After my tvs ntorq came out from service centre it is showing starting problem.when I told this to the service center they have not been able to give a proper explanation yet even though the vehicle hasnt been fixed till now on it is showing complaint again.

    Dear Sir, my bike which was repo, whose registration no is UP84W8502 loan anuvadh no UP3064TW0017372, it is not being released, the rest of the money of the company whose notice was sent by you, deposited that much money, it has been one month here area manager Rahul Pandey is not giving any satisfactory answer, now you yourself tell me that I should take legal action. For a month I am being harassed mentally, physically and financially.

      I purchased Scooty pep plus before four months. From the beginning itself it seems starting problem they complete 2 services. I already told them it gives nose. Now it comes very loud noise. I informed them. And they had taken scooty one week before. I don't have trust with them whether they change new part or old one. We are very disappointed with our Indian company.

        I'm vivek from Chennai, on 11.03. 2022 went to Arasu tvs to book TVS Rider but they are informed me, It will take 60 days to delivery the vehicle so I was agreed and paid booking amount Rs. 500  which is demanded by Arasutvs, Porur  and after 30 days asked to Mr. Pushpa Raj ( Sales Person) about vehicle update he was informed me this month end I will get the vehicle so I was asked shall I pay in online because of no cost Emi...

        I, Vikash Hareshwar Patil, 47 years, have purchased a new bike on 02.12.2018 for full cash/cheque payment, from M/s. Aarohi Motors (Alias M/s. Siddhi Vinayak Motors) Shirdi Nagar, Navghar Road, Owner Mr. Abhishek Tambe, Mobile. No.[protected], Resident in Indralok Phase II, Indra Gurukul Bldg., Every time asked for registration, he gave an excuse of 15-30 days every time. Now he has shut down the shop also. Now he makes excuses for M/s. Ananya Motors, that he had paid registration fees to him. These years I have received some papers from M/s. Abhishek Auto World in June 2020, registration will be done with this paper. Now, I’m not sure that the paper given may be forged, please check/verify. After Daily follow-ups till date no registration for more than 10 cases like me with him.

        Please guide for the same.

                In 2017 I sold my vehicle with number MH 14 AW 4866 to a lady without proper documentation.
                She told me that she’ll change the ownership of the vehicle as soon as possible.
                Recently I have been receiving all the challan messages and mails from Pune district legal services authority, Pune .
                Kindly look into this problem.

                  The bike TVS torq XT has no proper pickup and the handles are locked and not able to move no person is coming to check the bike, the warranty is not useful here. No response from the dealer. the glove box is not provided.

                    I have been claimed my bike parts in tvs motors and the service very poor my parts are not coming more than 3 months and also whenever i go to workshop they say that part will come under 5days - 10 days
                    And my bike insurance claimed part timeline also gone of 80 days and they are still saying that part will come under 5 to 10 days . Please take serious action .

                      I'm vivek from Chennai, booked TVs rider bike on 16.04.2022 with full ex showroom price 93777 Rs. Because of no cost emi option But almost 4 months gone bike no stock from dealer but on 07.07.2022 I got call from dealer your bike is available but payment confirmation is pending from TVs head office. Wow so raised complaint to TVs and got TVS_Gr_[protected] almost 4 months paying emi without vehicle.. they are cheater is no transperant and never take action on time I don't in which decades I will get my bike

Wow so I raised a complaint to a TVS customer and got TVS_Gr_[protected] ( This is the 5th complaint number) TVS only generates n.. no. of complaints but never solved Almost 5 months paying Emi without a vehicle.. They are cheaters, there is no transparency and never. Dealers end there is no support but they will raise the purchase order to TVS. They will do business with TVS but in this matter they are helpless and not picking up my calls.

                      If I cancel the order it will take 60 days to get my amount, wow almost 5 months over ( what is the compensation for cheating me?) Is this TVS finance can give free money to customer without interest ? and another 2 months I need to wait for a refund of my money, almost all public money without interest they can hold for 7 months.

                      ArasuTvs need to responded to my mail (already sent payment and booking details to [protected]@outlook.com on 07/07/2022, I need to get response from arasutvs Vehicle is available from dealer end but TVS head office did not send any mail regarding payment acknowledgement so We are not able to process your order.

                      Moral of the story: No Cost Emi Is a Trap, Never get any help from dealers.

                        Hi, last year I have purchase Jupiter oct.21.when purchase this scooter day one problem like fuel metre, heavy running, Handel not properly working and many more problems till date.ignition lock problem.

                            With in 1 year and six months my ntorq 125 race edition scooter get a running issue after a paid service from the tvs service center . Again I go to service center for tightening my wheel and than they said that now it's ok, but from the next day the wheel is making the same sound and I called the service center for knowing the reason, than thay told me to change the alloy wheel
                            Because the milling is not good . In india no other scooters have such issues, and no one will change the scooter wheel within this time period .

                              My name is Rohit Rawat. My vehicle no. Is DL-9S-CC 0191, Jupiter model. I have paid Rupees 1712.00 by Paytm to TVS Dynamic Showroom Rajapuri(Dwarka) A15, Opp, Main Rajapuri Rd, Sector 5, Dwarka, New Delhi, Delhi 110059. for insurance. But without my concern they have given me the TVS auto assist policy of Rupees 441.00. Actual policy rate is 1271.00 Rupees. Please refund my money as soon as possible of Rupees 441.00 and please do the needful at the earliest. I also attested the policy details. Also have a discussion with TVS DYNAMIC RAJAPURI NEW DELHI but they are telling me that from next time you don't take TVS AUTOASSIST and It is included with the insurance policy. I got your mail from the customer care of TVS [protected].

                                My vehicle suddenly break down after 1st service and now engine not cranking. I was visit SK TVS for same, however they are not interested in consumer concern. 1st they agree to open the job card after 2hrs after the interfere of TSM. I receive a call from Dealer after logged a complaint. I don't know why he call me because he was not interested to lesion his customer and taking like in the way as I am the responsible that failure. Again Mr. Verma call me, I says kindly update the cause of failure then didn't give any response and cut the call. This attitude is completely surprising for me. My vehicle laying at garage from 3 days still unaware form cause of failure. Now I understand it's my fault who buy TVS vehicle. I never repeat that in future and also spared to my circle that don't waste your money and time on cheep product and pathetic service.

                                I simply request to them that kindly address the consumer concern.

                                  This is Salman I had come to check the tail light of my tvs Jupiter Scooty at TVS SERVICE CENTER IN MAHARASHTRA THANE MIRA ROAD MATRIX MOTORS SERVICE . I was advised to get a job card which I did. The service advisor named Rajiv Pandey took the job card of the person behind me . When I asked him why did he do that he told me the person had come 2 hours ago. On that I told him this person was standing behind me to get his job card so why did you skip my job card and took his. He was completely incapable of answering my question and continued to carry on his work with the other person job card. This is total lack of customer service and such people should not be a part of the organisation and they are destroying the brand image . I would like someone to contact me and look into this matter asap .

                                    I'm Lakshmi Devi. i'd purchased ntorq scooty last year and from first day i'v faced missing issue in it. And for that i'd visited several time in service station, but problem not solved completely They just became me fool. Yesterday I'v raised an issue again in workshop then they changed several part under warranty and charged labour from me & also asked me to do AMC of ₹1200, otherwise they charged whole amount from you. I'v serviced my vehicle time to time and i waited there whole day with appointment. I'm not satisfied with service they just run for money.
                                    Please pay attention in this matter.
