Hi respecter sir/madam

My name is narendra prajapati. I purchased my bike on 24/8/2017 from hare krishna tvs showroom. My registration no. Mh47z3311. The very next day it started giving me problems. The bike has not even completed 50kms. And i started facing problems 3 screws got loose, some clips got broke from front part of the body, the scooter was vibrating, even after few days chamber started leaking and the worst part which i have never seen in any scooter in my life that after rain whenever i opened the dicky i found water in it.
When i went to tvs motor they said me when you will come for the first service we will solve all your problems. Finally, today i went for the first service and again i explain them the problem and they told me you would have come before. I bought the scooter because the name of esteemed organization tvs motor but this type of vehicle is not feeling me like tvs.
It is a new bike and how come it is giving me so much of problem?
I am a student i have saved and somehow i had arranged the money and i bought it i hope you will understand. I need an explanation for this and i want to replace my scooter.

    battery problems in tvs apache rtr 200

    I purchased an apache rtr200 4v from tvs kubera motors, hsr layout on 11th july, 2017.

    I went to my hometown on in august for about 15 days. When i came back, the bike didn't start. I got it jump started with a local mechanic with another battery. I rode it for another 10 days or so without any issues. But after that, one morning again the bike didn't start, but i was able to push start it. Since, that day, i had to push start...

    I have purchased a zest from navyug motors and it has been billed in the name of prakruthi motors. I am also working in automobile field (Honda cars) so i know the importance of servicing the vehicle in time. I haven't missed even one service. I met with an accident on 11/6/2017 and the vehicle was dropped to navyug motors for repair. They kept the vehicle with them for 2 months without status updation. The owner of navyug motors used to tell that he will text me everytime but not texted even once. Atleast received the vehicle in same condition as i had given. Also they didn't give my toolkit back. The front brake was not effective. But since it was after 7pm we took delivery and my friend driven the vehicle to home. He noticed that the brake was not at all effective. Rear brake was over tighten. We took the vehicle back to navyug motors but he refused to take the vehicle since the next day was dasara. I told him that vehicle is not in a driveable condition but he argued that it is your problem etc. At the same time another one irritated customer was also speaking in a louder voice that their service is very bad and no response from the owner itself (Mr. Varadaraj). I asked him in case if i met with accident due to brakeless vehicle will you take responsibility, he answered that it is headache so you solve by urself. I have request to tvs that please inform prakruthi motors not to give vehicles to navyug to spoil the tvs brand name. I left it later to prakruthi for the same brake and rear noise issue which has not solved yet.

    I bought a TVS Jupiter on last February from the beginning the vehicle contains so many faults but they are altered and give to me nowadays the faults from the vehicle continued. ladies hanger also broked that's so light, I'm not satisfied with this..

      Tvs team, i had purchased tvs jupiter classic in last month. Am facing so many issue in vehicle for starting 400 kilometers it started giving trouble i take to service center they repaired and returned it. Again same issue for 770 kilometers. This is worst experiance with tvs company product before am using honda activa & suzuki access both vehicles also amazing. Now we planned and buy it tvs company vehicle in sence we want to use made in india company. Now am planning burn it in front of media because in starting only am disappointed every time i want to kick upto 10-15 times after that it'll get start. We not have more time to take every time to service centre. Please provide good quality vehicles to customers you'll get more customers without add any scheme.

        Hello sir,
        I have bought a thar on 28 september 2017 from tvs kottayam. I had to pay full cash to tvs to get the thar delivered before holidays even though i applied for a bank loan from sib. My bank loan was not ready due to the banks process delay. I paid the full car value to tvs motors upon the agreement that tvs will refund my cash after the dessara holidays.
        My banker managed to transfer the loan amount of rs.7.5 lakhs to tvs the next day after the thar is delivered; before the holidays.
        Unfortunately till today my refund process is not completed. I live in dubai and i have been following up with tvs every day and they just give lame excuses. Today is 25 days since i have got the delivery of the vehicle and and my 1st emi date for the bank loan is 28 of october.
        Tvs kottayam branch manager hari and his teammate are so irresponsible in getting the process completed and they are playing a blame game that it's the delay from the head office in madhuri tamilnadu.
        Mean while when was in india i received a call from tvs customer care and i rated them poor for the service quality;they requested me not to give similar poor rating during mahindra customer satisfaction survey. Till date i have not received my service manuel and top gear club vouchers.
        Here in gulf i am dealing with volkwagan and ford and i never experience such a pathetic service levels. Hope somebody will take appropriate action and compensate me for my damages which i don't want to mention in this platform. Waiting to receive a call from concerned authorities

          Dear sir,
          I purchased star city+ bike from s. K. Jain tvs, rohtak (Haryana), from starting some problem are coming in bike, i. E. Engine heat, starting problem, do not take load on 2nd and 3rd gear. 4 to 5 time i visit on s. K. Jain service center, every time same problem is coming,
          Even now service manager are using open drum engine oil at the time of bike service, when i told to use authorised engine oil, they refuse to do so. Neither they are giving better service.

          You are requested to please do something. So that s. K. Jain tvs, service center may provide better service to his customer.

            I'm purchasing tvs jupiter couple of month back in aligarh but there is problem created again and again.. Engine speedometer and accessories break as see in the pic...in tvs show room in aligarh his maintenance staff so poor..
            His staff doing temporary work not give satisfaction to the customer.. Hope you will take an action...

            Sir my name is tenzin. I bought a bike from b. M auto at dehradun uttarakhand last month. After few days the oil was leaking from the piston of the brand new tvs apache 200. I visited the above showroom and told them about the problem. They told me to add the complaint in my first service which was done that same day. But still the problem occured. Then again 3 4 days before i went and told b. M. Auto staff that the problem is still happening. They changed the nut or something from another with my bike and said it won't happen now. But today again the oil is leaking.. So kindly help mw with that...

                They never respond to me and also i have raised a complaint on thier official website with my contact, they are showing them publicly as they said the contacts would be private, and all the customers calling on my number for the complaints, very good respnse to tease thier customers, i am very satisfied with that, but one thing I request to tvs compnay to delete my complaint from their official website, as soon as possible,

                The company has discontinued production of the model few years later. I had given the bike for servicing and repair (job card no 3242)w.e.f first week of Apr 09 at Sahil Automobiles Somalwada Sq, Wardha Road, Nagpur.(Ph[protected]. The expected delivery date of the bike was 07 Apr 09 as per the dealer.The bike was given to the dealer for repair of the broken mud guard which the dealer has assured that he will get it replaced within 3 days.It is with utmost grievience i am lodging this complaint that even after repeated visit to the showroom the dealer could not rectify the defect till date for want of spares. The service supervisor of the dealer has been saying that spares are not received and he is asking me to tie up for the spares from some other authorised service center.The attitude of the service supervisor and the owner of Sahil automobiles has been extremely negative and utterly disgusting. About three to four weeks later, I contacted TVS motor company regional office near Sai Mandir, Wardha Road, Nagpur-15, spoke to the service manager of the company(Mr Rajesh Rewatkar), conveyed the difficulties I've faced to get my bike repaired at the above mentioned authorised service centre and lodged a complaint in their register. The service manager has promised to solve the issue within a week. I have been calling him every week since then to check about the progress, but there has been no positive response from that side also.The bike has not been

                  Dear sir, with reference to the above subject matter kindly note that i hav purchase a new tvs apache rtr 160 from sarathi tvs baruipur, kolkata west bengal 3 months ago.

                  The rim of my bike got damaged and i have provided the same to tvs sarathi for replacement. I have agrees to pay the required amount for the same. However it has been more than a week the service has not been provided and my bike is with them.

                  Kindly note that the service receive from tvs is extremely poor and it has created a negative image about the brand in my mind.

                  I request you to kindly note the matter and ensure that my service request is attended with immediate effect.

                      I bought tvs Jupiter classic, and I have gave my vehicle to Om Sri Sai Srinivasa tvs motors for 1st servicing. From that day onwards my vehicle got problems, engine is suddenly stopped during on ride. Breaks system is not working properly. Vehicle getting too much sound. I am feeling I’m using a old vehicle. Even then didn’t take my feedback also.

                                  Purchased a tvs lp-45 barcode printer dated 21 sep 2017, from cyberian informatics, a/108, saheed nagar, bhubaneswar - 751007, with serial no. Qafnjt002840. When asked about intalation the vendor said there is no issue you can do it yourself (As i was a previous customer of tsc ttp224 pro, as it had issues i thought of switching to tvs), so i thought let it be. When i bought it ans started installing the installation part got completed the printer was loaded with the consumables (Labels and ribbon) but the output was negetive the printer gave no print. I contacted the customer care first they the took the system on remote tried thier level but of no help asked me to contact the dealer for a installation call, and said the first installation of the printer by the company auhorized person is a mandate, you shouldn't have tried on your own. So i contacted the vendor he in return gave me the no. Of mr. Sarkar, who intially didnt pick up my call but when contacted on whatsaap he replied by giving me the contact of one mr. Saroj who takes care of technical issues realted to this location. Now when i contacted him he asked me to call him day after tommorow when called said he is on leave as it was a saturday and to call on monday. Onmonday when i called him he said he is outside he'll call me back in 30min once he reached office. I didnt get a call till 2 and half hours so i had to call him back, he asked me to put the system on remote which couldnt happen as my net connection was down. So i tried the next day, he is again on leave today. So i would request tvs electronics to please help me out, as i switched to tvs knowing about the performance of youyr products, but i reality your customer service is too poor, your service personal talks to customer in such a way he is doing a big favor to the customer. Would be better you send a service personal to check the printrer personally. I would request you to please do the needy at the ealiest as due this issue my business is getting hampered.

                                    On 25.09.2017 i have purchased a tvs jupiter bsiv volcano red through guru govind motors pvt. Ltd from rourkela (Odisha). The vehicle invoice price mentioned is rs.55450.00. Where as when checked in official website of tvs motor the price mentioned was rs.53165.00.
                                    Upon asking the dealer he misguided me by saying the price included footrest+handling charges which is not convincing.
                                    Kindly look into the matter and resolve as soon as possible.

                                      On 11.10.2017 i have purchased a tvs jupiter zx through guru govind tvs motors from rourkela (Odisha). At the time of purchase the dealer asked me to pay rs. 63450.00 in total (Incl:vehicle price, road tax, accessories). Insurance was free for psu+scratch card as declared by the dealer. The vehicle base price told by the dealer was 57250.00 whereas rs 55398.00 was mentioned in the invoice as base price. Upon asking for the difference amount...
