Sir maine tvs apache rtr 160 2v purchase kiya hai. Bt ye bike chalate samay automatic band ho ja rahi hai. Aur aisa bahut hi jyada ho raha hai. Din bhar me kam ses kam 20 - 30 ye problem face karna par raha hai. Is bare me maine apne service center me bhi kai bar bat kar chuka hoon bt unse bhi ye problem theek nahi ho pa rahi hai. Maine kareeb 11 months pehle ye bike purchase ki hai aur suru se hi ye problem aa rahi hai. Kareeb 5 se 6 bar service center walo ne kosish ki bt theek nahi ho pai hai. Aur koi sahi answer bhi nahi de rahi hai.

    My TVs Icube met with an accident so I gave my bike for ther services, to change the parts since it's a new model they informed us they informed us that it will take time upto 20days ..
    It's been 60 days still it's not resolved.
    We have called the Chennai branch for the ordered parts they are saying that they have sent the parts prior 20days .yuvan showroom got the parts but still they are saying didn't received because they didn't checked the stocks they got ..it's been a week after they accepted for the parts received still they didn't handover the bike to us .still saying we are working the same song .no response and no servy..they are not doing for the sake of the free of cost we are paying for it still they didn't service is not done .you can enquire like TVS Icube red vehicle accident case.

        With due regret I state that it's been more than 5 months since i bought the tvs ntorq race edition from Golden Motors TVS Showroom, Karimganj, Assam. I cleared all my dues paid in cash but still they are unable to provide me with my RC and Number Plate. I enquired them about the same, but they are unable to provide me with any assistance for relief. So, I hereby submit my complaint against the aforementioned showroom, as I am facing unnecessary inconvenience. I would be grateful if you kindly look into this matter.

            Sir,
            With due regards and humble submission, I regret to state that 2 days ago 9/10/22 I have submitted my motor bike on vinayak dealer for servicing.
            They have told that corbolator got damage and asked Rs 13, 000 for that part for repairing but I have refused to pay and asked to exchange the part as my servicing is clear and upto date.
            But the communication of their staff is not good and they have kept the motor bike under their custody and refuse to return.
            While calling to TVS customer care on [protected], Md ishaq has received the call and refused to note my complaint which seems to be worst service provided by them as I request 2 -3 for filling the complaint but he refused and stay that " for taking your motorbike back you have to pay money as all your body parts is opened "
            Note : it is very strange to know that while talking with me Md Ishak has full and detailed information about my grievance .
            Sitting from karnataka, Md ishak has full information that spare parts is not available in Assam at Nagaon district and dealer has not properly communicated with me.
            Something very strange I found while consulting with Md Ishak, TVS service holder.

            I request to kindly solve the issues as soon as possible

                I have booked and paid the full payment for TVS Jupiter 125CC on dated 02/10/2022, Registered Mobile Number [protected] Dealer ( TVS FLAGSHIP KORAMANGALA) has committed that I will receive the vehicle in 3 to 5 working days today is 11/10/2022 till now I am only getting the commitments 2moro we will give but till now I didn't get the vehicle, dealer is ready to refund the amount Ops Manager Mr. Gopal.

                Is this kind of service what The company gives being reputed brand like TVS i am really fed up now I will be in soop loosing the card charges and RTO charges which is paid.

                I have done a big mistake to choose the TVS which is my fault when the company itself has no worries to loos the clients.

                I will definitely suggest tweet to all my FB/Twitter/Instagram friends not to go with TVS at any cost which even they don't mind to loose the client.

                  This is an urgent plea to address my issue as a genuine customer of TVS Motor company.

                  I am an owner of your company's product named TVS Jupiter and I have been facing a very big problem since the time I purchased this product i.e. in 2018.

                  The main issue which still lingers on in my scooter is stopping in due course of normal running and not switching on till a very long time.Everytime, I had to take my scooter to service centre for resolving this issue but everytime they just repaired the issue and I went back with no permanent solution after every free maintenance service.I used to complaint to TVS customer care regularly about this issue and what they used to do is that inform my nearest service centre about the issue so that they can send a mechanic to resolve the issue.

                  This problem still persists in my scooter since last 4 years continuously and I have tried each n every way to reach out to your service centre but no one there could resolve the issue in my scooter.I am utterly disappointed by your company's product and I think I should not recommend this product to any of my friends and family because after being humiliated so many times, my issue is still not resolved and your company never took my issue seriously.

                  I think there is a manufacturing defect in my scooter which your service mechanics could not identify and I am still suffering from this issue.It maybe a small problem for you and your company but its a big issue for a Indian customer who has invested his hard earned money on a vehicle to use for a longer period of his life but what he can do if the company doesn't deliver the satisfaction which he expects.

                  I have lost the believe in your company and I tried many ways to reach your company's top most officials but I couldn't reach them and after some failed efforts, in the end I am requesting you to please address my issue and give me a proper solution to this problem.

                  I would mention that I encountered an issue like this in my Godrej mattresses, and I talked with the CEO of Godrej company Mr.Anil Mathur and he took my issue very seriously and I appreciated his will to take customer satisfaction as the topmost priority and he even got my mattresses replaced completely.

                  I hope I will get a solution from your side for my problem and I think you will consider my issue as a genuine customer problem.I think that this is the right way to reach out to your company and I believe that you will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                    I have call to Manan Sir Work Shop Manager As per guidance I have Shared him all 4 side photo (23 April 22)
                    Manan sir mgs me: (Only one part not available I will put the order when i will receive the part I will update you)
                    After few days I have follow up on Whats app (05 May 2022) Manan sir msg me put your vehice in next week
                    Then after I have call Nitish for Update to put my Vehicle in Show room they told me sir still part not available
                    Many time I have call to Nitish but Still parts not availbale (the delay was from Show room)
                    I have put my vehicles in June Month after confirmation for parts availability
                    After put the vehicles in Show Room for Insurance Process
                    15 day past but they don’t calim for process I have visit the show room & take the Insurance Company Contact no
                    & I have Claim my Insurance (MOT[protected]
                    After few days call from Show room they told me you have to pay 2500rs charges
                    I have asked him for My Insurance Policy regarding if is my zero dept policy then how you charge me
                    They provide me Surveyor no & I have call him for charges they told me for late intimation charges
                    I have taken my vehicles back to home (16 july 2022)

                    I WANT TO KNOW HOW COULD I GET MY VEHICLE REPAIRED

                    IN THIS CASE I HAVE SEEN TOTALLY DELAY HAS DONE BY SHOW ROOM

                      Hi, This is regarding the bill amount that the service centre charged me for barke part replacement. The advisor Mr.Rahul told me that 450 rupee service charge will be applicable with part cost of 1289 and a labour charge of 350/- when I escalated this issue they change the 450 charges to labour charge..So I paid a 800 charge for labour without GST...For a part replacement of 1300 which is ridiculous...when I asked them about it they were a little rude towards me...
                      As a customer this is not a small thing & I hope this gets resolved soon.

                          I had purchased a Apache RTR 4V before 6 months ago.and after that usually normal using after 1st servicing, many issue occurring in chain noise.and after completing 2 servicing that issue continuously increasing.
                          i have tried many times to resolve my issue with contacting manager, supervisor, and mechanic but also still my issue is not resolved.
                          also not getting proper and satisfying answer from manager and whole team of Sidheshwar TVS Showroom Dhule.
                          Very bad experience fr tvs showroom Dhule.

                            This is with regard to the TVS JUPITER ZX - Smart connect which was purchased by me from your TVS authorized showroom Prakruthi Mobikes (Deepanjali nagar), Bangalore on 5th August, 2022. (Registered on 9th August, 2022) Please find the vehicle identification details below:

                            Chassis No: MD626CG50N1E19621
                            Engine Number: EG5EN1906107
                            Registration Number: KA02 KP 3310

                            The issue which was started after the first service which was done by the same service center where the vehicle was purchased, the service was done 02/09/2022 just before the one month of purchase when the vehicle was crossed just 450 km. As there was a noise on the engine and low pick up, I visited the service station many times after the service, but they are saying run for a few days and it has been repaired, however, the problems mentioned below are not yet solved.
                            The issues with the vehicle are below:-
                            1. Low Pick up - Please find the attached video for your perusal. Unable to cross 40 km speed with power mode in normal road
                            2. Engine and Tappet noise
                            3. Cold Start engine cut off - vehicle will stop automatically while driving and unable to start for a couple of minutes
                            4. Alignment of the vehicle is wrong - Please find the attached image for your perusal (Wrong Alignment body of the vehicle and Tyre)
                            5. Low Mileage - Brand New Vehicle is giving 34 mileage with Tank full mileage test.

                            With all the above problems, i have contacted the Prakruthi Mobikes service station, however, they are unable to identify the problem and moreover to check the issue, the entire service station does not have Tab (instrument) and they are able to get it after 3 to 4 days of time. even then they are unable to identify the issue and they have a lack of trained mechanics as well. Hence, it made me look into the different TVS authorised service station.

                            Then I contacted PRN TVS in Chamarajpet, Bangalore on 23rd September, since then and even today they are trying to identify the issues and they also contacted TVS Technical officer who is based in Hosur to identify the issue. However, after more than 15 days still the vehicle is in the same service station to identify the issues mentioned above. They have changed the injector, torte body and many other things which was suggested by the TVS Technical officer, however, even today the above issues have not been resolved.

                                My bike had ran 46000 kms and heavy sound coming from engine and performance was totally dropped .I had left bike on showroom for 2days and no results...The condition of bike engine is getting worse

                                      I purchase TVS SPORT ELS bike on dhanteras but the vehicle battery get darined in 6 months. when i go to authorise service centre RATHORE & SONS and contact to service adviser Mr. Raghav Dixit and tell him about the all problem which my vehicle have. He didn't give me a satisfactory reply nor changes my vehicle battery.

                                        I am from faridabad (sanjay colony sector 23, sohna road). I want to purchase raider 125, but dealers are selling it at high prices to avoid waiting period, and when asked about purchasing in genuine way with waiting period, then they are refusing to sell.
                                        We are forced to purchase the bike through black market at price of 114000 INR.
