      Subject:- Order ID IQ[protected], TVS Iqube DD GADGIL, REFUND OF CHARGER

      Dear TVS, i DD Gadgil, with cell number [protected] has booked TVS IQube on 03 Oct 2021, and thereafter paid all amount online alongwith charger for Rs. 9450/- on 29 Oct 2021.
      But at the time of delivery of Vehicle at Pore's showroom, at Sangli, the dealer said to me that the payment of the charger is not reflected in his records and he asked me to pay for the charger then. On the same day that is on 17 December 2021, I raised an issue with TVS and also with the dealer for the refund of the amount paid by me online for the charger.
      Thereafter on numerous occasions i have raised the same concern with TVS and dealer, via email and by voice calls, i have visited the Showroom also on many occasions, but till date ( can u imagine) after a gap of 09 months also the amount is yet not refunded back to me.
      Now I hereby request you to kindly provide me with the following data ASAP:-
      1. The exact reason for non reflection of Price of charger at the time of delivery.
      2. The reason for non refund of amount paid for charger in duplicate due to technical error from TVS side.
      3. Why I have not been given any reply for my various emails (pls check the call and email data)
      I hereby request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and provide me with the amount of price for charger as refund along with interest and a compensation 1, 00, 000/- for mental harassment and agony for 09 months.
      For your information, I am a respectable individual, retired from the Indian navy after a long service of 20 years and presently settled at Sangli. I, being in my individual capacity, is giving you a period of 15 days from today 18 August 2022 for processing the refund along with interest and compensation as mentioned above, failure to respond from your side i am forced to send you a Legal Notice from a suitable lawyer.

        I have recently bought tvs Jupiter zx.. I felt more vibration and more shocks in up and down in road side. I don't whether shock absorbers working or not... Pls solve the problem

          Hi,

          They have not given the job card by taking the bike without job card and went to their house. My tank is empty. They have taken my petrol Rs, 200. Kindly take the action as soon as possible. Today one service executive Ayyanar gone to another tvs branch in Selvapuram to deliver the food along with my bike.

            I have bought TVS apache 200 Bs6 vehicle on Sep 2020, since then I had some vibration issue on handle bar. Upon complaining to the dealer he said it's new vehicle and it will adopt the riding style and get smooth, however the problem got severe till 1st service.

            When I had given the bike for 1st service @SVS TVS Wavin branch they didn't rectified the issue properly. I have took the bike because they promised to resolved completely in 2nd service and I am a office going person.

            Later somehow I managed to drive the bike till 2nd service and while giving bike for service all the issues noted and rectified temporarily. After taking the delivery within 2days the sound from handle bar started and I had informed to the service manager and escalated to the dealer.

            After that they just called and asked that in 3rd service they will change necessary parts and issue will be resolved and also allotted another service centre which is SVS TVS AMBATTUR.

            I have met with Me. Balaji (Service Manager) and he said he will change the faulty handle bar and cone set but since parts was not available it was not rectified again and asked to compromise till next service.

            Later I have visited twice for the issue and only handle bar changed but the sound from handle bar was still there, later when I have shouted to the concerned they changed the cone set in my 1st paid service which was done on 8th June 2022.

            After this service they when I have went to take my bike the bike was in same condition with sound on handle bar also mechanic was forgot to put some bolts of engine guard and tyre hugger which was identified by me in after service test ride. (Hight of carelessness, it could be a reason of accident if i didn't noticed).
            In my 1st paid service when I shown my dissatisfaction the service manger has asked to drive the vehicle for 500-1000kms more to get the parts adjusted but unfortunately it was unbearable sound and started getting hand pain whether I ride vehicle.

            Since 8th June I have visited more than 20 times and two times they took my bike for service but nothing worked and lastly I had given my bike on 9th Aug 2022 and bike was returned on 15th Aug 2022 but problem still persist and when I asked to the service person, he said same thing that it needs time to get adjust. Also in last service they stolen 10 litres of fuel from my bike.

            The entire issue is escalated to below officials but they are good for nothing.

            1st escalation: Mr. Balaji, Service Manager (SVS TVS AMBATTUR)

            2nd escalation: Mr. Kumaravel, Service territory manager, Chennai.

            3rd escalation: Mr. Arun, Service Area Manager, Chennai.

            Now the problem in bike is same, whenever I am applying disk brakes the handle bar is moving forward and after releasing the brake it is coming back. Also it is makes annoying noise and bike is getting unbalanced.

            When I have spoken to the Area Manager Mr. Arun today he is saying that I must not apply front brakes while riding, is it the solution???

            I am not satisfied with the service and response from TVS and need some solution for this issue.
            As a consumer of the premium bike segment of TVS I am feeling like a stupid and a total money waste.
            I have not purchased premium bike for compromise. I need a solid solution of this problem.

            I would also like to update that yesterday I have received a message from TN traffic department that someone named Mr. Karthik has driven while drunk and there is penalty of Rs.10000/-, upon checking service centre person accepted and they paid the challan amount but everywhere my name is highlighted as offender which is not acceptable.

            Now I don't want to drive this vehicle, replace my bike immediately.

              I'm Dharanikumar, Recently I have purchased a TVS Raider 125, since couple of months I'm having issue with Headlamp its completely covered with Fogg and water when I going in rain, already once it got replaced but the issue has not been resolved and now the dealers not ready to replaced it.

                Hi,

                Yesterday only the service manager called me from KMB TVS and told me that without battery starting the bike is very difficult in B6 Bike. I don't know the technical side. At the time of removing the battery, They must inform but didn't inform me about it. They taken my bike by yesterday 4 p.m. and I called the service manager to get back my bike at 6 p.m. but he told me that they are arranging the old battery that will take one day time. Today I have taken leave ( loss of pay). I am working as Team leader field work job. Without bike I can't work. Today my salary Rs 700 loss of pay. Ask them to give my salary. I need proper response from your tvs company not from KMB TVS.

                  TVs xl 100 heavy duty but very poorer duty this bike is not run the properly one year. But creates a problem. And change new engine but not running. Facing me a problem by problem. Every day problem. Every week change the new any parts and but not. Running bhy this me this company problem or service center problem but I'm giving the money every time in center. But not clear bike problem.

                    j am rajeev kumar .I purchase the tvs xl 100 moped touch start the month of 30January 2021 .the bike is run the one year of good conditions. But ofter one year then creates a problem. Then I consulte the ma jagdambe tvs greater noida kulesra. And suggest me .engine problem. Then creates new engine. And 9500 rs is collected for me but my bike is not properly run .2and 2 service of month but not run .every time any new part of bike change but nothing complete the bike. I am very poorer not suffering money any time sir please help me. Thanks for you I am rajeev kumar

                      Sir, My name is sushree sangita dash from odisha. i buy a bike Apache 160 4v RM mode in[protected] at sanjeev automobile thanachok, balasore. but in[protected] my bike odometre was not working so i complaint in showroom but the showroom was not respond. the showrrom woner send me the head dealer Sita comercial balasore. i am go to the balsore he said me wait i will order your HECU . HECU arrived in 7days after 7 days i called to the showroom but he can't respond my call . after this situation i contact the tvs motor head office via mail, twitter, and costmer helpline number. after 2 days i get a mail from tvs motor and a person name amit samant call me and said me wait 15days i will order your HECU after 15days this officer can't recive my call. the distance between my house to showrrom 65km . and i go 20 time so i demand my un necessary expensive amount and new bike please justice me my contact no-[protected]

                        Hi,

                        I have given paid service by 50 days before. They told me battery not working.
                        I told them to change the battery by warranty. They didn't change the spark plug that they billed for spark plug. But at the time of delivery they told me that due to low manpower we can't remove the battery and told me to come after some time. I started my bike by hicker for past two months. My leg got paining. What is the service of esteemed TVS dealership? Last Saturday I went to KMB TVS and told them to claim the battery in warranty. They told me come after 3 days. I told them that my warranty will finish on October 2022 and requested them to claim for warranty. Customer asking and crying for warranty.
                        I am extremely affected to start my bike by two days without battery.
                        What is your action?
                        I will give compliant to consumer court. I have recorded calls KMB TVS.

                            I bought apache 160 4v in february 28, 2022
                            I'm facing too many problems in engine
                            Such as oil leakage and irregular sound.
                            I ask showroom owner to solve this problem.he solve problem in 30 July 2022 with labour charge in new bike
                            After 2 days again this problem is came
                            Again i asked to showroom owner to doesn't give proper response and move bike to main dealer for further service
                            I am without bike for about above 20 days
                            I give labour charge for manufacturing defect
                            What can I do for it
                            My bike is bluetooth edition but i button and side stand indicator is not working when is bought my bike
                            Please make an eye and solve my problem as soon as possible

                                I Purchased a TVS WEGO vehicle on 18 SEP 2018. Which comes under warranty for 5 years. For the past 3 months, the ODOMETER stopped working. Now the dealer/service center and the company pointing out that the odometer doesn't cover under warranty as it's an electrical part. But in the user manual, it is not mentioned under the electrical category. And saying that it is because of poor maintenance(water got inside) it is not working. As all o[censored]s are aware that bikes have to be used in extremely hot, rainy climates according to our Indian monsoons. It is an outdoor part, so accordingly it has to be designed to withstand all climates.

                                  I handed over my vehicle for 5 days to dharmana tvs service centre visakhapatnam as they instructed me that spare parts will be available after 2-3 days, after 5 days when i contacted them they informed me that it will take 10 more days for the spare parts to arrive. Now 2 weeks over but still no update on spare parts from service centre. Please forward my complaint
