It's been only 2 months only and I am facing an issue with the weird noise coming from the front of the Jupiter BS lV model. Whenever it hits a small bump or a hole in the ground it makes a noise as if it's a 1947 model bike or is unused for more than 100 years old bike with all damaged parts. After 1st service I have taken it twice to the service centre but to no avail. Please let me know how do I get my money back or a replacement as I am not at all satisfied with the product and service

Hi wilbur gonsalves visited siddhivinayak motors goregaon west, to buy jupiter however i was being sold a 2014 tvs apache where later i decline to take it and ask for my booking amount of rs2000/- back however i have been decline and when i ask for jupiter again he raised the price to rs67000/-

I request you to ask them to refund my money back.

Iam y. Prasanthi w/o s. Rama krishna purchased tvs star city on 31st march 2017 dharmana tvs showroom at gajuwaka branch. At the time of purchase of vehical we asked for model 2016. But the dealer on delivered of bike they release 2015 model with out any intimation to us.
We communicate with the dealer manager for the issue and he assured that either paid money or replace the bike 2016. But now they refuse the promise. With the same issue we have registerd a complaint to national consumer department with complaint reference no 234585.

The reason behind complaint was that the product which I buy was not up to mark and having several issues on it I just bought a bike last day and having the problems which I mentioned at that time also but they told to do changes in bike if I buy a new one so why should I need to change parts as they already change the carbonator of the bike further i[censored] need snaps I provide that too.

I have purchased tvs apache 200 cc from siddhivinayak dealer, wagholi, pune dated feb 16th feb 2017 till as of now have not received my my vehicle registration nos. Dealer mr. Umesh is not responding to my call and am facing lots of problems because of this. Am unable to drive my bike on road, everytime traffic police catches me now and then.
Have done online complaint to tvs also, complaint nos is 44490/94 but they are also not helping.
Pls help in getting my vehicle registration nos.

I am from qadian,, distt gurdaspur, tehsil batala, punjab.
My complaint is tvs bike website on road price and showroom price is not tha same.
Example: tvs star sport electric start mag on road price in website 49244/-. But i ask the price bhagvati autos in batala they said 54000/- on road price.
Website and showroom price between difrent=4756/-
My quition is why is the difrent.

I gave my apache rtr200v for repair by mid of Jan. They told they don't have parts as it is new model. So it ll get ready in one month and will update once it gets ready but i did't even get a single call from them. I'm calling them always and asking them to give update but they are not responding. Some times they are not picking up my call itself as they know my number. I'm trying from different number and it seems they are in a meeting always. Its been 4 months and still i didn't get my bike and doesn't know the progress.

Dear sir/madam my name is kakanur Mahendra reddy I am working in icici bank Hyderabad. I bought BS3 Apache RTR 200 vehicle from Hyderabad Lingampally Sri sai motors on 31/03/2017 I paid full payment 97 thousand trough cheque While I am buying the vehicle they said no problem we will give TR to these night. Now they are saying your vehicle not registered TR. showroom people saying kindly give a bike to showroom we give your cash return... now what I have to do now. These is not the right why you should people sell a BS3 vehicle at 31/03/2017 showroom people promise me we will give u TR... I am almost I spend to that vehicle 3000 rs with 1 service. I will take legal action on these issue. Tvs company spoil brand name like these. my advise kindly replace the BS3 bikes to BS4 at the same price.. don't spoil the brand name to these issue. I am taking as serious issue I can go to consumers court at Hyderabad. Thank you sir/ madam

Bike is not starting purchased on last monday gets stopped in middle of road.whenever i try to start it does not start in one go at least takes more than 10 min and there is also some burning smell coming from engine.worst part is gets stopped in the middle of road

I had serviced my scooter many times at periodic time intervel. And changed petrol fillter kit, air fillter too but it is not working properly. Now the it is not taking pickup properly. As we are giving accelaration it is not taking pickup and not indivcating economy mode. Hence pickup is less and petrol flow is more, i cant tollarate this. Your tvs company is just a bogas company. Your service is also so worst.

There is a stating problem in tvs jupitor since begening.on highway or local area it will stop suddenly.
we are feeling unhappy after buying such type of product. I have also make complain in service centre at udyog nagar. the said that it is ok now .but problem is as it is .
on the way of shahdara i am going to my client office it stopped working on highway .

I have done 18000kms, and I've serviced each and every[protected] kms,

By this week, I've serviced and after a day, the full fuel has been wasted by leaking, at next day, they were charged and changed something, by again next day, it does the same, I've filled my fuel twice, and it's waste..

I need proper service, otherwise I will make a complaint on TVS customer care and Vishalam Tvs, Tirupur.

I have all the records of service, and did they thought that, iam visiting the service centre, without any work??

I have bought apache rtr 160 on 5/06/2016 and i have been facing problem of chain and chain sprockets after 2nd servicing from classic motors tvs zone no.4 sunday market birsanagar jamshedpur. I have told my chain sproket complaint on 3 rd and 4th service at classsic motors service centre birsanagar.
They told me that my chain sprocket are up and down and the chain is becoming losse and noisy and want to change to the new one. Today i went to service centre in same problem.. They cleaned the chain sprocket and did greesing instead of spraying.
My vehicle has ran 7000 km only. So i request you to please look into this issue.

I have purchased Jupiter bike on 4th Feb 2017 in Pune. But till date they haven't provided me vehicle number. registration is still not completed. It really frustrating. Post two moths also, I cant drive my bike.

They are giving me useless reason like RTO delay.

From binsar automobiles babarpur on date 19/1/2017 and my scooty's engine is getting off while driving just the second next day I've bought it. I've filed complain for it but still my complain hadn't shooted out. They have suggested me to service

After servicing scooty I still got the engine off today for 10 times or more while travelling

I booked a bike Apache 160 new version...Past 1 week before in tuticorin showroom and I payed for that but still I didn't get a delivery.. They still say lot of reasons for that is that right.? So I request to deliver it as soon as possible..I already choose one bike they tell me as delivered it...But at the last moment they tell didn't deliver I ask for the reason they tell it have some registration issue and convince me to deliver in coming week but still get any of response from the showroom

i have went last month no one supported there. again i went this month 2nd and made payment. till now i have not received any call or confirmation regarding my payment or NOC
I have walked in TVS credit services and made the payment of FNf Settlement .
till now i have not received my NOC. i need my NOC asap. no one has even contacted till now. or i even sent so many emails. their dont even have internal communication.

Sir, I took my bike bearing No. RJ-02 SR 1819 to Darshana Service station on 26.03.2017 to 28.03.2017 and handed over my bike for service under Job No. 5471.The service carried out by the workshop was quite dissatisfying. They charged me Rs. 260/- for service and Rs. 460/- for other charges out of total bill of Rs. Rs. 1386/-.

1. When service charges are already claimed, other charges should not have been levied.when I approached the management, they did not took any notice of the complaint. Even after the service carried out the oil was leaking from engine near the head. They told that it will get correct when you drive but the same was not fruitfuls.
2. The second time time I took the vehicle on 30 th March 2017 vide Job No. 5270, the vehicles was returned on 03.04.2017, but the problem persisted and it could not be repaired even I left the vehicles there for 4 days.
3. The problem is not repaired and now the engine oil is leaking into the silences and the bike gives a lot of smoke which cannot pass pollution certificate standards.
4. Third time when I reported that the bike has now started giving smoke from silencer the wksp employees told that you get the engine work done.
5. The engine defect was caused due to defective service otherwise, the management could have told me in the first instance that the bike requires engine work. They took the vehicle in their workshop for three times for repairs but could tell about the engine work on the fourth occasion only.
I have been treated by the service centre management in a very rude manner and threatened me to not to come to the service station now onwards.
I request you to look into the matter and isisue necessary instructions to the dealer, simultaneously getting my vehicle repaired which was rendered useless by the manner in which the service centre undertaken service of the bike.

I had purchase a TVS zest From TVS Pandiyan Motors., After 7 days they call me for registration. It was completed on 07/04/2017. Still now 10/04/2017 9:15PM they didn't given the Number.. Its All most crossed 250KM. If Any Police Capture they will put fine amount upto Rs2500/-. They people didn't know the seriousness.. Very Poor in Services and Very Poor in Communication...

As early I also submitted a complaint regarding discount issue as we have purchased a tvs Jupiter from kapil tvs Saharanpur uttar Pradesh on 29/03/2017 around 9:00 pm by giving full price but company did not informed us regarding the Supreme Court decision of not selling those vehicle after 01/04/2017 n also company did not provide us the discount giving by them on those vehicle, n also distributor will refuse to provide us the discount given by company as they said that company will not provide the discount
And I request you That please take serious action regarding this n refund us the discount amount in our bank account
