Before two months ago I have buy TVS Jupiter from Ahmedabad showroom but still not get number plate we have call in the company so many times but not get satisfactory answer. we call verytime but not getting any positive response this is not acceptable from tvs which is most famous brand if mu issue will not be resolved withing 7 days then I will not recommend anyone for tvs

please resolve this issue asap

    George this side, before i had tvs streak that had some mechanical problem where it was 2013 model the tvs showroom did not find the spare part from 4 to 5 month and still open (The comment from tvs service providers was it is old model so the problem arrived)

    Now - i have purchased tvs apache 160 4v double disk in the month of june-18.in 2 weeks the back seater foot rest ankle broke from the left side while sitting (Such a ridicules quality material is been used for casting)

    Again - more than 2 month i am struggling to get the part from tvs show room but (Got to know from tvs representative that as it is new vehicle parts are not available) i guess tvs wanted to prove that, i have choose a wrong brand for the second time.

    If old bike no parts found & if new bike no parts

    I regret for the choice, and will never refer any one to tvs.

      I am happy that you have home pickup service for doing servicing.

      But the authorised person coming in take the vehicle is not noting down the work to be done and not giving acknwledgement

      Is your servicing covers - water servicing?? Because on two occasions, i have observed that the body was not cleaned properly. Outside cleaning was not upto the mark and dicky was not cleaned at all.

      You are charging gst (Good and service tax) over and above all charges levied on me, which should be inclusive of gst

        I've bought the latest version of tvs apache 200 (2.0) race edition on april 24th 2018. Now after using it for 4 months there was a sudden change in the self start sound there was a huge chocking sound from past 2 weeks. Thought so it could be the battery problem didn't care much about it. But on last saturday i. E., on 11th of august 2018. When i took it to the near by tvs showroom they have updated me that there is a problem in the self start motor as it was said that there is problem in the self start motor of the bike and it may cost around rs.3000/- for the repair and replacement of those parts my gut feeling is that it is the manufacturing issue of the motor since it was bought just 4 months ago. And i need to know whether it comes under the warranty given by the company. Need a quick turn around for this complaint.

I had also serviced several times. I had compline many times in tvs helpline no. But my problem was not solved.

              I had bought tvs entorq one week ago. I am facing the fuel overflow problem i had took my entorq to the service station they solved the problem but after one day its again start leaking. Please send your engineer to me that he can take the sccoter to service station and solve the problem permanently. And please tell me if the problem not being resolved what would you do for me?...

              I purchase TVS Sport BS-IV on 30.11.2017 in SHUSHEEL MOTORS pvt ltd. Hafeezpet Hyderabad.

              But i am not get good millage after 3rd service. I visit SHUSHEEL MOTORS pvt ltd. Hafeezpet Hyderabad there is no proper response at show room.
              How can i rectified my problem pls. suggest me and where can i Escalated for the same.

                I bought this scooty on 29 july 2018 from bhavya tvs (Alambagh branch). 2 days later i tried to start the scooty but it didn't start. I called the salesperson (Rajiv) and complained about it he told me to take it to bhavya tvs (Aashiana branch).
                This whole process happened 3 times. Even after that the scooty didn't start again today.
                I am very disappointed with the product. Kindly look into the replacement of the product because i can't keep on getting a new scooty repaired again and again.

                  Hi, my name is manikandan and purchased tvs jupiter zx purple color sector in chengalpattu sv motors on[protected], i have paid full amount cash. But still they are not provided extra fittings like insurance copy, floor sheet, ladies handle, sheet cover, hand grep extra,. Daily i am following to sv motor showroom but they are support. I am relay disappointment to buy this sector. Kindly check and resolve my query asap.

                  I had apache rtr160 bs4 blue. The yellow light not glow properly even after the bike get petrol dry.But when i laying down the bike it glows for sometime and when the bike is in steady condition( i.e. normal side stand) the light gets glows off.so please give me the solution as soon as possible...
                  14 days had passed the bike's Accident Insurance claim till now no insurance claim was made.

                    I wish to bring your kind attention the deteriorating service prevailing at above service out let of your company. This scooter was bought at your madhavan park bangalore show room viz ms bharath tvs show room, when my daughter was your employee in audit section of your factory in elctronic city in 2012. Since then it has hardly run 10000 kms as it is sparingly used, & sofar i never face any service problem & i was getin excellent service at your company show room where i bought it.in 2015 i moved to uttarhalli main road & patronised tvs purva for servicing & mr deppak who was incharge used to give excellent service. Now i find it has changed hands & has been taken over from deepak. Day before yesterday 10th aug' 2018 i left the scooter for service at 10 am & when i wen to pick up at 7pm it was not ready & i got the delivery of the vehicle at 6pm on 11th aug 2018 & to my surprise there is no show room incharge & at this old age of 68 i had to deal with non managerial staff of show room & i found accelerator cable & spark plug has been changed, the usual procedure is customer is contacted on phone after arrival of show room incharge & told about the estimate of servicing & nothing such has happened, i keep quiet & i brought the vehicle after paying rs 3000?- inclusive one tubeless tyre & i find the service charge is exorbitant & i brought the vehicle to my flat just few 100 yards away & when i started the vehicle at 6am today to go to mkt for sunday purchase it failed to start after hard try for 10 mints it started thro kick start & after filling petrol near my house it didn't start at all, i pushed the vehicle in this old age & rain to my flat. I feel at loss at the quality of service, just a year back i have changed the battery also at the same show room. If this is the quality o f servicing prevailing who will have confidence in you after sale's service. Now i request you whom i should contact for my scooter to start again & i would very glad if you could arrange pick up & drop service for senior citizens who still use ur scooter & give relief to my endless scooter problem. Kindly note bharath tvs outlet is 5 kms from my house & i believe the can do good job & they can even charge me extra for pick up service. Kindly have it arranged.

                    Also please note i will not enter again to tvs purva, uttarhalli main road, bangalore, as i find totally unprofessional approach & ill equipped. I would also advise my near & dear one's not to patronise this show room, please note the undersigned is a philanthropist, ex gm of a leading co, ex faculty member of b'lore university & iim trained professional who teach & educate people fee on net in about ten countries.

                    An early action in this regard is very much appreciated.

                      Worst service ever experience, 1 and half year complete still this people are ordering parts for my bike, my bike meet with accident, insurance clammed now 7months pass still my bike at this showroom they don’t have parts, and asking me to pay 59k, no one from showroom giving commitments, hardly any showroom should take 15days for repairing, this peoples are giving very worst service, after 6 complements and 80times visit to showroom they just open my bike and keep inside service center, no update no status, no one is answering call, bike started rusting, who will be responsible for this?                         ​i recently visited tvs service centre - cochin tvs, n h 47, edapally, ernakulam - 682024, near bypass junction, for my 3rd service. After service i noticed some sound issues in my vehicle. I am getting unusual sounds when i reach 65-70 km/hr. Before the 3rd service it was not there. I addressed this issue to the service manager, but he refused to check it saying that the company is not responsible for the issues coming on the overspeed. But the speed is only 65 km/hr and he is saying it as over speed. And his behaviour was not good as a service manager. He was mocking me. And i was feeling ashamed that driving in 65 km/ hr is some sort of criminal offence. I would like to know that, is tvs jupitor made for driving under 60 km only? I didnt find anything in user manual saying this vehicle is not meant for driving over 65 km/hr. And your service manager's customer dealing is not proffessional, even unethical. He was asking like even this scooter will go over 70 km/hr? Your manager dont have trust in your vehicle, then how can i?
                        I was happy with the service till my last service but now i am not feeling comfortable with tvs. I am hoping a call back asap on this issue.

                          I am purchasing a bike from tvs in bengaluru. As per the guidelines from rbi it is unfair to charge 2% extra from customer if they are paying through credit card. But tvs is not willing to sell vehicle without this 2% extra charge. They told me not to buy the vehicle from them and also they will not include the details of this transaction in the original bill.

                              Jitender vashist this side i here by inform you that i purchased a tvs classic jupiter scooty from sabharwal tvs budhvihar delhi on 2nd august 2018. From day 2nd i am facing a self start problem in scooty which is very disappointed for me. I replaced the battery also but my problem is not solved. So please look into the matter and resolved my problem. I want new scooty otherwise refund my amount.

                                This is a complaint from a coustmer to the tvs showroom..
                                We have planned buying a tvs scooter "ntorqe" carried away by exchanging pulsar 150 from the tvs showroom.
                                The valuator rated 25000 for the exchange of the vehicle.
                                We placed a information that the yamha showroom consultant rated 28000 for the exchange vehicle, sothe tvs valuator informed us that, we offer the perfect for the exchange vehicle and informed us that the aprlia showroom valuator offered us the fault price for exchange vehicle.
                                So we decided buying the tvs ntorqe 125 agreeing to the
                                Price 25000 offered by tvs showroor. And stepped forward buying the vehicle.
                                And when we went to book the vehicle. At the booking time the consultant sunddenly changed the price of the exchange vehicle from 25000 to 18000. And we dropped the plan of buying tvs entorque.
                                And we booked the yamaha facino and we got same exchage price offerd by them.

                                  I purchased TVS Jupitar two wheeler from the Mehta TVS SHOWROOM situated at Cintakut circle at Anjar. I was told to collect RC book after 1.5 to 2 months from the showroom itself. So, i visited after 2 months. Then he told me that your RC BOOK is not received yet, so pl. Be in touch till it is received. Then after further in the month of July, the sales representative of TVS SHOWROOM told me that your RC BOOK is received at out Gandhidham H O. So, I will collect and call you. No call received till 9th August, so i visited again on 10th August i.e. today. Then he told me that we do not have your RC BOOK. So, you will have to give charge for RC book. I ASKED charge for what ? Then he told me then you go to RTO office for RC book. Pl. Guide what should be done to get RC book.

                                    My name is Vivek Kumar and i purchased this bike TVS Victor BS IV model in Apr -2017 (DL 5S 3999) from Binsar Automobiles, Delhi 110032.

                                    Since i owned this bike its battery (AMCO) is continuously giving me headache i already got it replaced twice; earlier in Feb-2018 and recently in Aug-2018. I get cross checked twice the other power supply, charging points and other system if there is any fault in these system but got nothing. Subsequently to run this machine i left with no other option instead to get its battery changed with AMCO distributors again and again. Tell my why this is happening is this is company TVS who is least bothered about his customer's complaint or what.

                                      petrol tank joint leakage - manufacturing defect

                                      I bought TVS- Victor in 22-sep- 2017 in. Near the Petrol Tank I observed leakage. I went to show room (Gokul motors, Rajahmundry)where I bought the bike but they are not ready to take the complaint. The Leakage is a tank joint leakage so petrol is leaking from that. So please provide the solution for this problem. Am seeking for ur help. Help me to repair the bike as warranty is there....
