Dear sir / madam,

I have purchases new tvs jupiter on 09.01.2017 from authorised tvs dealer as following

Sabharwal tvs
Showroom at a-43, main kanjhawla road,
Budh vihar delhi-110086

Now i am facing problem

1) i have face missing problem more than 10 times from the date of purchases

2) i have made 2 service from tvs authorised service station and 3 times i have gone for complaint about missing and petrol consumption is 20 km per liter

Today i have fill petrol of rs. 200/- and ride only 25 km and now petrol meter shows empty

I have very depressed is their any manufacturing default i also complaint to the authorised service dealer that please solve this fault.

So please help me where can i go and resolve the said fault only 4 months and 4100km my tvs jupiter missing and heavy petrol consumption from its staring and no one help me

    I have purchased the apache rtr200 from bm auto dehradun and they have given the piece meant for test drive. Snice the very next day the problems start arising. Such as loose chain set, gear sensor malfunctioning, etc. In last one month I hv visited 5 times and still the problems are not resolved. Even they are not taking my problems seriously.and not forwarding it to the company.

        I've booked my TVS Apache RTR 200 4v in Matte Black color BS4 variant with the mentioned dealer on 06-Mar-2017 and got the delivery on 11-Mar-2017. I've paid an initial payment of Rs. 47, 000/- to this dealer & the remaining amount of Rs. 63, 000/- has been paid via obtaining a two-wheeler loan from Capital First at an interest rate of 11.50% with 2 advanced EMI's paid Rs. 5, 326/-. Note that the loan tenure is 36 months starting 05-APR-2017 and ends on 05-JAN-2020 for which the EMI is Rs. 2, 663/- and will be debited from my bank account on the 05th of every month. By now, it is more than 2 months from the day the bike was delivered & I've paid 2 EMI's (Apr '17 & May '17) as well but the bike hasn't got registered due to which I'm unable to ride my bike outside the Urapakkam area. Note that I've already given the bike back to the mentioned dealer on 08-May-2017. Need a full refund of Rs. 47, 000 which I've paid as down payment along with settlement for loan closure amounting to Rs. 85, 000 so in total I would like a refund from TVS for Rs. 1, 32, 000.00/-

          I have given my tvs jupiter for services time to time but they never fill water in battery. After services my self-start not working. When i showed my juipter battery there water is empty in battery. Its tvs service center duty to fill battery water in battery. Who is responsible if my tvs jupiter battery is damage. Every serices i given money for services whatever they told for service like oil change, etc. Also i told them to fit new liner break in both tire but they never changed and they charge me for new liner break.

            I have purchase a bike Apache RTR 200 three months ago, I have already complained for the alignment wrongly i.e. left or right turn while driving from purchase the bike and also complained to service center but they not resolved the same. Last five days before the same problem solved by tv service center but now the same problem face.
            Please solved the same immediately.

              I have purchased tvs victor on 20.10.2016. The servicing was due on 20.4.2016 due work pressure i went 20 days late. The vehicle has run only 4900kms. Please advise. This much strictness is uncalled for, when vehicle has run fewer kms. I am not happy about this.

                I have serviced my bike in tara tvs sewla, agra on dated 13/02/2017 in which the major problem was engine oil leakage in bike. I have comes several times but problem not resolved. At last, they again serviced my bike and demanding full money while the problem remain the same. My bike is not repaired and manager and honour us asking to deposit full money. Now they are using rude language like "paisa to dena hi padega change bike say i hui ya nahi". If i was hurted in future, the manager and honour of service centre will be responsible for any type of hazardious to me.

                I have serviced my bike in Tara tvs sewla Agra in month of February.major problem was engine oil leakage.I have visited 4 more times in service centre but not got the repaired my bike.now on dated 16 May 2017, I became again to take my bike and they people serviced my bike but leakage not repaired still and asking for more money.when I refused to give money, the insulted highly to me .please help me to take bike from service centre.

                  This is to bring to your notice that i had bought a new rtr 160, from shaw distrinbutor, kailash nagar, gt road, bandel, west bengal on 19/03/2017. It has been 1 month 20 days of delivery, but till now dealer is unable to provide me the papers for registration of vehicle till the date of writing this mail. The behavior of employees are not good.
                  O i think company should take some appropriate action to keep up the name of tvs.

                    Worst experience with tvs apache 200v

                    I am a new customer of tvs family, i purchased apache 200 bike on 21st jan 2017, since i purchased, the bike is having continuous problems in engine and also from one month i am not able to use it, it's in the service center. There are various problems coming in the engine with the lots of noises.
                    Earlier, they (Service center) have given me bike after changing some parts on engine yesterday but...

                    I was facing acceleration issue in my tvs apache 160 rtr. I did all engine work and other part replacment suggested by service centre at vashi (Shree sai tvs). Every month i am doing servicing of my bike. I spend around 15000 thousand in 2 months but still they are not able to resolve issue. For same issue last month around 3 weeks my bike is service centre. Again after all work again i am facing same issue.in 2 months i have spent amont which more than re sell value. Very bad experience.

                      Tvs motors Sai baba Hinjewadi, Pune did fraud to us. We were intentionally sold jupiter standard (Mat blue) at the cost of Jupiter Zx. We were under impression that we have purchased Jupiter ZX model. However after few days fortunately we realised that the model given to us is standard not ZX since vehicle doesn't have zx written on it.

                      We went to tvs motors pimpri showroom to confirm the cost of mat blue jupiter. Sales associate over there clearly mentioned that now mat blue Jupiter comes only in standard model & not in ZX. The price he mentioned was definitely less in thousands what we paid for the same vehicle.

                      With this information we went to Sai baba tvs at hinjewadi pune, requested them to refund the extra amount they took from us. Unfortunately they (Manoj & Hina) denied to accept their fault & ended with debate. The manager Manoj misbehaved & asked us to come after 1st april then only he would help us to get the refund.

                      We followed the date provided by him & went in April. It's been more than 20 times we are regularly going to them & following up but till date we didn't get our refund back. Vehicle chases number clearly states that vehicle is jupiter standard & not ZX as one person from their financial team checked it on tvs website inventory.

                      Now the manager & sales person Hina are telling that company is not ready to provide the refund as all the monetary things have been completed for the last financial year.

                      We told them that it is not our fault. We had brought this issue in notice in March itself but it was not at all entertained by the manager Manoj because of which we had to file a complaint as well since his behaviour was very very very rude to us & this behaviour was repeated again and again each time we requested to give our money back. Inspite of requesting them so many times we got nothing of out it.

                      A week ago manager Manoj provided a check of 1k from his salary after lot many debates.
                      He also mentioned the remaining amount has to be paid by Hina as the vehicle was sold wrongly by her.

                      Hina simply refused to refund the amount. Both manager & Hina are playing game with us. Hina lied on our face many times and in front of her manager she has a different face. She has been awarded as sales associate for the month. I want to highlight there are many customers like me who are not at all happy with customer service provided by sai baba tvs.

                      I would request to take this up & help us to get justice. As tvs name is getting spoiled because of such associations with the company.

                      Yes these people are cheating the customers and spoiling the brand name of TVS.. and customer service is also not good as complain against them is done 2 months prior.. but no action has been taken..

                        I hv purchaded TVS Jupiter ZX DISC on 12/05/2017 from S K jain Motor Company Rohtak haryana.They give me bill of rs-55593/- +1975/- + 350/-(57918/-) and snatched 59400/- from me. although company give mobile charger with jupiter zx disc model but they are not giving it to coustermer.

                          I bought a new tvs victor from your authorized dealer named k. B. Singh auto sales & service, bhitaria, barabanki on 08.05.2017.

                          I have paid all the outstanding amount in cash to dealer for bike registration and zero dep insurance. But till now i have not got the insurance of the bike.

                          From 08.05.2017 i am driving the bike without insurance. Any miss happening will be done with me or bike in future than your company and dealer will be responsible for that.

                          Apart from this i want to tell you one more thing that, i am contacting to dealer at around 200 (Two hundred) times on daily basis but the response from their side is zero. Due to this i am thinking to lodge an fir against the tvs motors for the mental, physical and financial harassment of the undersigned.

                          Please look into the matter on priority to resolve the matter as per your well reputed standard.

                              I went to oceanic tvs service center on 13 th may morning 9.30 to give my two wheeler bike for service purpose and handed over with a token number as per that I waited for more than an hour. In between one lady came having token number after me and got the service evaluation immidiately by the manager, named, Darshan. And on asking why he has done that, he replied, because she was a lady.

                              It is really surprising and disappointing to me as a customer.

                              I request you to take necessary action to avoid such scenario in Future.

                                  I have purchased tvs victor 110 es on 3rd march it has been only 2 months and weird noise coming from engine with tappet noise. When i asked the service center mechanic he said the camshaft need to replaced and the spares are not available. How can a brand new vehicle require camshaft replacement in only two months? And if it is normal then why the spares are not available as it has been 1 month i have serviced my bike and the problem has occured but still the spares are not available... I just cant understand that how can a brand new vehicle needs a camshaft replacement in only 2 months of its purchase? Just replace the vehicle or the engine or if the camshaft replacement is normal by your view then do replace it as soon as possible...

                                    On APR 22 2017 in my name (VIGNESH R S) with the following dealer using FULL CASH Mode.

                                    I am sorry to say that i am totally disappointed with the dealer, after i have given my money they are not responding back and they were supposed to deliver the Jupiter by 28-APR-2017 with Registration, but still they have not.

                                    It has been more than 20 days and i have been fighting with them to get my scooter.

                                    I have regretted that i have booked the TVS Jupiter, i should have bought something else in the first place.

                                    TVS Customer Care is really worst, Nobody gives a damn about customer.

                                    I have lodged my complaints 2 times to the following mail Ids
