I purchased a Ntorq 125 on 21st, July 2022 from Rishaan TVS Service, Wagholi, Pune, and the next day i faced a clutch noise problem. The service center said it was due to a manufacturing defect, so my question is if it was a manufacturing defect, how come the showroom marked it as OK for delivery ? That time, I thought it was OK, it happens, but really not appreciated.
Last time I visited the showroom for my first service, I clearly mentioned the problems in the vehicle. They said they would take care of it and when I went to collect my vehicle, all the issues were still there and the guy said it was OK tested. The guy who did work on the bike said there was no issue, but i called the service head manager and showed him that issue, which was still there, and then I had to wait 2 hours to get my bike repaired.
The next day, suddenly the clutch noise started. I went to the service center and that guy said this is not the issue. I was in hurry for my job so i left the conversation. but now that sound has increased a lot, and do you guys thing we only have time for this stuff to visit service center and do all this stuff again again?
I am really frustrated with my vehicle now.. is it Vehicle defect or Service Center issue not sure.
I want someone to come to pick my bike and get it repaired and delivered it back again.. i dont have this much time to waste on your service center. All persons there are knowledge less. i regreat that i had purchased this bike from Rishaan TVS.
