Hello sir,
Jitender vashist this side i here by inform you that i purchased a tvs classic jupiter scooty from sabharwal tvs budhvihar delhi on 2nd august 2018. From day 2nd i am facing a self start problem in scooty which is very disappointed for me. I replaced the battery also but my problem is not solved. So please look into the matter and resolved my problem. I want new scooty otherwise refund my amount.

This is a complaint from a coustmer to the tvs showroom..
We have planned buying a tvs scooter "ntorqe" carried away by exchanging pulsar 150 from the tvs showroom.
The valuator rated 25000 for the exchange of the vehicle.
We placed a information that the yamha showroom consultant rated 28000 for the exchange vehicle, sothe tvs valuator informed us that, we offer the perfect for the exchange vehicle and informed us that the aprlia showroom valuator offered us the fault price for exchange vehicle.
So we decided buying the tvs ntorqe 125 agreeing to the
Price 25000 offered by tvs showroor. And stepped forward buying the vehicle.
And when we went to book the vehicle. At the booking time the consultant sunddenly changed the price of the exchange vehicle from 25000 to 18000. And we dropped the plan of buying tvs entorque.
And we booked the yamaha facino and we got same exchage price offerd by them.

I purchased TVS Jupitar two wheeler from the Mehta TVS SHOWROOM situated at Cintakut circle at Anjar. I was told to collect RC book after 1.5 to 2 months from the showroom itself. So, i visited after 2 months. Then he told me that your RC BOOK is not received yet, so pl. Be in touch till it is received. Then after further in the month of July, the sales representative of TVS SHOWROOM told me that your RC BOOK is received at out Gandhidham H O. So, I will collect and call you. No call received till 9th August, so i visited again on 10th August i.e. today. Then he told me that we do not have your RC BOOK. So, you will have to give charge for RC book. I ASKED charge for what ? Then he told me then you go to RTO office for RC book. Pl. Guide what should be done to get RC book.

My name is Vivek Kumar and i purchased this bike TVS Victor BS IV model in Apr -2017 (DL 5S 3999) from Binsar Automobiles, Delhi 110032.

Since i owned this bike its battery (AMCO) is continuously giving me headache i already got it replaced twice; earlier in Feb-2018 and recently in Aug-2018. I get cross checked twice the other power supply, charging points and other system if there is any fault in these system but got nothing. Subsequently to run this machine i left with no other option instead to get its battery changed with AMCO distributors again and again. Tell my why this is happening is this is company TVS who is least bothered about his customer's complaint or what.

The Leakage is a tank joint leakage so petrol is leaking from that. So please provide the solution for this problem. Am seeking for ur help. Help me to repair the bike as warranty is there....

I have bought a tvs rtr 160 4v for 1 lakh rupees cash from tvs shaw wheels baguiati kolkata. As you can see in google they have done countless occasion where they have blocked the paper work of the customer for unknown reasons. They may try to exhort money. Tvs reputation is on line. Its almost 3 months now that my confirmation is also not been done. They have said many false things we have call recoreded most of them. They are unnecessarily delaying the paper works i am unable to ride the bike even after buying in cash since 3 months. Registration is not been done for around 140 customers as far as i heard. This is an alarming situation. Please help me. Take necessary urgent action against the dealer.

I am from bihar i am the employ of bank of baroda amritakhas branch bisalpur pilibhit 262201. I have financed a rtr 160 4v model on last sunday from tvs dealer vaneet tractors kaccha katra mode near satyapal nursing home shahjahanpur on[protected]. While purchasing they didn't tell me about any problem. The day after purchasing they called me on my cellphone that i don't have a a local address of shahjahanpur so i will get a temporary registration no while i already told them that i am working in specific barnch in pilibhit district and i had given them a letter of my branch local address proof attested by bank manager bob amritakhas. Now they are stating that if i want to get the permanent no i have to go to pilibhit rto office otherwise i have to pay 600rs more while i had already given them the hpa charges 500rs they are still demanding more.

Very High Price is charged in showrooms in Bhavnagar Gujarat than mentioned on Google. Price of TVS Jupiter is shown as 60300 on Google whereas the price of 66800 in showrooms of Bhavnagar Gujarat. Please let me know the price along with the model as early as possible.

I have Apache 200 4V 2.0 Race Edition. Purchased in April 2018. Done with 2 services. The bike was having issues from the day 1. As I was purchasing a bike for the first time so, I was not aware of what should be checked. But I have noticed at the time of purchasing the bike has covered some distance KMs. High speed is showing in the speedometer (120kmph). After I purchased the issues started frequently, 1st it never starts in the morning even after pulling chowk and 20-30 self-start. 2nd chain making noise sometimes over 75kmph speed. Noise is like it will break at any time. 3rd Engine oil is leaking from the engine and it is spreading over the engine.4th when I drive 20-30kmph after that a smell of burning clutch plate or engine oil is always there. 5th Average is below 25. which is very low. 6th Sometimes the pickup is not that much good

From 6 months my bike is at dealer no reply only showroom and company even after 3 email complaints and talking to region head still no one is giving me confirmation, still, dealer says tvs company is not sending us parts, from 2017 i have the issue in bike starter motor and display of speedometer, they have parts then also not installing i come to know they were waiting for expiring of my 1year warranty of bike, insurance is clam of my bike before 5month, now insurance person visited and check no work is done on bike, dealer is asking me to pay 60k amount from starting for parts, even i paid 7k, i am going to file case now, if no one from company will give me call and conformation to get my bike in this week up to[protected], i can't wait for more, i already spend 15-20k for travelling, i am frustrated on this worst service and fake peoples, i need new bike of the same model with each day delay cost 1k after above mention date. This will be my final contact mail.

I have bought jupiter in january 2017. After i have done three service at baroda old padra road branch.in your free service, think you have to check battery also, but one day my jupiter was started due to battery problem when i visited to your service station they told me that there is no water in battery. Very pathetic service. Please replace it.

Tvs service station ahmedabad (Satellite) is certainly not going to understand.

Reason: i have already been there and explained them with all i could, but they feel there isn't any problem in the bike.

Maybe that's what they've been told from the tvs main office.

Probable reasons:
1. Tvs doesn't give the bike for a test ride, reason is very clear because people would not buy a bike that has this irritating noise in a city ride.
2. Liners in the brakes make noise after first 500kms. When i brought this to tvs, they said it's going to be the same and the noise is bcz of dust particles.
They also said that they have silent liners, but those aren't reliable in braking.
3. The chain loosens very frequently. Tvs is giving a motul - chain cleaner and a chain spray, which doesn't serve the purpose.
4. Right from 100kmph the bike starts vibrating. When brought to tvs, they said those will stay, there is no fix for it.
5.
One more disappointment:

The gate that reads the fuel has been broken and is floating in the fuel tank.
Now the fuel always shows me full, which is incorrect. So i have to refuel it every 5 days.

The sound of roller chain was not enough, so now i have one more thing added. Now it feels like i am riding some 10years old bike.

Tvs service station has told me that it is the fault of the petrol pump filler who has dipped the nozzle deep and the gate is broke.

I have been filling my fuel from the same pump since many years. Never faced this issue even with an re bike.
This is a serious concern as far as the build quality of the bike is concerned.
The part will be ordered and tvs is not sure wether this would be included in warranty.

By not letting this problems reach tvs main office, we are left with no option but to fight back legally.

Tvs claims that it has invested 35years of racing experience into this one bike.
Then why dint tvs take 35minutes to test this bike under all road conditions?

Good morning sir it's me mukesh mera i purchase a bike tvs apache 160 rtr from first day some problem was coming one by one and when i go in service centre they say it's ok it's ok you proper but after come from service its again and again happened sir right now i was tired so much and there is so many problems on bike engine was hitting engine oil was coming come from outside the bike handle was very tight after first servicing i go so many time for repair this problem for solve this problem what is its not happen now i am tired so much and that's why i complaining about this bike also i think this is the defective piece so please solve my problem

I request to you pleas solve my problem. I purchased apachee 200cc 15 july. But i am not happy with this bike because i face heating and pickup problem. So much more heating compare to other 200 bike. I feel heating on my lag when drive. And pickup i drive bike after breaking stop my bike engine or scarlet bike not run properly. After service same problem face. So i kindly equested to you visit any eng. Technical officers in your tvs motors. I have all ready call customers car. 1st call 30/07/18 and 2nd call 01/08/18 this mobile no [protected] but not respond me. I face this problem 16/07/18...

Now am completed 4 service.. From 2nd service onwards am complaining about this mileage issue.. Now am still facing this issue.. Why are you so irresponsible.. The service center is not solve this mileage issue... I didnt get 1 ltr petrol for one day.. Please help me... Now am think it is my stupidity am brought this vehicle. Why the tvs is like this. When the time of am buying this vehicle. I hope that it is valuable vehicle now am realize that it is not valuable its so loss of money.. Please solve my mileage short problem i begging you

I had purchased tvs jupiter classic dated 27/07/2018.
After purchasing, we found following defected points.
1. Petrol tank is not fitted at his position.
2. Average of this piece is coming below 30 per litre even after first servicing.
3. Customer satisfaction at service center is very poor.
4. After considering above points in mind, we met at conclusion that the service quality of tvs is very inappropriate who deals with inadequate delivery of products to customers.
5. Provide me solution else we will go to consumer court.

The tvs girnaar showroom staaf is ignoring my new bike problem... The problem is not solving by showroom staaf i want replace my new bike appache rtr 180 which is only one month i buy... The staaf of tvs is not replacing my bike i really tired to replace but thay r making excuses i was come there 3 time in a one month but no one is listening me so pls help

Hello.

I have purchased vehicle on 11th july, soon i complained that vehicle is shaking and uncontrollable if i cross speed 40kmph, they told just air problem still it has not resolved after putting correct air.

While putting safe guards, it was observed all the parts were placed not alligned properly, all the screws threads were not proper, finally i couldn't able to put safe guards.

I did sent my new jupiter classic for general service which i bought about a couple of months ago and what i got after the service was worse.. My jupiter acceleration was jammed and even the engine was making noise.. When the dealer's staff called me to enquire about the service i said the same to them and they promised me to come at my place to take the vehicle for repair.. But what was worst that they blocked my number and didn't responded to my complain.. This was very disappointing to me.. Help as we own three jupiter scooters and was planning to buy another one but now i think i have to switch to another company for the same..
