Sir/ Madam,
This is an intimation about the insecurities we face due to the improper functioning of the scooter wego that i have purchased from your dealer PEEYEM MOTORS, PALARIVATTOM, ERNAKULAM.on 24th November 2014. The motorcycle has a shaking sensation while driving. It shivers especially the front part. Even after the service you provided the same problem lasts. It prevents smooth driving.       I have got an SMS saying I am eligible for top up loan one and half months back... message is like this... ಪ್ರಿಯ ಗ್ರಾಹಕ, ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳು! ನಾವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಧ್ಯದ ಟೂ-ವೀಲರ್ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಗದು ಸಾಲವನ್ನು, ಕರಾರು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ KA3024TW21010. ಸಾಲ ಮೊತ್ತ 46700 EMI 2368 ಅವಧಿ 26 ಗೆ, .ನೀಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಆಸಕ್ತರಾಗಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತಿರದ TVS ಷೋರೂಮ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ.       It says to contact Tvs show room for detail...
      I have contacted the executive last month and he said to submit documents... so I have submitted the documents same day...
      Since the that executive is not receiving my phone... if I go to show room he says in two days your loan amount will be credited to your account... but I don't know what is wrong... your service is full of waste...
      Kindly suggest me should I wait or forget about the top up loan...

        I, rumpa ghosh saha purchased a tvs wego on 07.10.2016. The showroom of a. R. Motors, po-beldanga, dist - murshidabad received amount for giving me registration no. And life time insurance with actual price of the two wheeler. But, till date, they have not manage to give me the registration number. On the otherhand, service at their servicing centre is also very bad. My two wheeler has run only 225 k. M. But, already they compelled me to receive 3rd servicing. Before the 3rd servicing on 16.03.2017, there was no problem in my tvs wego scooter. But, after the 3rd servicing, there is a problem in starting the tow wheeler. I went to the servicing centre the very next day. But, the manager of the servicing centre gave no importance to my problem and refer me to the mechanic of the servicing centre. The mechanic also give no importance to my problem and behave with me roughly. I cannot expect such rude behaviour from a servicing centre of a reputed company.in future, i will not purchase again any two wheeler from tvs company if not taken any action to those persons.

          TVs Jupiter delay in delivery

          Was told by your dealer in Borda, Margao that my bike is ready for delivery. When reached showroom for taking delivery, self was informed that silver guard is out of stock. Still awaiting for the same for the last 4-5 days. Request u to look into the matter and supply the dealer with adequate stock so that customers like me don't have to face hardships....

          I am having a lot of issues with this company. There is always a single problem that the petrol leaks from my vehicle and the company is not able to repair that thing. Recently, my vehicle had caught fire because of the problem. I have paid a lot to the company. And after that fire incident i had paid a sum of Rs.12, 400. I am very angry now. I can't do anything because every time they told me that the vehicle is now fine but the same problem exists.
          Please help me in this issue asap.

This second time Return charge of rupees 600 should be pay by TVS finance only. I attached screenshot of my message. Please do the needful action.

              Dear team,

              I want to purchase tvs jupiter. I checked prices online rs. 54784/- on road excluding accessories.

              I visited new satnam, roorkee (Tvs dealer). They quoted approx rs. 64847.00 excluding accessories.

              When i discussed about difference of rs. 10000 (Approx) in rate then they communicated that our price is final and you don't have any other option here in roorkee.

              It seems that dealer looting us because of monopoly of that dealer in roorkee. It creates a negative image of a good brand like tvs.in this situation i feel fear about after sales services as well.

              Really pathetic situation

                Today on 19-3-17 went to tayal tvs, faridabad for my jupiter zx
                Econd free service. I reached at 8:45 am my sequence no was "8". Only engine replacement was to be done they took 1.5 hrs for that after service my jupiter was lined for washing.

                The washing person took no 10 instead of 8 and 9 even after telling him he didn`t listened to my words i complained to service manager but he did nothing. After washing it was lined for final polishing but same thing repeated no 10 vehicle was taken first even though 8, 9 was there in waiting.

                I told the person to take 8 no vehicle but he didn`t listened again i complained the service manager and tvs tayal ownerin charge again no action were taken neglecting the customer.
                I asked for complaint register to register my complainant but they don`t have that nor they gave me feed back form even after asking. I paid the bill for rs 230 and took my jupiter without final polishing.

                  I give my tvs xl heavy duty for service to vijaya bharathi tvs show room, tirupati, andhra pradesh. After service my vehicle is unable to start. For every ignition i need to play choqke. Which is unfair. Show room staff is not giving response for complaint. From last 3 days i am roming around show room. Please help me regarding this.

                    Purchased TVS jupiter ZX Disc two weeks ago and from first day, i'm facing the problem in starting this.Now I'm repenting of purchasing. My friends suggested me to take Activa but i thought less number sales for a particular company compared to Honda bikes doesn't mean they not performing well in the market. Now I realized that we need to check the company as well.
                    Please report this problem to the company.Also I request to other customers to think before taking this. I'm giving 1 star as there is no negative rating.

                      Dear Sir, I have purchased a TVS Jupiteron 6.03.17 from your showroom at Geeta Colony, Delhi . Since the day of purchase i am very sorry to say that it is not working properly even your company person are not giving any help to make it Ok. Sir, if this is the way you treat to your customers then who will take your company bike.
                      Sir even your road side assistance are having no knowledge of the bike then why are taking money for the same or saying that you will help the person who is in trouble on the road.
                      Sir, you also know that mouth publicity is more effective then giving add on the media. If your company give trouble to the person who buy bike from you then who will give mouth publicity for your company.

                        Hi,

                        I had one complain against the sharda tvs service center, garh road meerut.

                        I had serviced my bike in the month of december from the sharda tvs service center, i was having a problem of overflow that petrol is coming out from the air pipe. They changed few things and made a bill of around rs1400. However, problem still persists and i went back to service center. Now they changed the fluid pin. But still the problem is not resolved and i had to visit third time and now asking for the carburetor change for rs3000. This time i refused and comeback home.

                        The above incident is happened in time span of 2 months.

                        I serviced my bike in dec 2016
                        Than after 20-25 days i again visited as problem still persists
                        Than after one month i again visited to resolve the same problem

                        You will notice that there is a gap between the days of visiting, this is because i live in delhi, and and visit meerut in 20-25 days. However, my bike remains in meerut and usually runs 20-25 kms when i reach meerut.

                        You can verify that with my jobcard of bike service. It will only show approx 60-70kms run between this problem.

                        The service person and head is saying that it is because you are not running your bike. However, there is one more person with same problem and same thing is happening with him and he claim he daily run his bike 100 km and he is also visiting the service center third time and more to that his bike is under warranty.

                        But my question is to company is : if i not run my bike for long time or run only few kms than it means fuel will leak from my bike. I have not seen such a problem in any other bikes, not running for a longer period (Even months).

                        I believe i've been fooled by the service center and now every time i visit they make some excuses and try to make bill out of me. Although i mentioned my problem in first instance.

                        So please let me know what is the solution because i am feeling terrible with the response from the service center and it had broke my faith in the service from authorized center and also from the tvs bikes.

                        Some company personnel has called me and listen my complain. After that they called the service center personnel. There final feedback is as my bike is out of warranty so I need to pay if I want to rectify the problem. And said OTP will be received to close the complaint.

                        I just want to say, In last two service they are unable to resolve the problem. What if, i again make payment and replace the part as they are asking and problem persists. Then again they have new excesses.
                        My Point is that my bike is in new condition and I have not seen such a problem in any bike.
                        Also, when we give our bike to authorized service center than we trust them as we are not seeing them that what are they doing to our bike. As what i see in my case is they have definitely done something wrong that this problem is not solving.

                        I am just writing this note as now I have to close my complaint once OTP received, but I want to share my view as my problem is not resolved.

                          I am not happy against the service received on 11th Feb 2017 from your authorized dealer @ Matrix Motors - Mira road.

                          Reasons were as follows-
                          Bike serviced even after confirmation that surveyor will do the inspection first.
                          in Invoice clutch plate (its cover, labour) charged, but it has been noticed after a month that it was burnt
                          Chain sprocket seems changed, local mechanic advised to change. new were...

                            Recently my less than 2 year old(purcahse April 2015)jupiter start function completely stopped(both kick and self)
                            it has to be towed to the service center. It was identified that Self cutout and RRB became defunct and needed replacement.

                            service center charged me for both parts and labor charges 300/ which total to Rs 1017/-

                            I am wodnering for what I purcahsed the extended warranty and still the 2 year warranty is in place.

                            I want TVS to look into this and help me getting refund

                              I didn't understood what is handling charges while purchasing a bike in rangaraya tvs showrooms in khammam, telangana.
                              Can u please describe about handling charges, and why they are collecting, they are not providing invoice while collecting bike. They are collecting more hidden charges.

                                  Today when I went to sidartha TVS service center pratapgarh u.p. for 3rd service of my bike no. UP 72 AP 3876 TVS Sports, they denied me to servicing it. They are saying that its compulsory that you have to change your engine oil on every service then only they will service it otherwise we will not do it.
                                  I just want to ask you that where you that where it is written in your company service manual.
