      I have purchased tvs jupiter in aug 2017. The power start stopped working within a week. I have connected with dealer. They said the battery is faulty and need to replace. I have submitted my battery for replacement. I didnt get battery replacement so far. The local amco battery dealer doesn't have batteries available for replacement. We are using this scooter by kick start from last more than two month. I tried to connect with customer care number. The call is not going through for existing customer. The customer care has very long holding time. Please help on this.
      The battery issue is occuring with many customers.

        Sir/madam,

        Once i visited to buy a new vehicle in anbu tvs at alandurai,
        I found that have over charged jupiter price in that show room.
        Than i compared the price from other motors like tvs victor and sakthi saradha & lotus. The fixing price of anbu tvs are varied and much higher,

        The cost of per liter oil, insurance, and other accessories were high, and also asked to pay extended warranty too.

        This found to be cheating the customer on a average of rs 2067.00,
        The overcharge was fixing by anbu tvs alone or you too has the part of this sum of amount...

        Please take action against anbu tvs other wise this leads to spoil tvs motors name and market in coimbatore city, which is not loyal to customers.

        If you are not taking further action then we will meet you at the consumer court with the help of media

          Dear sir/ madam,

          I am writing this letter with deep indignation over the negligence shown by the dharmana tvs service centre, gajuwaka. I am irritated, frustrated and fed up with the lame excuses given by them and so i am informing you about this in hope of some help.
          I never had a pleasant experience as a customer from the beginning itself when i bought tvs jupiter on may 2017 from dharmana tvs (Malkapuram branch).

          Two weeks before, my vehicle's lock got jammed abrubtly by itself at a petrol pump after which it was not coming to 'on" position and i had to push my vehicle home for over one km. It is sad that my vehicle is only 5 month old and such a thing happened. I informed the service centre about this by going there. Only after 3 days two people came and checked and said that lock has to be replaced and they went. After that i have been contacting the service centre manager (Suresh) many times. Personally i went there three four times and waited for long time for some response. Until saturday they had only one excuse that there is no stock of lock available. Now please tell me, does it take two weeks to get a spare lock in a service centre? On saturday[protected] manager told me that lock has arrived but there is no technician, but shall come on monday and replace lock. Monday morning (4.11.2017) i called and manager told me that with in one hour technician will come. I waited until evening and nobody came. Now when i called again in the evening there was no manager. One mechanic told me that i have to call the manager again at 10 am next day and then he will send the technician. This is a fake assurance loop in which i am stuck for last two weeks. I am dependent on my two wheeler for a lot of things. I am deeply affected and tired by the nonresponsiveness and procrastination shown by the officials of dharmana tvs service centre.

          Previously also i had a similar bad experience when a sales boy tried to learn his technician skill on my scooter. He jammed the screw by putting larger screws instead of the right screw for fitting the protective side grills. The very next day after my purchase of scooter, it was taken to service centre and my brand new scooter was taken into parts and treated in the crudest way possible to make it look like an old scooter (One front portion was sticking out and two three scratches after this incident). All this to remove that screw, and the only reason was stupidity of that boy. I still have those large screws in my scooter (Holes are bigger now and so cant use the exact screws now).

          We have a trust in tvs brand. But incompetent and irresponsible work forces and officials of dharmana tvs service centre and showroom has given me a bitter experience forcing me to abandon the trust in tvs. The lack of trust is evident from the google reviews on dharmana tvs. I request you to kindly take necessary actions to solve my problem at the earliest.

            I have given my wego for service last saturday, but i a very bad experience of ashwini tvs thane khopat, they are very irresponsible, when i call they said my scotter is ready, but i went to collect they said still it is not ready, all internal miscommunication. It is a hopless service.

            Please look for the same this is not 1st time.

                  Hello, i have purchased a wego golden from tvs 7 point. An accident happenened, i have all video footage, baniapukur official documents mcr. When i visited tvs service centre, manager mr. Anirban, his statement i recorded in my phone. He told for metal body insurance company pay 90% 95%, rest customer has to pay. I deposited rs.500/. Now when my scooty is ready any official person chandan, gave me details, according i have to pay 43%.
                  Resolve the matter as soon as possible nor i will lounch court case against your firm. I have all my current 2, savings 1 in icici bank.

                    1. I purchased subject scooty from your show room at century automobiles vishrantwadi pune on 26 aug 2016 vide invoice no 5882, supplier ref. Dms 2948, dispatch document no 38414, frame no md626bg49g1g28344, engine no bg4gg1223838 & ewr no 3060912. The registration no of scooty is mh-12 nh 7976.

                    2. All the free servicing were carried out well in time, and at each servicjng the subject problem were apprised to servicing mechanic in person and also during feed back when asked by your call centre. But nothing done till 31 oct 17.

                    3. On 01 nov17 your mechanic attended the complaint & rectified the defect. Bythis time scooty almost travelled 5800 km & consumed 170 ltrs of petrol. Thus caused me a loss of about 6500 rupees.

                    4. Request utilise your high offices to refund my hard earned money rs 6500 as i am a retired defence pensioner and suffered loss due to your servicing mechanic mr punit who was always criticising your manyfacturing co. & always shown carelessness.

                      Dear sir,
                      I am having problem with your authorize dealer (G. K. Tvs showroom s-526 school block main vikas marg shakarpur delhi-110092).
                      They provided us wrong information about the vehicle.
                      Firstly they reduced the extended warranty period.
                      As they are saying at the time of purchase that warranty can be extended upto 3 years within 40 days.
                      But within that period they reduced the warranty without our information.
                      They told us to pay only for the oil cost but they are charging extra cost.
                      Synthetic oil is not given in the scooty rather than premium oil is supplied in the scooty.
                      Top-up coupen is taken but services are not given as mentioned in the top-up coupen during free services.
                      I have taken 2 services but i am highly dissatisfied with the services given.

                      Please do needful as it is highly unacceptable.

                        The sai baba tvs showroom at hinjewadi pune is charging 2% extra on card transactions,
                        Is there any way to stop this?
                        Is this legal?
                        I bought tvs jupiter scooty on oct 2 2017, by paying through card which was charged 2% extra without receipt of extra charges.
                        Now its been 32 days for today and still my vehicle is not registered, the officials in showroom are not responding when i call or visit the showroom. I have already been fined by traffic police 2 times for unregistered vehicle while travelling to showroom itself.
                        I request a refund from showroom for the extra charges on card & the fine amount i have payed due to the ignorance/mistake of the showroom.

                          I have purchased one tvs zest 110 scooty on 10th june 2017 from sai tvs, bariatu, ranchi. (Registration no: jh01cl3606)
                          I am facing one manufacturing problem from day one and it is not properly rectified by the service center i. E. Head-lamp bulb going fuse every time at some interval.
                          I have gone so many times to service center but they only replace the bulb and told problem solved, it happens almost 5-6 times but they are not given the proper solution now they are telling the problem with the regulator, after continuously 10-12 days followup they are telling they don't have the parts right now. Now a days your service center person not responding properly.

                          Due to this same problem i stuck 2 times in night during driving, this is driver & passenger safety issue also but they are very careless about this matter.

                          So tvs are unable to rectify the problem then please return my money, so i can purchase by another manufacturer.

                            This side rahul [protected] i purchased a apache 200 bike few months back 25th june from tvs showroom (Udyog nagar) now i face battery problem in my bike, i gone to service centre and they said battery will come after 02-03 day they will call me but i didnt receive any call and go again than he give me letter and said go to maya puri the will provide battery i said ok, i gone to maya puri than they said you got battery from udyog nagar, i go again than they again said wait for few days we dont have battery, so now i am get frustrate from this non sense what type of service is this? Its too pathetic!!

                            Why i purchased this bike on months is passed and i faced battery problem so arrange battery asap as i cant wait for days..

                                Recently bought a new jupiter classic (Purchaser name: manaswini das, date of purchanse:29th oct, 2017) but we had a very bad experience. Completely disappointed with 3s automotives, near chandrasekharpur police station, nandankanan road, patia, bhubaneswar.
                                The way they had provided information and treated us it’s not at all acceptable from a renowned motor vehicle company.
                                1.
                                1st day when we have visited 3s, it was just 5:45 to 6pm. Mr. Samal (3s) had denied directly that now we cannot provide test drive. We have searched in google to go to some other dealer got a number near saheed nagar area show room, called to that number but fortunately that was somebody from tvs company. He helped us. He discussed with mr. Samal and mr. Samal agreed for test drive.
                                Here is our question why like this.

                                After test drive we discussed about price and offers. As per mr. Samal offers like govt. Employees blood relation insurance free, scratch and win all these offers are for all vehicle except jupiter classic.
                                When we enquired on the same day to other showroom all offers were valid for jupiter classic also. We were surprised. Next day when we called 3s came to know that 3s also providing these offers for jupiter classic. Then we guess yesterday we have shown interest on jupiter classic so mr. Samal judged it and said no offer.
                                Here is our question, are you feeling is that truthful.

                                After that we have decided to purchase from 3s as its very near to our house. We have been to 3s with all docs and money. Mr. Samal was not there that day. One staff discussed with mr. Samal over ph and she said this kind of blood relationship can not accept. Blood relationship is a broad word so we asked please explain us what kind of relationship you guys are accepting. Again after discussing with mr. Samal she said. Father/mother-son/daughter, wife-hus, brother/sister-brother/sister. We were back that day with empty hand and again visited with proper said docs that is sister-sister relationship proof. That day mr. Samal was present and said no no this relationship also cannot accept. Where as with the same doc other dealer sameer tvs, nayapalli, bbsr has agreed and we have taken the vehicle from them. We really appreciated mr. Kara, manger sameer tvs for his fantastic behaviour.

                                Its not about offer or discount. Its all about customer satisfaction, the information you guys are providing to customer and please don’t kill customer’s time. Evenif mr. Padeep kumar, am, tvs motors, odisha knows everything but surprisely he is also least bother about customer satisfaction. We ere just wondering how come a big giant of motor vehicle company can do like this and forgotten that one customer can surely bring other customers.

                                Note: i don’t have any personal vagueness with mr. Samal and their staff. And evenif before this we don’t know who is mr. Samal and 3s.

                                  I had claimed the insurance of my jupiter (Mh14 ge 1890) on 7th october 2017. Although the claim was registered and approved within a week, the showroom has been delaying the replacement of the damaged part for over a month now. The showroom in question is sai baba motors hinjawadi, pune. Whenever i call the showroom manager to enquire about the delivery date of the scooty, he promises a particular date but on the mentioned date he gives some excuse or the other and asks for some more time or gives me another date. I am facing a lot of trouble due to this. So check into this and make sure that this issue is resolved at the earliest.

                                      Hello i took my tvs apache 160 to your service agency kisan tvs hansi on 28 oct, during service they clean the engine compleatly bt after that they didnot put any engine oil nd they charged me for synthetic oil, bcz of less engine oil my bike engine got damaged plz look into the matter otherwise i have to go to court and will file a case regarding kisan tvs hansi,

                                        I have a scooty pept. Its engine damaged due to low oil. When i reached a tvs service centre in our area they told me that they will repaired it by rs 5000 to 6000 but now they are asking fr 8100. They have only bored the engine not replaced piston and other things. It is therefore requested that to reply me abt the actual cost of boring and repairing a scooty pept.
