    Hi, I have booked TVS Jupiter on 31.03.2017 and paid full cash. At first they made a call to collect the bike on April 8th. Due to some delay they have confirmed to deliver the bike with full registration by April 11th. Still now I did not receive my bike and there is no proper response. Customer service is also poor in Laxmi TVS show room. Kindly check with them and provide a correct update. Thank you.

    My got delivered on April 26, 2017.

    Buy a new Jupiter but not satisfy.
    New Jupiter but a maintenance charges take a Company.
    Shortly sell a faulted Jupiter to us.
    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased TVS JUPITER ON HOLI FASTIVAL DAY 2017, Just i have driven 540 km only, not even 1st service, the two wheeler TVS JUPITER is very very bad engine, yesterday i have faced a problem as below

    1. every 1 min engine automatically off.
    2. after giving choke then engine start ( ignition attempts 6 to 8 times)
    3. TVS DECLARED mileage 62 km/l but i traced the mileage of this only 26 to 28 km/l
    4. more vibration in starting mode only

    I am requesting you to please register a file on above points and send to TVS company.

      We were given the given the discount coupons for 500 rs at the time of one year completion valid for 2yrs, when try to use that discount coupons and used to spares and labour charges, giving us official for full amount and no bill for discounted price, but they are charging the service tax for full amount. When questioned said you are using discount coupons getting more benifits then purchase coupons. Saying u come once in 2-3 months, this is only amount. This cheating the customers saying we offering discounted coupons.

        Tvs jupiter engine

        I have purchased a brand new tvs jupiter on feb 2017. The bike have run 1800kms. The problem with the jupiter is that when ever i throttle hard or accelerate hard the engine slowly looses power and comes to halt after 5 mins of high power ride and the engine also gets over heat with just 5 mins of riding. The under seat stirage also gets too hot.
        Only after some minutes of cooling down the engine starts. This happens every time i ride...

        My name is ch. rajendra, from Rourkela, odisha. i have purchased a new tvs apache 160 cc bike at rourkela. from the begining its shock absorbers were very hard. on my visit for 2nd servicing i told the service centre my problem which was creating back pain while driving the bike. and the service centre considered my plea and changed both backside shock absorbers. but within 2 months again i see the same problem that the action in the shock absorbers had become hard which is very uncomfortable for me to ride my bike. i see some moisture forming around the upper part of the shock absorbers.

        i use my bike alone. rarely some one sits on my back. but i dont know how the shock absorbers are becoming hard creating terrible back pain.

        so i request the company to look into this matter if there is any problem in design which is making the shock absorbers hard and see that it is rectified.

          It's been only 2 months only and I am facing an issue with the weird noise coming from the front of the Jupiter BS lV model. Whenever it hits a small bump or a hole in the ground it makes a noise as if it's a 1947 model bike or is unused for more than 100 years old bike with all damaged parts. After 1st service I have taken it twice to the service centre but to no avail. Please let me know how do I get my money back or a replacement as I am not at all satisfied with the product and service

            Hi wilbur gonsalves visited siddhivinayak motors goregaon west, to buy jupiter however i was being sold a 2014 tvs apache where later i decline to take it and ask for my booking amount of rs2000/- back however i have been decline and when i ask for jupiter again he raised the price to rs67000/-

            I request you to ask them to refund my money back.

              Iam y. Prasanthi w/o s. Rama krishna purchased tvs star city on 31st march 2017 dharmana tvs showroom at gajuwaka branch. At the time of purchase of vehical we asked for model 2016. But the dealer on delivered of bike they release 2015 model with out any intimation to us.
              We communicate with the dealer manager for the issue and he assured that either paid money or replace the bike 2016. But now they refuse the promise. With the same issue we have registerd a complaint to national consumer department with complaint reference no 234585.

                The reason behind complaint was that the product which I buy was not up to mark and having several issues on it I just bought a bike last day and having the problems which I mentioned at that time also but they told to do changes in bike if I buy a new one so why should I need to change parts as they already change the carbonator of the bike further i[censored] need snaps I provide that too.

                Which was delivered yesterday night
                Today morning I found some damage of colour on fuel tank, most of bolts with Jung
                Tail lamp not working on brakes
                Fuel tank not to fit properly
                They commuted 3d logo features but not there
                Remote locator missing not fitted
                Mr. Mehul, manager told me we are change the parts but how it possible that the manufacturing month of bike was January 2017
                And bike in this condition
                I already use TVs star city 110 cc April 2012 model

                  I have purchased tvs apache 200 cc from siddhivinayak dealer, wagholi, pune dated feb 16th feb 2017 till as of now have not received my my vehicle registration nos. Dealer mr. Umesh is not responding to my call and am facing lots of problems because of this. Am unable to drive my bike on road, everytime traffic police catches me now and then.
                  Have done online complaint to tvs also, complaint nos is 44490/94 but they are also not helping.

                    Example: tvs star sport electric start mag on road price in website 49244/-. But i ask the price bhagvati autos in batala they said 54000/- on road price.

                      I gave my apache rtr200v for repair by mid of Jan. They told they don't have parts as it is new model. So it ll get ready in one month and will update once it gets ready but i did't even get a single call from them. I'm calling them always and asking them to give update but they are not responding. Some times they are not picking up my call itself as they know my number. I'm trying from different number and it seems they are in a meeting always. Its been 4 months and still i didn't get my bike and doesn't know the progress.

I bought BS3 Apache RTR 200 vehicle from Hyderabad Lingampally Sri sai motors on 31/03/2017 I paid full payment 97 thousand trough cheque While I am buying the vehicle they said no problem we will give TR to these night. Now they are saying your vehicle not registered TR. showroom people saying kindly give a bike to showroom we give your cash return... now what I have to do now. These is not the right why you should people sell a BS3 vehicle at 31/03/2017 showroom people promise me we will give u TR... I am almost I spend to that vehicle 3000 rs with 1 service. I will take legal action on these issue. Tvs company spoil brand name like these. my advise kindly replace the BS3 bikes to BS4 at the same price.. don't spoil the brand name to these issue. I am taking as serious issue I can go to consumers court at Hyderabad. Thank you sir/ madam

                            I had serviced my scooter many times at periodic time intervel. And changed petrol fillter kit, air fillter too but it is not working properly. Now the it is not taking pickup properly. As we are giving accelaration it is not taking pickup and not indivcating economy mode. Hence pickup is less and petrol flow is more, i cant tollarate this. Your tvs company is just a bogas company. Your service is also so worst.

                                I have done 18000kms, and I've serviced each and every[protected] kms,

                                By this week, I've serviced and after a day, the full fuel has been wasted by leaking, at next day, they were charged and changed something, by again next day, it does the same, I've filled my fuel twice, and it's waste..

                                I need proper service, otherwise I will make a complaint on TVS customer care and Vishalam Tvs, Tirupur.

                                I have all the records of service, and did they thought that, iam visiting the service centre, without any work??

                                  I have bought apache rtr 160 on 5/06/2016 and i have been facing problem of chain and chain sprockets after 2nd servicing from classic motors tvs zone no.4 sunday market birsanagar jamshedpur. I have told my chain sproket complaint on 3 rd and 4th service at classsic motors service centre birsanagar.
                                  They told me that my chain sprocket are up and down and the chain is becoming losse and noisy and want to change to the new one. Today i went to service centre in same problem.. They cleaned the chain sprocket and did greesing instead of spraying.
                                  My vehicle has ran 7000 km only. So i request you to please look into this issue.
