I've bought a tvs star city plus bike in "october, 2017" from "shiv tvs motors, naraingarh" ditrict - ambala, state haryana.
All money is given to them from me for issuing me rc of my newly purchased vehicle.
But "cheasee number and engine number" of my bike is already punched in name of some person.
I've registered a complaint regarding to this to tvs company. But they're not giving me any satisfactory solution to my problem. Also their employees are misbehaving with me every time i'm calling them by putting my calls on hold, rejecting my calls and even talking with me in a disrespectful way.
Its already been 7 months till i've registered a complaint to them.
Please, help me with fixing this issue.

    I was purchased new bike tvs star city plus from raj tvs sanand,
    Yesterday its first servicing, after servicing its engine is overheated,
    When i was complaining about this all raj showroom executive not answering properly.
    Firstly they says that there is mix up of carosine with petrol due to this it is over heating & knocking, when i proved that threr is no any type of mix up later they said that there is mix up of water in petrol while washing in service center & they hand over my bike to me with empty tank.
    I need justification for this.

      Dear sir,

      In reference to subject mentioned above i wish to bring in your kind notice that your employees has done fraud in servicing of my tvs jupiter dl1s y2981 on 17.04.2018 invoice no. 567.

      Despite explaining the problems, when i got the scooter back from the service station in the evening, on returning from service station after 3 km my scooty stopped on the way, then i had to rush to road side mechanic to get it start. When he opened the body then it was found that it was full of dust inside, filter was not cleared, no proper servicing was done only outer body was polished.

      And i have been charged full amount. There was very casual approach by the workers.
      This caused me mental, physical and financial harrasment.

      Therefore, it is requested that pls take needful action against responsible person.

          I gave my tvs apache 200 4v for servicing to solar tvs rajarajeshwari nagar (Near gopalan arch mall) on 13/4/2018. They serviced the bike and home delivered it to my residence. They did not give me the bill saying that they are under audit and will give the same later the same day. They took rs 1510, overcharging me by rs 55. I have repeatedly followed up with them, but i have neither received the bill or the refund from the service center.

          Sir service centar is not a good behiveyar and not saticfiy services on your service centar Champlain IS not shortest in long time and your financial staff is not good on behaver is very roundly and not a customer vallu I'm so sad by tvs moter finance
          I want to buy a TVs Jupiter scooter.

          Showroom person's not give the proper response .
          Lot of price variations in the scooter amount.

          Kindly take the action to that show room

          Provide the exact amount of scooter price.

          Really we are ready to pay that one not in excess amount.

            I have serviced my jupitor scooter twice and complained about battery discharging automatically but they have not sorted my battery and just returned by charging the same but they didn't replaced it. Now when i said them to replace the same now they are saying more than a year has completed. The name of the agency is dhillion motors situated in kichha uttarakhand. Please take action for same else i have to report the same to consumer forum.. Because i faced lot of problems regarding same. Hoping for strict action against same as soon as possible

              Dear tvs support,
              Your production team is very good.
              Rnd team and production team make very good bikes. But your after sale service is till waste in a market, while comparing the other bike manufacturer.
              I'm just crazy about apache 200 4v 2.0 abs variant, that's a ossom mashine.
              In your showroom show tvs titagar, thay don't know any info about that bike, sales person does not have proper traning how to behave with customer.
              Another pert in market all appachy owner just say 1 thing 'you can buy appachy any model but don't service the bike from tvs service center, service person will scrouup up you bike' is that true. Can you people look in to those matter then i can buy appachy, other wise i need to think.

                Despite numerous reminder, mandar tvs sales team is not bothered to sort out my paytm cashback issue. I had booked a tvs jupiter in 24th march and got the delivery very next day. However, the delivery status is still not updated by the dealer, which is unnecessary delaying the cashback of inr 2700 from paytm. I am surprised to see the lack of ownership from entire team at mandat tvs, pune. It's been more than 15 days now, they have only asked for multiple details about delivery. Rather, they should take this matter seriously and work towards fixing the issue on priority. Disappointing customer service by mandar tvs team.

                  I have a tvs apache bike no dl9sbj4226, i had done my service in first week of april, and having complaint in servicing of bike... I have received a call from tvs dynamic raja puri showroom/service center and they ask me that how is my bike after servicing and i said all my complaints and they ask me to come t service center... Today i came to service center and give for complaint card to shailaish worker and they treat me very badly and using such abusing language... After that i go to mangaer... I ask him to give me a complaint register and he is not giving any complaint register and not file my complaint against shailaish worker... Please register my complaint against him and take a further action...

I have called them many times and always they are giving some reason that mechanic is not there we will do it tomorrow and leave it. They are ignoring my problem. I am tired of calling them.                       This is to inform that i have booked tvs ntorq 125 (Red colour) on 12th march, 2018 and yet to get the same delivered. I have been given many false commitments to deliver the vehicle but still the delivery it to happen. Apart from that all the tvs dealers in chennai are quoting/charging around rs 2000 extra from the consumers in the name of handling and logistics charges. I tried explaining them that these charges are illegal and should not be charged. But they don't seem to accept the same saying that tvs is asking to collect these charges from the consumers. Apart from the same i am being quoted rs. 650 as registration charges and rs. 550 as rto charges!
                      Also this week i have been asked to pay rs. 2000 extra for getting a red coloured ntorq within a week or else they are not giving any commitment on availability of red color and asking to get the yellow/ green colour.
                      Request tvs to look into the issues mentioned above and address quickly as i have been waiting for quite long for the delivery of the scooter.

                          Indian motors tvs _ madiwala - bangalore. I booked and done complete payment on 7th of march, on the promise of delivering the product on 23rd of march. It was confirmed till 21st march, on 22nd i was informed tvs has not delivered the products, however i was reassured i will be delivered the product by 28th, 30th march, 7th april, 9th april and 11th april. Even today the product is not delivered. I also asked the showroom team to given me in writing when the product will be delivered, but they ignored my request and promised it will be delivered 100% by 11th april.

                            I am a regular customer of TVS motor company... I bought TVS STAR city plus (TN09 CJ9262) last year and recently i bought TVS XL 100 COMFORT on 10/02/2018 at RAMKAY Agencies, Velachery Main Road, Chennai-32. In the second purchase, i have been misguided by one of the sales woman Ms.Yamuna and gave me some false information regarding purchase through Paytm. I have been compelled to pay through paytm and as i have no paytm account, i have been asked to open an account and paid the amount. I have been informed that i will get Rs.2500/- cash back from paytm but i surprised the message from paytm that the cashback amount is Rs.0.. I have unnecessarily opened the account by paying Rs.500/- and also i lost the discount of Rs.500/- from the dealer at that time of purchase. Further, whenever, i call the sales person, she used to say you will receive after 10 days, then within one month etc etc.. But after i checked thoroughly the paytm site, i am able to realize that the cash back is only Rs.0. when i asked about this, she started dodging and refused to pick up my phone call and if at all picked, she used to say, i will check with my "Sir" and get back but she never called me back with any of the details. This creates mental agony and as i am very much a TVS customer (like to buy only TVS vehicles), I request the TVS firm to look into the matter and resolve the issue, please.

                            My complaint has not been attended properly and also not at all resolved. Only i received a phone call from Ramkay TVS and said my problem will be attended so but till today, it is not resolved..

                            I am extremely disappointed that my favourite company TVS is not able to solve the issue even after 2 months of time after my complaint...

                              I visited to shukla tvs for service it was my first service my handle was so tight it’s not working fine it was sliding at one side

                              I was trying to explain this to the service person while he was doing the service formalities like mobile change and all that mean while a person came and asked me to leave the place

                              He said tvs don’t allow customer to enter in the service area we can not tell the problems to mechanics

                              Is the service area an examination hall that we can not stand there and ask for repairing

                              Same day i had to visit there for the same problem they could not solve i will have to visit again as per the mechanics.
                              That i mailed to service team they did not reply. They sleep i guess.

                              Can i know the service terms and conditions?

                              Why a customer can’t see what’s happening with his bike?

                              Don’t we pay for service i paid 570 for my first service

                              I paid 91000 for the bike
                              Can’t i see what’s happening

                              Are we free that we will visit again and again for the same
                              That’s why hero is no 1 i had one never felt embarrassing in the service center. Just a person cane and started shouting that go outside what the hell and ill behaviour with the customers.

                              Are they literate enough do you people check the background of the persons before giving them jobs or agencies

                              Very very embarrassing.

                              What are the service parameters you people follow with customers can i know???

                                Complaint about:-swagath tvs dealer at santosh nagar hyderabad
                                Dealer contact no:-swagath tvs showroom[protected]
                                Date of visited by me:-31st march 2018 & 10th april 2018 morning around 11:00am
                                Complaint details:-
                                I visited on the above days but service centre guys denied to take my bike for servicing first visit they said its a year closing we have many two wheelers yet to be completed, second visit they said mechanics are not available come later i said i am an employee m taking an off just for getting my bike should serviced within the time because its a 4th free service pending in reply they said thats your personal problem we cant do anything moreover, they said you bought a bike from other showroom why are you coming to this showroom i said them the reason also i shifted my residence stil they are useless pathetic service provided by them.

                                I asked for manager so that i can speak with but they said none of the responsible person are available my manager ran away if the manager is also not available why the showroom exist without any responsible person i shocked no where i seen this pathetic service even in any normal bike service centre responsible person is available then why are they running showroom they should close it out as early as possible.

                                My humble request to take proper action against them so that they should not repeat to someone else & understand the value of customer.

                                  I have bought jupiter from ludhiana laxmi motors and shifted now in mohali. I got it's first service from manchanda tvs phase 5 mohali, after service. It's started miss the pickup and making disturbing sound. It's average got down to 15kmpl, the service executives/mechanics are also not taking this problem seriously. I went there 3 times for same problem. The worst service, and vehicle i ever purchased.

                                  I want my money back.. I am not interested to waste my money and time in petrol or at service station. If its not taken seriously then i am going to file a case on tvs company through court. My wife and me has just escaped from accident thrice.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I have purchased apache 200 model on 19 nov 2016. On the 4th service i have complaint about the chain socket there was to loudy noise while running after the servicing the noise was low which last for only 2 days later i was facing the same issue due to serveral complains on each servicing there was no proper work done by the hem agency satara whereas the department was rasing there hand due to shortage of part due to several reasons like gst etc. Due to several complains i was getting assurance from the spare-part department that the parts will be available soon since from the warranty period. Now the warranty period is over and they are giving such reasons about warranty where my several complaints about the issue was not resolve.

                                    jasbir singh kisne baat ki ladies se jo apne ye msg dala hai...atleast msg dalne se pehle verify kar liya karo aur wasie bhi complaint apki bakwas services ki ho rahi hai jo hum jhel rahe hai apko agar service nai dena toh paise wapas kardo
