Dear sir/madam
I am satyendra and my registration number is mh04hw2893 contact number is [protected]
At the time or purchase showroom guy told me average of jupiter is 55km/l on highway
After my 1st service vehicle performance and milege got poor
I hav visited the service centre 7time in 2 weeks after my 1st service
I think they dont know how to make vehicle run good and other thing they told me that the bike will not start if fuel tank is 300ml or less
And dear told me mechanic will come from tvs to check my bike in 15days but its more then 30days but no call no mechanic came
Please i want a replacement of my scooty or i want my money back
Otherwise i have to talk to my advocate to take legal action against tvs

    I have purchased tvs Jupiter dated April 2017, from y. Sapphire motors. Plot no. 135, opp. Eshwar theater, attapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500048. Delar (venkatesh [protected], manager prasad [protected]) till as on date, I have not received my vehicle registration nos. They are telling it will complete this and next week keep doing time pass. I'm a unable to Travel with invalid temporary registration document. And I paid unnecessary challans to police. Please rectify this issue, take necessary actions on dealers.

      I bought TVS Apache from Hindustan Motors (Beltola) Guwahati on 14/03/2017 my Registration fee is also paid in DTO but till date I have not received any fee deposit receipt and my registration number. I have complained many times to the dealer but the employees are not responding. they are giving date after date but its been 3 months now and I have been fed up complaining to them.

        I had bought & get delivery of tvs jupiter bike from phaltan on 30 march... But dealer give me delivery document of 1 april... Crtm of 3 april... Registration not done till date... They only says all ok go for registration but every time problem... I gone @ rto 4 times... Who is responsible for this... Take action other wise i have to take action... I will wait till 30 june...

          My bandam service done on 8th june 2017 at vanavil tvs seelanaickenpatti salem. While delivery, my scooty pep foot mat in torned condition. They have not properly answered for that torned mat. They are not bothered. Worst answer they delivered. I very much upset. I have to pay for a new mat. I have to pay for your mistakes. My scooty reg. No. Tn90 a6654. If the matter not resolved by your complaint cell, i may go further steps.

            Hi,
            I have just purchase the tvs zest on dated 30.03.2017. At the time of purchase the dealer says that the on road price (I. E. 63200) of scooter includes all accessories. And he will give me the rs. 10000 discount on on road price.
            But still he will say that rs. 63200 on road price is not including the all accessories. That means at the time of purchase he cheat with us.
            So that i am not satisfied with tvs dealer (Gadekar motors) in buldana city. And also tvs company.
            Just few day before i also sent mail to customer support but till they could n not give any feedback.

            Simply you may suite a case in consumer court / RTI Letter to dealer / company to explore the best solution without any delay. Also you have to file the all proof regarding your complaint.

                I have purchased a tvs super xl heavy duty on 03.03.2016 from showroom name - choudhuri automobiles, katwa, bardhaman, wb-713130. I have paid all money to the deler in cash. When i asked to the owner of the showroom he give me reply that he will give me the registration certificate within 15 days. It has been over near about 1year 3month.
                But still now deler did not give me the registration certificate for my bike.

                  Hi good day,
                  Here i would like to know why tvs customer care are so rude and lazy, no responses from any staff? We bought a scooty the year of 2015. Until now we are failed to get our legal purchased documents. And when we are trying to call, then no body replying i dont know they sleeping on office or cheater. We feel tired to contact with them and no one are responding well.

                      I have purchased a tvs scooty pep+ on 31.03.2017 from m/s guru gobind motors, panposh road, rourkela-769004. I paid full amount of rs/-41, 000. But company delivered the vehicle without providing seat cover, foot mate. Grip,
                      Bodyguard etc. Out of these accessories, bodyguard is still due in spite of first servicing has already been done on 25.04.2017. Dealer is not giving fruitful assurance to comply the same.

Suryansh moter hai delaer or kahta hia ki mai paper nahi dye pauga jo kerna hai ker lo ajj bike liye mujhe 6 month hoge hai bato mai kya karo. Please help me sir....

                          Sir, we have got scooty and its not even been a year now. The horn has an issue since beginning, the self start is not working properly. The battery remains low and everytime we have to kick it to start. We have been encountering some strange sounds too. It is highly unacceptable of such products from a reputed company. Please resolve it

                            We recently bought tvs Jupiter but in the paperwork's the amount which they took from us is not mentioned correctly, in the bill the amount mentioned is around 4000rs less than what we give. And when asked they do not give any satisfactory answers. They also said to provide us some extra fitting accessories for our scooty but now they refuse to give them. We request u to take some serious action against them and refund our remaining money according to the bill.

                              I have taken Jupiter no MH09 EB 3785 It's fuel gauge does not working sience few months. I have done 3 servicing instead of 5 Due to less servicing your dealer is not ready to replace it. Even he agreed that their is not any relation between fuelgauge and servicing so please issue order to him for replace it. And he say that he follow only company order

                                I bought tvs jupiter model in september 2016. Dealer binser automobile shahdara delhi has promised and assured the following.
                                1. Average fuel consumption will be 60 km/ litre.
                                2. Pick up and drop for service.
                                3. Any problem arise, we will rectify.
                                I am very sorry to inform that after 9 month used, average comes out 25- 30 km/ litre only. Three services have done, he has not given pick and drop service and every time showing some accuses.
                                I have called today for 4th service and asked him to pick up and he told that we have closed this service. Finally he asked rs 200/- for pick up.
                                I am requesting you to kindly interven and awaiting your reply.

                                  I purchased my tvs apache 160rtr on 1 may 2017 and within 8-9 days my bike got first service and from that day all problems that i faced came one by one.
                                  1. Missing petrol in running time - it is the major problem that i scare to travel with this stupid bike tvs apache 160 and i gave bike 2 times in service centre.. I don't know why this happened and people didn't able to understand and solve this.
                                  2. Self start - every time i start my bike it take too much self to start.
                                  3. Petrol expel from engine - continuously when i drive, petrol expel from bottom of the engine.
                                  4. Blast in silencer - after that blast,, bike exhaust doesn't sound appropriate..
                                  Today is 3 june 2017,, all problems are still occur and no appropriate response from tvs company.

                                    We had purchased the TVS Jupiter two wheelar from the above dealer on 17/2/17 (Friday) by paying full cash.

                                    Sale letter was given on 20/2/17.

                                    Insurance was provided on 15/3/17. (After so many requests to the above dealer).

                                    R.T.O applied on 18/3/17.

                                    Below Documents has not been given to us yet till today(6/1/2017),

                                    R.C Book

                                    Life tax Token

                                    Tools Kit

                                    Service Book

                                    Cash Invoice

                                    Please help us to get these documents ASAP.

                                    Very poor service, totally dissatisfied. Have not provided any cash bills, RC book, etc

                                    Payment is done from our side completely before 3 months, no proper response

                                      I have ordered a part plug cover of my scooty pep+ pink color from Chintan agency jam-khambhalia as well as from R-jivrajani store khodiyar colony jamnagar +[protected], +(91)-[protected] before a month ago Both the service station authority have told me that part will be available in a week as we have to order it from company as part is not available with us since last month i am visiting both the service station again and again but part is still not available and also not getting proper answer from the Employs of both the service station they have offered me a part with another color and suggest me to paint in with pink color i request to resolve my problem as soon as possible
