We are proud customer of tvs motor co.We are urchased tvs xl from shanthi tvs before five months.But we are not received rc card from your dealer.
They are telling.Vehicle was brought from balaji motors.Tumkur..
For us dealer is not important were the vehicle is from.We are taken the vehicle by looking in to tvs motor.
So pls we are requesting you to pls guide your dealers to provide me rc card immidiatly.
You are also equally resoncible for the dealers problums. .Other wise we are file a complaint in consumer court on your dealers and you also
please solve our problum immidiatly to avoid bad name to tvs motor co and your dealers

    I have complaint for Tvs Motor Madhav Tvs service center Rajkot Bhaktinagar Service center

    My self keyur Rathod I have Black TVs Jupiter GJ25-N-4144, i have call for many times in 3 days since[protected] but still bike was not troi from house

    i have paid service last month in august and will be paid 2300/- bill but on delivery day bike was stuck and not start after service after that they pickup the bike from my house and after few days bike was not started with self and kick

    i am trying to call to delaer at rajkot bhaktinagar barnch to MR ankit
    [protected] but they not respond properly and not pickup the bike
    kindly take complaint and take necessary action .

        I purchased a TVS iQube in April 2022 from PRN Motors, Kalyan Nagar. The vehicle has been a trouble from the beginning. There was some sound coming from the front panel which was fixed after 3 visits. The range in eco mode is 45-50 km per charge. I had given to fix this but after 2 weeks of testing, the dealership service center said no issues found and handed it back. I have again given the vehicle for the same issue on 12th Aug 2022 and have not received the vehicle as of today, 3rd Sept 2022. 21 days, no updates, no testing competed at all. Nobody is helping from the PRN team. They are a bunch of careless people who don't even have courtesy and can't understand the pain of a customer. Please help me with this issue

        Big mistake trusting TVS Motors. I went and got my vehicle back even though they hadn't fixed the issue. Now my scooter is not charging.

          The gm Indrajeet Kadam said you didn’t buy vehicle with our showroom we can’t do service… mr sandip his workshop manager his also saying the same think I went there 6-7 time not respond properly.. they didn’t talk properly.. spare manager Shrikant said we do vehicle when u sent in our workshop will do ready in 2 hr into cash… we can’t do insurance vehicle they buy other dealers.. if you buy or purchase our showroom we will do easily….

            What is this tvs such a reputated company and all such things happening from your side? Sorry to say but its been 3 months now and have been still waiting for the pricing and delivery please do the needful and help me now its hight time of patience and even after sending texts on twitter and facebook you just say the pricing will be revealed soon. First the date was august now it’s September but even now there’s nothing.

              Dear TVS team,
              I have purchased new TVS Raider bike from Ahinsha TVS Railway Road Sector 4, Gurugram, Haryana 122001 showroom . Just after taking delivery for the bike within 2 kms running it starts giving issue of missing then any how I managed to go back to my home and then I speak to the dealership and then I took the bike to the dealership and after few days they said it is now working fine and on asking issue they told its air pipe has some issue now it is rectified and working fine .I then took the bike and after few days I took this bike to market place and after running around 15-20 kms it starts giving the same issue it was not getting start. I have to take help of Towing service for to tow my bike to the dealership where I paid Rs. 500 additionally. Now I don’t know this thing will happen again so what should I do then . Again I have to take help of towing service for the same.
              Kindly look into the matter as it is a new bike and I am I not happy with the bike .

                  मेरा नाम सचिन कुमार है मैं अपनी स्कूटी को 27.08.2022 को emc कार्ड बनबाया 800 रुपये देकर सर्विसिंग कराया और लॉक भी चेंज करबाए उस दिन गाड़ी ठीक चली उसके बाद दूसरे दिन से गाड़ी स्टार्ट ही नही हो रहा था फिर मैं गाड़ी को धक्के देकर ajency ले गया फिर वहां कोई रेस्पांस नही दिए बोले गाड़ी खड़ी कर दीजिए फ़ोन करके बतायेंगे ठीक हो जाएगा तो उस दिन पूरा दिन बर्बाद हो गया उसके बाद सुबह भी आये तो लास्ट नंबर में लगा दिए बल्कि जो गाड़ी दुबारा 2 दिन के अंदर आयी उसको जल्दी रेस्पांस दें चाहिए यहा के स्टाफ सब अपने मनमर्जी करते है कोई रेस्पांस नही देते है बताइये सर क्या करे

                    I Rahul Sharma, bought new TVS Ntorq 125cc on 29/05/2022 from TVS showroom Sabharwal Auto, Rithala Regn No. DL11L9829 on cash down payment.

                    From the beginning faces problem in back wheel rim, complaint the dealer firstly they refused to solve ask me to claim insurance when I resist they agree to change they charged money to address my complaint to change Rim.

                    Still the same problem persist again visit service centre, they told me to visit TVS tyre dealer to change the tyre by paying, rim and tyre problem persist from starting its sad and humiliated to visit service centre to another service centre for the unsolved problem.

                    Never think after buying new Scooty of Rs 106500/- have to run from pillar to post. Such an mental and physical harrasment after riding only 1200km.
                    I did a big mistake by trusting a brand TVS.

                      I purchased a Scooty Pep Plus BS6 model in February 2022. There is frequent problem with button starter and kick starter. Within a period of six months, since the purchase, I had to take the vehicle five times to the workshop for the same problem. Even after repeated complaint there is no proper response from customer service. The customer service people are very particular in closing the complaint rather than analysing and resolving the problem.

                        I purchased a Ntorq 125 on 21st, July 2022 from Rishaan TVS Service, Wagholi, Pune, and the next day i faced a clutch noise problem. The service center said it was due to a manufacturing defect, so my question is if it was a manufacturing defect, how come the showroom marked it as OK for delivery ? That time, I thought it was OK, it happens, but really not appreciated.
                        Last time I visited the showroom for my first service, I clearly mentioned the problems in the vehicle. They said they would take care of it and when I went to collect my vehicle, all the issues were still there and the guy said it was OK tested. The guy who did work on the bike said there was no issue, but i called the service head manager and showed him that issue, which was still there, and then I had to wait 2 hours to get my bike repaired.
                        The next day, suddenly the clutch noise started. I went to the service center and that guy said this is not the issue. I was in hurry for my job so i left the conversation. but now that sound has increased a lot, and do you guys thing we only have time for this stuff to visit service center and do all this stuff again again?
                        I am really frustrated with my vehicle now.. is it Vehicle defect or Service Center issue not sure.
                        I want someone to come to pick my bike and get it repaired and delivered it back again.. i dont have this much time to waste on your service center. All persons there are knowledge less. i regreat that i had purchased this bike from Rishaan TVS.

                          This has reference to a TVS Moped purchased in 2014 (purchase bill and RC card attached) by Shri Madhabendra Mitra from Bright Automobiles Burdwan. Shri Mitra died in 2018 and since then the vehicle is not in much use. Now we have approached RTO Burdwan for transfer of ownership to the legal heirs i.e. to Smt Shubhra Mitra's (wife) and only daughter. Necessary legal documents have been submitted but the transfer has got blocked in the system due to non "Fitment of Number plate" issue, which is due deficient data entry by the seller/dealer.

                          I have talked to Bright Automobiles on several occasions and then have denied from doing the necessary correction and have advised for reissue of number plate at present day costs, post which they will do the fitment entry. Infact they advised to conduct the transaction through broker who have indicated charges of Rs.900/- which we have to shell out for fault at dealer point and which we are not able to accept as such.

                          I am approaching the company for resolution of this issue and totally wrongful imposition of that charge on the buyer.

                          Request to look into the matter urgently and to revert with an rational resolution i.e. without imposition o[censored]nfare charges.

                          Mailed to [protected]@tvsmotor.com on more than 7 occassions. But there are simply delaying and advising to meet RTO but it the fault of the their dealer.
                          I have on several times mentioned that they are bluffing me, but to no avail. They are simply not interested to address the comaplint at all.

                                On 17th Aug, I purchased online scooty zest 110 and paid the whole ex-showroom price listed on TVS' official website approx 72500 INR. The company told me to visit the nearest showroom with details of payment for the delivery process but the dealership denies it and said online purchases were not welcomed here.

                                I ask company for a refund, send mail, and called, but its been 10 days no update, only answer I get from their side by call and mail both are "we raise the concern, the team will contact you"

                                its been 10 days no one contacted me

                                I am panicking and mentally and emotionally very disturbed.

                                  I have recently purchased the starcity+ in the month of July at "X-dealer", they took 95000/- and didn't gave bills until I asked them on bike first service, and they gave bills for only 77000/-(Ex-showroom price+Helmet+Insurance) and I asked for a helmet because it is included in the bill, but they didn't gave instead they are giving all non-sense stories. And the rest of the bills are not given. And I enquired the other near TVS dealers for the Starcity+ its almost 3 to 5 thousand less compared to my purchase of (95000/-). And I got to know that these "X-Dealer" is not providing proper service to the people who purchased the bike from other dealers. I think there is something fraud is happening on their side. Hope TVS company value its customers.

                                  Kindly consider my request and resolve it ASAP.

                                  Some TVS dealers are robbing the common people. I strongly suggest to provide the On-road price directly in the company website based on the regions for transparency and try to tell all the dealers to be loyal to TVS by not charging any unnecessary amount in the On-road price. Remember we are living in India, here not all people are rich.

                                    I have recently purchased the starcity+, they took 95000/- and didn't gave bills untill I asked them, that too they have given bills for 77000/-(Ex-showroom price+Helmet+Insurance) and I asked for a helmet because it is in the bill, they are telling all the stories.                                       I bought a Scooty Pep plus from Arunagiri Motors, Bommanahalli, Bangalore. From the day one it has starting problem. So when asked about it in the showroom they said it will be after the service. Now all the services over even I did the paid service but the problem is not resolved. I complaint about this multiple times to Arunagiri Motors Manager Deepak he said that there is a general complaint on Scooty pep plus in BS V variant. Moreover he said that there is additional spare they are looking for in a week but till today I didn't heard anything and he is not picking my call as well.
                                      Spent big amount and purchased the new vehicle and every time it will get stopped in the middle of the round especially in every signal it will get stopped and we need to take corner of the road and kick multiple time to get started as a lady am struggling a lot every day, I lost my patience. We trust TVS and bought this vehicle but really painful will TVS motors look into this issue?

                                        Dear TVS,

                                        On the 7th of aug my Apache RTR 160 4v 2018 model suddenly got off while running condition I tried a long time to on it in various methods but it is not worked so I took my bike to the nearest service centre where brought the bike from same on 8th Aug they said battery issue and replaced the battery with an old battery and the bike was ok at that time but the serviceman found a fault that when the bike was in neutral if we rotate the handlebar to the right side the bike was getting so he said need to check the wiring and he started checking after some time again bike is not taking power and getting on I have waited till evening I left from 8th Aug today 26th Aug every day am calling to them every day they are saying a new reason and we deliver the vehicle by to 7 Pm.
                                        I have only one question when don't have proper technicians in your service centre why are you running those centres and collecting extra money from us.
