My i have purchased a new scooty from sai baba tvs, chinchward, pune in march 2017 and i am facing frequent starting problems. My scooty is not getting started many times and that every time i have to call the showroom. But the service and response are not at all satisfactory.

    I had purchased my scooter jupiter from tvs dhamija, janakpuri, ghaziabad on 10.4.1with engine no. B44bg2216822. Today at 10 am i went to same shop for 6th paid service. I requested that the tyres may be rotated as back one has few puncktures. Mr. Ravishanker owner of shop first agreed but later said no for this. When i insisted he denied to do the service.in discussion he misbehaved.
    I submit my complaint as company has given 5yr warrenty. How can i be deniedbthe service of scooter. The company should act strictly for denial of service and misbehaviour. Company should review for such dealers. The action taken sould be informed me on [protected].

      Hi team,

      I thota shravan kumar, has owned a new apache rtr 200-4v (Red colour) @ kaushik motors, kharkhana.
      It's just been six months that i have upgraded my apache 160 -200, and i found many problems in the bike..
      1. Battery is getting drained away so quickly i, i had to change 3 batteries within this short period of time, which is quite disgusting (No issues wd battery.. All are new one withn a warranty period)
      2. Due to this overheating silencer has completely turned red

      Pls find the pic in attachment.
      3. Bike dosent moves wen battery is not connected..
      And the worst part is that the poor customer service at showroom @kaushik motors
      Now am regretting y did i buy..

          Hi,
          I have purchased bike in my native pondicherry. I have noise in engine. I complained to them they said it is normal sound.
          *i am working in bangalore so i shifted my bike to bangalore. I am not satisfied while riding the bike.
          *i went to arunagiri service center silkboard in bangalore. They said some noise is there. Leave your bike we will check with tvs engineer but it take 3 days. So i think we will leave in weak end.
          *after one week again i came to them for giving the bike. At the time it is normal tapping sound they said.
          *after that i went to solar tvs. They said some problem in engine then i live the bike there. They take 1week to return the bike again. I asked them what is the problem they said bore problem so we changed the engine head.
          *i got the bike and i am driving after 20km i had some cracking sound again i went there they said it is new head so we lose the tapping you run for 2000km engine will get set then we will tight the tapping...
          *after running 2000km i come to do service they have tight the tapping from that the i have vibration in engine.
          *last month i give them for 3rd service i complained to them but they said every think is done.
          *last week again i went there they did some adjustment in the engine but again i am facing the problem in engine while riding i didnt have the smooth riding...
          So please take this mail as series and do action to ride smooth i am waiting for your reply.

            I purchased my new tvs victor 2017 model 0n 19 april 2016.
            Even after 6 services number of problems i am facing.

            1. Vibration is too much, even bike is not smooth at 55-60km/h spped.
            2. Engine heating problem.
            3. Unwanted noise from engine oil part like creeking something during riding.
            4. Battary problem, self start is getting problem.
            5. Low milage, 40-45 avg only even engine is 110 cc. Why?
            6. Tvs service mechanic don't want to understand the customers problems, they just said the this is manufacturing problem.
            7. If this is manufacturing problem then i want to replace my bike.
            8. Or i should go for consumer forum for this?

              I purchase tvs victor in sep 2016 in this is troubleshooting in start problem within 4 months. So i m going to service center then he told me this was battery issue so i charge this battery, again few days same problem, again i goes to service center he told me same battery problem, after few days again same problem, lastly say from service center go to battery service center amco battery, so i was going to amco service center then he told me this battery warranty expire in feb 2016, but i purchase this bike in sep2016. So i complain in showroom but he given no of partha banerjee [protected] general manager, but this p. Banerjee is not solve my problem, this partha banerjee is not like general manager,

                Thare is null satisfaction. I broughton my bike around 10 am but the staff or service station gives preference to there known person. The behaviour of washing boy was very rude. After all i take awey my unwashed bike. It is the very bad experience for me. Time punctuality does not matter for the staff. If you know anyone thare than you serve first. I hope u will take sutable decision......

                  Not satisfied with visat, ahmedabad service centre. The service person is not reliable.
                  My scooty was in good working condition before giving it for service to stallion auto service centre and post service, suddenly it started creating problems related to break, clutch, accelerator and so on. The service provider named mr pradip whose mob no is [protected] always telling us to change one or the other part. Today surpringly he suggested to change clutch polyset and told us to pay a bill of approx 4500 which was a problem created post his first service which we already acknowledged him. Last time he changed the break shoe for the same priblem. Our feedback is that he is fooling the customers and charging unusual amount by showing that one or the other part is faulty, we feel cheated and mis-guided with tvs service. One is wastage of time and second loss of money. Please close such kind of service centres soon.                         Mud gaurd also removed thrice a week.
                        Continously sound has been listen while driving. My god grace i skipped on vehicle while driving.

                          I own a apache rtr 200 recently got it serviced from one of your service centre (Shri tvs kohe fiza bhopal), and i must add thier customer service is highly inefficient.
                          I am having an issue regarding my bike performance which they were not able to sort out, i went their twice with the same problem and yet they had no solution.
                          They even don't know ho to tighten the brakes. This foolish act of theirs is forging new negative thoughts about your company in my mind.
                          I would like you to look into this.

                            Myself adashree agarwal i bought scooty zest from shree siddhi vinayak motors, kanpur on 31/03/2017. First of all the they dint provided me service book as they say company is now not providing service book i think they must have lost my book because of that i wont be able to go for a scooty servicing from past 4 months. Moreover they gave me discharged battery when i asked to get exchange they say there is a 1 year guarantee for a battery so you only go to an exide company and ask for exchange its not our job, after listening this we went to an exide company and asked for the same there they told that our battery is already 1 year older so they wont be able to exchange moreover they are asking for service book to get a proof but here the dealer is not giving me book.
                            Now the case is that dealer is not all listening to my words i am really pissed of because of his behaviour he has no manners how to talk with a girl, and now i am not able to ride my scooty.
                            Kindly help with this please do the needful job. Hoping for a response

                              I bought a jupiter in march 2014 from kohinoor tvs, bhopalwith extended warranty, today i got problem in kick shaft and kick gear but they refuse to change it because 4th free service is lapsed by me on time.

                                My self mr. Pradip sayaji jadhav. I had purchased tvs jupiter zx (On same name as above) from ad yadgar tvs, pimpalgoan baswant, tel:-niphad, dist:-nashik. Who's main dealer is magic tvs, nashik, maharashtra. On the occasion of diwali last year oct-nov 2016 but till the today that is 24th july 2017. I didn't got my scooter rto registration number.

                                From the date i had purchased, i had many times visited to showroom and also call them lot of times asking for registration number, they always said will come in next 8 day, will come in next 15 days and always gave excuses like this and made me fooled and now it's been 8-9 month from the ate of purchasing.

                                In between these days rto had stop registration of bs | vehicles so that i went 3-4 times to the rto office, nashik for inspection at that time i came to know that the dealer changed my purchase date and make it as 31 dec 2016. Is it joke.? How they do that.? Still if fine. It's been 9 months still i didn't got my registration number. What are they doing.? If my scooter lost or theft then who will be responsible in this case.?

                                I am just fed up of this and their excuses. Now i just want to give me my scooter registration number in next 8 day else i will file case on company in consumer court.

                                  I had bought a TVS JUPITER on 31.03.17 and within a month the battery became disfunctional and since then the service centre at Adityapur, Jamshedpur doesn't have a battery to replace it.
                                  Each time they promise me that it would be resolved within a week and since then 3 months have passed. This kind of attitude from a esteemed organisation like yours is unexpected
                                  The scooter in question was bought 4 months back and I am having to kick start it from the 1st month itself. What should I be expecting after a few years.
                                  This is the 1st tym that I bought a vehicle from TVS. And I m disappointed.
                                  Please look into the matter asap so that I can consider TVS as an option next time when I am out to buy a scooter

                                        I am writing this on date 24/07/2017. Today i submitted my bike tvs sport es to om tvs authorized service centre. It is normal that a person would do service booking over the web portal provided by tvs. When i went to the service station, i was told that the booking was not there and they will service as per fifo method. Then i showed them the email confirmation. One of the member resisted to take the bike but due to the other member of tvs service centre they agreed to service. The mechanic was slower than the sloth. Just to change the chain set alone took him 2 hours. Washing is just no words. You can't determine if the bike was washed or not. You can say worst washing ever. No one seems to be interested in doing their job. If you ask the supervisor that its getting late and the job has passed the ert, they will say, 30 min more. Is this how you treat your customers? If i get a survey for this kind of service, i will give (-10) out of 10. Complaining would also not work as no one works. No audits on work. No supervisor. Lazy people. Lazy mechanics, lazy staff and lazy manager.
