Dear Sir/Mam,

I have purchase Tvs Starcity Plus(Bs4) Bike in Last month all process complete But registration process has been pending after a month so please tell me the reason for my bike registration processes not done if any query in process/Document then i will fulfill them.

I bought TVS Jupiter from OCEANIC TVS MOTORS, Ahmedabad(dealer code 10066).Its been less than an year (it has run less than 5000km) and I am having jumpers problem.This is WORST CASE FOR COMPANY that WITHIN AN YEAR JUMPERS gets worn out. TVS COMPANY should take this problem very seriously and get back to me with good replacement option.
When I gave it to service center before 20 days they said that we dont have jumpers at present...

Amount of 30000/- has been deducted from my account on 03.04.2017 from my account no. [protected], name- vishvendra singh, card no.- [protected], i have already complained at nearly axis branch, but till now i have not got refund my amount. On further investigation my amount of 300000/- has been put on Lean.so please treat this matter urgent because i have been already wait for 22 days....

My self kaval Tyagi I have Apache Rtr 160 (up 15 AV 6102) yesterday(24/04/17) I went to sharda Meerut TVs service centre for my bike service I have a first number I told them in last Service Gk service centre padpad ganj new Delhi they fill 5000 km one engine oil so no need to replace the oil they told me sir we can't service your bike without engine oil then I show them the last bills so they told me we give your oil in bottle...

here is only one agency of TVS motor and lot of Issue getting during service and other maintenance, even the charge of service is full pay to agency.
the above issue many time communicated to owner of agency but he do not work on that.

Hi, I have booked TVS Jupiter on 31.03.2017 and paid full cash. At first they made a call to collect the bike on April 8th. Due to some delay they have confirmed to deliver the bike with full registration by April 11th. Still now I did not receive my bike and there is no proper response. Customer service is also poor in Laxmi TVS show room. Kindly check with them and provide a correct update. Thank you.

We were given the given the discount coupons for 500 rs at the time of one year completion valid for 2yrs, when try to use that discount coupons and used to spares and labour charges, giving us official for full amount and no bill for discounted price, but they are charging the service tax for full amount. I have purchased a brand new tvs jupiter on feb 2017. The bike have run 1800kms. The problem with the jupiter is that when ever i throttle hard or accelerate hard the engine slowly looses power and comes to halt after 5 mins of high power ride and the engine also gets over heat with just 5 mins of riding. The under seat stirage also gets too hot.

Hi wilbur gonsalves visited siddhivinayak motors goregaon west, to buy jupiter however i was being sold a 2014 tvs apache where later i decline to take it and ask for my booking amount of rs2000/- back however i have been decline and when i ask for jupiter again he raised the price to rs67000/-

I request you to ask them to refund my money back.

The reason behind complaint was that the product which I buy was not up to mark and having several issues on it I just bought a bike last day and having the problems which I mentioned at that time also but they told to do changes in bike if I buy a new one so why should I need to change parts as they already change the carbonator of the bike further i[censored] need snaps I provide that too....

I have purchased tvs apache 200 cc from siddhivinayak dealer, wagholi, pune dated feb 16th feb 2017 till as of now have not received my my vehicle registration nos. Dealer mr. I am from qadian,, distt gurdaspur, tehsil batala, punjab.
My complaint is tvs bike website on road price and showroom price is not tha same.
Example: tvs star sport electric start mag on road price in website 49244/-. But i ask the price bhagvati autos in batala they said 54000/- on road price.
Website and showroom price between difrent=4756/-
My quition is why is the difrent....
