கு பக்கத்தில் உள்ள பீளமேடு சக்திசாரதாவில் வண்டி எடுக்காமல், திருச்சி ரோடு சக்திசாரதாவில் வண்டி எடுக்கக் காரணமே, ஷோரூம் மேனேஜர் திரு. செந்தில் அவர்கள்தான். ஆனால் அவரைக் கேட்டாலோ 'சர்வீஸ் செக்சனில் என் பேச்சை மதிப்பதில்லை' என்கிறார்.

          நான் தங்களிடம் கேட்பதெல்லாம், 'என் வண்டியின் கதி என்ன? அது என்னதான் ஆனது? புதிய பேனல்கள் மாற்ற இவ்வளவு நாளா? இது நியாயமா? புகழ் பெற்ற டிவிஎஸ் கம்பனி இப்படிச் செய்யலாமா?'

          தயை கூர்ந்து, மேற்படி நிறுவனத்தில் இருந்து என் வண்டியை மீட்டுத் தாருங்கள் என்று தங்களை அன்போடு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்.

            I have purchased tvs jupiter in dec 2018
            I have faced problems with spok said by tvs service center abhishek near alphasa metro station, i purchased it from tvs abhishek only.
            I am facing this problem since i purchased.
            According to your sevice center it’s machine it will happen.
            I have another jupiter which i purchased from goregaon link road tvs showroom since 4 years i have never faced this problem in another jupiter.
            Now this mechanic of your sevice center is telling me this will happen only.
            Do you have permanent solution or this is going to happen all time

              I bought ntorq on 4th june. After the getting delivered the started the engine but i was not able to start it. One of the mechanic came and help me to start it and i neglected the issue because there was low fuel. During the time of delivery there was some sound coming from below as when the scooty bumps on something the sound can be heard. It was also rectified by them before delivery. But when i started to use it on my daily basis the engine starting problem and the sounds are just a big headache to me. I visited showroom many a times with these problems but can't get a perfect solution to it. I have made a mistake of buying this scooty. I hope my problem will get resolved soon!!
              I bought new TVS JUPITER may 2016,
              Rear tyre are damage long cut in tyre around 4-5 inch, per day air leaking in cut, tyre warranty are 5 year please replace my tyre

                I have recently purchased apache 160 4v dual disk varient. There is a manufacturing defect in my rear disk brake. It makes some noise and sometimes breaks are getting applied automatically without even presing the break paddle.

                I went to the nearby service center and they told it will have this issue.

                But how can a company compromise on the safety of a vehicle, where break is considered one of the most important safety gear.

                  Hi my self sahil i purchased tvs ntorq on 27 july 2018 i am facing problem misblance on wheels digital meter not working properly from first day i complaint to show room but they told me tell these problem when you will go for your first service but mis balance is a serious issue so i go back again they send me badarpur school road service centre i meet there one guys his name is subramanyam he told me we have lots of work to do come next time when i told these problem he replied me if i take your scotty today and give you tomorrow what will you do so go back and come next time i want to know from tvs is this a way to deal with customers see i pay for ntorq tvs not gifted me it's come from hard earning money so please check what happened why your employees doing this kind of behave

                    Hello Team,

                    I have purchased TVS RTR 200 4V on 15th march 2017 from Megha Auto (Kolkata). Now my bike is giving engine noise, engine sound has been totally changed in 1.5 years.

                    I have done my all free service from authorized TVS workshop (Kolkata 7 point TVS workshop, Bakhrahat TVS authorized service center and Maheshtala TVS Service center) and even I have done 2 paid services from there only. I have told them about my problem but they always said that no no this is a normal sound. But this is my bike and I totally realize that engine sound has been changed, the sound sound is like "ghar ghar" type. Also, the engine is getting very hot after 10-15 mins ride and it is getting really very very hot. Bike tuning is also a very big problem sometime they tune it very low that my bike is powered off while ride and sometimes they tune it very high like 2.5k RPM.

                    After 1.5 years, I think I did a big mistake to purchase Apache 200 and I will recommend all my friend not purchase Apache 200. TVS has sold me a defective bike.

                    HOPE YOU RESOLVE MY ISSUE ASAP.

                    Problems - Engine Noise, Front Disk Brake not working properly.

                        I have purchased a scooty prep plus few months back and recently it ran into a starting issue. Often the engine doesn't crank with both kick and self and sometimes on the go when i am trying to accelerate, the engine dies off.
                        It has become a very serious issue as the vehicle is my prime mode of transport and to my surprise the service center attached to my tvs showroom is practically of no help. All they are saying, they are not able to recreate the problem and their is no fault in the scooty. I have checked with multiple sources and there are a bunch of probable causes for this but the service center is not attending me at all.

                        I'm not happy with your service such a bad service every morning I have to push the bike it never starts and it's just new not even one year till now and the service is like that very bad I'll never suggest anyone to buy a tvs bike ever not happy at all

                          Hi, this is given. My bike apache rtr 160 tn 38 ca 2709 met with an accident on 28 jul 18 on that day itself i have took my bike to the showroom named sakthi saratha in coimbatore, still i didn't any call from them, if i called to them their response is not good, always they have one quote "spares not available please wait for some time". It's almost 30 days please take necessary action...

                              I purchase new jupiter at down town motors, but my compliant on at on first day... Starting problem and wheel balancing.. Not attending properly to customer.. Thay have fix time for lunch, tea time.. Etc...
                              I repet visit at on 24.8.18 with same problem... Same as staff not responding..
                              I repet visit on 25.8.18.. Fill job work card... And lets see about tomorrow..

                                My bike tvs apache rtr 160 was serviced on[protected] invoice no 3843 at your authorized service centre shanti motors, rani bazar bikaner rajasthan. Due to lapses in services my bikes clutch plates damaged. Now when i approached to your service center they are saying we will give discount on labor charges. Since its the fault of your service center i will not bear any charges for the same. We request to give me the 100% discount on charges

                                  Many times vehicle visit in garima automobile after service in every visit vehicle not start, after service rear wheel jam, noise, after clutch shoe replacement clutch shoe main nut loose found clutch shoe set damaged and dealership said to my father aapne bahar se chidwai hai. And found in your workshop all bolt of housing loose maximum missing. After service last three days my tvs jupiter not start no one understand the problem of customer. I have complaint the problem in 2 nd and 3 rd service and after that 3 or 4 times but my problem still not resolved. My scooter number is up 81 bu 6319. I will purchase the scooter from malhotra tvs samad road aligarh (Up). My name is peeyush singh and my no is [protected]. Please help me in resolving the issue otherwise i will take a help of consumer court. Its very bad that your experts check my scooter 7-8 times but unable to find the exact problem.

                                      I have taken the quotation of jupiter base model in hem agencies satara maharashtra on 19th august 2018. But in your jupiter official website the ex showroom for satara town is rs 53269 and hem agencies have quoted me rs 57129 for ex showrrom base jupiter model
                                      I want to know why there is difference in ex showroom price on your website and the dealer is quoting much higher price?..
                                      I have a mind to purchase the jupiter... But to have it by the price you have given in your official jupiter website... Pfa for quotation and online ex showroom price screen shot..
                                      Pls revert to my complaint...

                                        I have purchased tvs jupitor just one year before.in 4th service, i given to supreme tvs service center at dombivali (E).in evening, i picked my jupitor as usual after servicing. I cross checked with service engineer about lubrication oil filled or not and told me that he filled surely.

                                        After few kms, my scooter stops and engine choked. I took it to service center and i told to replace engine. But they are still convincing me to change only engine damage parts but can not replace whole engine.

                                        I explained that after engine opened, my scooter is second hand and efficiency will be downed that is not excepted to me.

                                        Can any one suggest that how i can replace my whole engine because its not mistake. Even i have faced a lot of problem during loading scooter to service center and take leave for one day & cancelled my company site visit.
