I purchased my tvs apache 160rtr on 1 may 2017 and within 8-9 days my bike got first service and from that day all problems that i faced came one by one.
1. Missing petrol in running time - it is the major problem that i scare to travel with this stupid bike tvs apache 160 and i gave bike 2 times in service centre.. I don't know why this happened and people didn't able to understand and solve this.
2. Self start - every time i start my bike it take too much self to start.
3. Petrol expel from engine - continuously when i drive, petrol expel from bottom of the engine.
4. Blast in silencer - after that blast,, bike exhaust doesn't sound appropriate..
Today is 3 june 2017,, all problems are still occur and no appropriate response from tvs company.

    We had purchased the TVS Jupiter two wheelar from the above dealer on 17/2/17 (Friday) by paying full cash.

    Sale letter was given on 20/2/17.

    Insurance was provided on 15/3/17. (After so many requests to the above dealer).

    R.T.O applied on 18/3/17.

    Below Documents has not been given to us yet till today(6/1/2017),

    R.C Book

    Life tax Token

    Tools Kit

    Service Book

    Cash Invoice

    Please help us to get these documents ASAP.

    Very poor service, totally dissatisfied. Have not provided any cash bills, RC book, etc

    Payment is done from our side completely before 3 months, no proper response

      I have ordered a part plug cover of my scooty pep+ pink color from Chintan agency jam-khambhalia as well as from R-jivrajani store khodiyar colony jamnagar +[protected], +(91)-[protected] before a month ago Both the service station authority have told me that part will be available in a week as we have to order it from company as part is not available with us since last month i am visiting both the service station again and again but part is still not available and also not getting proper answer from the Employs of both the service station they have offered me a part with another color and suggest me to paint in with pink color i request to resolve my problem as soon as possible

        I have purchased TVS jupiter on 28th Oct'16.

        Along with so many issue I am continuously facing excess sound issue and the Scooty is not taking load.

        It is just 6 month old but still doesn't take load with 2 people sitting on that.

        I have received a feedback call today regarding the service which has been conducted by your service center which is in Anand Parbat, when I have shared my issues the Girl Neeza (girl who called) was so rude and illiterate.

        In my group we have 7 Jupiter, but now I strongly recommend people to non choose Jupiter as their scooty.

        I will convey the same thing everywhere so that you guys can understand the value of customer services.

        Choosing Mr. Amitabh Bachhan as your brand ambassador will not be enough.

          Hello sir/ma'am

          As i'm existing customer of tvs from past 3-4 years. Not only this i'm running a non-profit group which consists of 5 colleague's of mine or you can say best friend's of mine. We all have apache rtr 160 (I[censored] want i'll provide u registration details).
          The issue is here authorised dealer is shanti motors which at the time of selling vehicle gives you a lot of calls from there executive for purchasing vehicle and what all tacts they can use to sell there vehicle.
          As a proud owner of apache or i can say proud owner for only this particular machine not for your servicing maintenance and the way you executives at workshop behaves or makes a proud owner guilty by saying some taunts and unmotivational speech.
          As on 29th may i have given my vehicle for service in workshop why because of you executives call and her incist for giving a try to there servicing team to cope up with our satisfaction level as most of the apache owners right here in bikaner i have seen gets there vihicle service from tvs workshop till 2nd or 3rd paid service after that they all also have clear view of the quality of servicing done by so called apache experts which are made by you as they are wearing uniform at the back there is written apache expert.
          So after 2nd 3rd paid service we have a mechanic "prakash" which is situated in local market and he himself alone is serving near about 25-30 apache who are fixed customers and other all bikes he services.
          So after many incist of poornima ma'am i decided to give a last chance to workshop team and gave my bike.
          So as i visited there and directly called poornima ma'am that i'm right outside workshop she camed and one of the mechanic "prem" who was seeing bike was there.
          Then the job card was filling and i was telling issues that are effecting then at last i told them 1 thing which was a major issue and still not resolved from past 1 to 1 nd half year of noise coming from rear side of bike.
          Then prem mechanic took my bike for a testdrive. Then he came back and said haan haan theek hai samjh gya sab krwa dunga tension he mat lo badhiya hogi gaadi..
          I was ok at that time and poornima also told me ok sir thanks for your support is baar aapko koi shikayat nhi hogi.
          And i pushed off and at the time when i came for delivery of my bike it was getting polished then poornima also camed i told her ma'am first of all i'll take testdrive if everything will be alright as per promised then only i will agree to close my job card she said alright i took my bike for a testdrive and as i started riding i was feeling something very distrustful and when i took it on the road it was going towards one side and handle got very stiff and it was clear its a bend then i checked issues which i told them to resolve:
          1) which is of noise coming from back side it was also there not at all worked done to decrease it. It was same as before.
          2) gear shifting problem was there it was also same as it is.
          And after this i was so angry and frustrated i took back my bike to workshop and then i simply asked ma'am what work you have done i have not given my bike to spoil it damage it some bend kinda thing is there it was not in the morning when i have given my bike.
          At that time prem mechanic was passing by us i asked what you have serviced given a bend handle got stiffed he said arey aise kaise bend aa gya yaar i said chalo aap testdrive par i tooked him i was sitting behind him and he then agreed yes bend is there i asked him so how come it happened it was not there in morning and till today i have never ever visited mechanic for a bend work for my bike in my life till date.
          He said khadi khadi me thodi bend aa gya pehle se hoga ye. He was not at all accepting or trying to clarify the issue he clearly said it is not his fault.
          So what happened when in morning he tooked my bike for a testdrive when he came back told me yes everything will be resolve this and that what happened that time??
          He didn't told for bend if it was there before service??
          Poornima was also standing there in morning i asked her then she was like sir kar dete hain kch aap btao ab kya kren aap dekh lo check mrwa lo bend niklwa lo.
          This means she's also agreeing that in morning it was not there but directly she's not saying.
          After this the misbehaviour of prem
          He said me infront of whole staff executives other people in workshop arey yaar kyu dimaag khaata hai teri aadat hai har baar service krwa k kami nikalne ki or fir jaan khane ki kyu time khoti krta hai.
          What the hell???
          A mechanic is talking like thus with a customer??
          If i'm a bike enthusiast yes i will raise my voice if any single issue will going to arise and i'm not getting that work done it in free i'm paying for it yes i will ask if sumthing is not right..
          It is my right to ask (Accrd. To law) if i'm paying for some service.
          Then i without seeing anything walked straight to owner of the showroom workshop "sachin" sir and told him my issue he called manager of his workshop and prem mechanic for the issue and then same infront of owner he said me same thing which he said infront of all in workshop.
          At that moment i simply said them to clear my dues and i paid wat all was there.
          Many other things are there i can't describe it by writing all the stuff i have also a recording of having a word with sachin sir regarding this issue..
          I feel privileged that i aaryan ahuja who was suggesting and telling people the worth of buying this machine till date was given such a golden respect with lovely words and giving a bend in my bike handle why i don't know and the main thing what i'm a customer how can i prove that bend was not there before.
          I'm seriously saying i will not at all recommend any single person for going for tvs its a major trap they simply sells there machine and at the time of maintainance gives customer more issues in there bike so that they get more opportunities to rob customers by simply showing new problems in there bike with such a great insult.
          I'm giving you a challenge the decrease in sales you will face in this bikaner district.

            I reported my bike tvs apache 200 on 29/05/2017 for second service and i intro some complaints abt late start... Bt still the complaint is not solved... And also i fill petrol 5-6 ltrs wen i get my bike there only 1 ltr of petrol... The worst service i get.

              Hello Team,
              Just now I came to show room (Multibrand-Mumbai-Oshiwara, Goregaon-west) to take my TVS Apache 200-Matte Black. It's found that right side sticker on petrol tank is missing, which you can see in the attached photo, as well the other one is about to detach.The dealer said the sticker is missed out during transit.
              You can see in the picture, the high speed is 92..in 0.9 Km..which was quite unexpected.
              Tool box as well as first aid kit is missing too..

              Within 2 days of driving, I found my Tyre is Punctured, which cost me Rs.3000 for replacing, as the company says it doesn't come under warranty.
              I want it should be done freely from TVS.

              Is this the way you provide service to your valuable customer??? We save our money and invest to fulfill our dreams.. if you people are going to provide such kind of service, then you people are loosing your valuable customer.

                For my apache 160 rtr.. I m going for 5 th service.. Nd i introduced other problems just like head light setting, oil leakage... But problem are not solve after 9 days also... I m going daily showroom for bike problem... But problem are not solve.. I m not satisfied for the service.. Nd i m not recommend my any relative or my friends to buy a any tvs bike.. Beacause lack off service..

                Priyanka tvs from panvel are not doing proper vehicle servicing. They are looting people. They are not resolving the problems of vehicle, instead they are creating problem to vehicle. They are waisting time of customers. I have been there for my vehicle servicing always but still my problem is not resolved.

                  I buy jupiter this march 2017 at hoshiarpur (Punjab). First 500kms drive is very smooth after first service the engine noice is very loudly. I going service center to check engine noice they said after 200 kms or 300 kms the noice going automatically. I going 3 to 4 time now but they can't fix the problem. Very bad service.

                    I bought tvs jupiter 2 months back just 1000 kms driven now i find back wheel problem. My tubless tyre got punctured recently after fixing the problem within hours of times the air went out once again when i checked the air was going out slowly from the complete edges of the rim the tyre man told the tyre product is defective. Contacted the service center no response. Please do let me know whether company will take incharge in replacing the defective tubless tyre. Just only one free service the scooter has under gone.                         I have done servicing of my TVS jupiter MH31 EL 5847 at dealer AK Gandhi, It is observed that the staff of servicing has replaced various parts, which is not required and charged Rs. 3700/-.
                        Also he misguided me regarding problems of Engine and asked me to repair engine in next service.
                        But it is observed that there is no problem of engine and same confirmed from other service staff.
                        I want u to take strict action against service staff and adjust my excess payment in next servicing bill.

                          I bought a new TVS Jupiter scooter in Jun'16. First it developed ache in my left hand elbow, which further identified as "Tennis Elbow" by an orthopedic surgeon. He treated it with medicine and injection and asked me to stop the scooter driving for 2 months. After that I recovered from "Tennis Elbow".

                          The "Tennis Elbow" pain started once again this month for both the elbows. This is some ergonomic issue in brake handling mechanism.br...

                          Your authorised service center(FAST BYKES TVS) has certified that the rear MAG WHEEL/DRUM Break is been week and need to be changed.

                          when I requested to claim warranty for the replacement as my vehicle is only 9 months old. The Executives at this service Center denied stating that DRUM Break is not covered under warranty,

                          However as mentioned in the Extended warranty Card for 5 Years. there is a replacement for Drum brake in Point no.12.

                          Also the limitations in the service booklet(Pg 44, 45) does not state that drum brake is exempted from warranty claim.

                          all necessary documents and vehicle spare photos are attached for reference.

                          it has been since 2 months in following up, nobody has a courtesy to rectify.

                          I am really disappointed, and lost hopes on TVS Brand. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                            Is hold by chodary tvs motor गुडगाँव haryana. Because a 1 part is not अवलब for tvs agency all गुर्गौण and delhi.
                            My bike hold a 1 manth. Service manejar is
                            Ronge. Manejar tock a bike next day is readdy. But next day is same promise.
                            Request hai ki meri bike jald se jald readdy krwa di jaye.

                              I brought TVS Apache 160 from TVS R. Jivrajani jamnagar gujarat on 14 october 2016. I have given this bike for 4 services till now but none of the service was done properly, none of my problems had been corrected. They just polish my bike and return as such. Mileage of my bike is also very less. Before buying the bike they told mileage will be nearby 45 to 50 in city but it giving below 35 . I request to listen to my problem and get them corrected as early as possible

                                I bought a TVS victor from sathyaa motors, Tambaram sanatorium, ch- 47.

                                Initially I booked TVS victor deep sky blue, they called 2 days later and told that they have registerd victor silver red, however RC copy and insurance copy are with name TVS victor blue. I have done first service in kothari TVS pammal, record shows with engine no. EFIAHI961145 and Chasis no. M0625MFIXHIA59043 is blue and not silver black.

                                I need clarification . I want my blue colour which was changed by sathyaa motors sanitorium showroom

                                  I have Purchased TVS Jupiter on 02 May 2017. While making Purchase I was told that all parts necessary for the vehicle are available. When I made the payment (Including that of Ladies foot rest), the dealer said that the Ladies Foot rest is not available right now and it will be available in 2 or 3 days. Every week I go to the shop for query and they keep on saying the same thing, "It is on transit and will be available within 1 or 2 days".
                                  Jupiter is one of the most selling vehicles of TVS, so availability of spares and accessories should not be a problem.
                                  But it seems they are only interested in calling customers and asking them when are they buying the vehicles.
                                  For them after sales service is not important at all. Addressing to the problems of customers becomes not so important after they sold the vehicles.

                                      Sir, I have a TVs star city bike. Today I have 70 rupees fule in my bike. but does not confirmed.petrol pump man are cheating. So you have put a indicator which show right petrol volume in bike.
                                      Pls sir setup a indicator in TVS bike. Every pump man Tell me your bike is give down averaged.
                                      Every man want this indicator which see the fule volume right time.
