Hello,

My Name is Ajit Kumar Singh. I bought TVS Apache RTR 160 on 17th OCT 2016 from GK TVS, S-526, School Block, Shakarpur, Delhi.

Initially the Bike felt really great but after 100 KM I always felt too much vibration and Engine Sound and Toughness.There is too much problem in smoothness Also.

I have complaint so many times to Patparganj Service center Mechanics and they never found any permanent solution.

Please find the Permanent Solution regarding my problem as I am too much fed up with this problem.

    We have purchased our TVS Jupiter about 5 months before from SAI TVS, YEOLA (Dist- Nasik). We have got the registration no. MH15FS5583 from RTO. But inspire of our several visit to the showroom, till date we haven't received the purchase bill copy from the dealer.

    He repeatedly kept on saying that our main office is in Kopergaon we will provide you tomorrow.

      On 29/03/2017 we have purchased jupiter-zx from kapil motors saharanpur bill no 1699 & on 30/03/2017 company announce a discount of Rs 5000 this n we purchased it at arount 8:00 pm, and now i want to say that when company decided to give a discount on it that man that its market value also fall by 5000 & it mean i have paid 5000 extra to the conmpany & now only i want from you that please refund me the discount priced announced by company.

        2. Respectfully, it is to state that, I purchased one TVS WEGO 110 on[protected] from Dynamic Motors Pvt Ltd at Rajapuri, Dwarka with Reg. No “DL9SAR8756”. I also have a 5 yrs’ Extended Warranty over it bearing AMC No. 4 dated[protected], Warranty No. 1644642.
        3. From the very beginning, I have been bearing with the ‘Starting Problem’ in it and on every occasion of servicing (both free and paid ones) I have reported the problem...

        Dear Team,
        I have given my TVS Vego UP32 EL 9307 for servicing to your Lucknow service center Mehul Automobiles. My invoice no. is 12841 & paid amount is 885 +10 = Rs 895 dated 26.03.2017

        after servicing :
        1: I found that my main stand was broken, after my complaint they taken money from me & they have done soldering, Which totally in good condition at the time submission of my vehicle,
        Now MY main stand is totally lose & it generating a lot sound during drive

        2: My Vehicle avg has come down near 35 Km per ltr which approx 55 KM.

        Requesting you kindly address my point ask center to resolve my both issue.

          I have purchased a TVS Sport Electric Start Bike from AHINSHA AUTOMOBILES, Regd. & Main Office at E-40 Krishna Park, Devli Road Khanpur, on 3rd March, 2017.

          At the time of Enquiry they started calling me everyday that they have Ready Bike for me, so they started chasing me for purchase eagerly. But when I paid them down payment they handover the TVS Sport Electric Start Bike having White & Red Color. They handover the bike with only delivery Challan & Down payment slip & when I ask them for Insurance they told me to please wait for 1 day & they will issue insurance for me.

          After one day when I visited Showroom (AHINSHA AUTOMOBILES), they have not made Insurance yet, when I visited then Ms. Mamta (who was sale person in AHINSHA AUTOMOBILES), she started making calls to Insurance person who was over the phone on other side & they both issued me an insurance copy in which they have made a major mistake, they made insurance for Star City Bike which i have not purchased; I was very surprised to see that that how those people are doing their jobs, they are doping their job very casually, it very worst manner of their work. Whenever I told them that they have made a wrong insurance of wrong bike then they written their no. on back side of insurance paper that if any time have some problem then call them on their nos. Whenever I asked them to cancel that then they told me that wait for 2-3 days they will cancel & issue a new policy to me. But they keep waiting me for a long & they they again issued a new insurance policy on 14.03.2017. I was very surprised to see their was again a big mistake, they made the insurance in wrong address and also the color of bike was mentioned by them is Black & Silver.

          My bike color is White & Red, but two times they issued wrong Insurance to me. I visited the showroom many times but they only giving me fake answers & they have no solution.

          Secondly my new Bike TVS Sport Electric start having color White & Red is having a Starting problem so I also told Ms. Mamta, one Technician & Their Executive who always present in Showroom that I am having starting issue in Bike then they replied that this is a new bike so ride it for 500 Kms then do 1st Service & it will run smoothly so I ride it for 500 kms & went for service to service station which is also near to their showroom I have paid money for servicing . After Servicing my problem is not solved, I am visiting showroom & Service station every two days but I am not having my problem solved.
          The staff of AHINSHA AUTOMOBILES is very worst I don’t know why TVS have recruited those people who are just spoiling faith of customer on TVS Motor.

          I am very unhappy after buying TVS Vehicle & I will never recommend any one to buy TVS Motor Vehicle. TVS is very bad motor company & very worst are their staff they sold me manufacturing defect Bike. Whenever i call them the know my number & not picking up my calls.

          I want refund of my money or exchange my Bike with good one which has no manufacturing defect.

            Service manager talked wrongly to customer he used abuse word and also someone told owner and also drunken he also supports manager. Reason. After service they didn, t inform customers told not giving bye.

              Dear sir/madam,
              I have booked and complete amount paid on 17/03/17 for TVS Star city+ (BS ||| ) at Nandi TVS, Hunsur Road, Mysore. He offered 2000 Rs discount for BS 3 & year end sale on day of booking. So as per negotiation I have paid ₹ 59000 & 29th march 2017, on the occasion of new year we would like to take bike delivery, so he agreed.
              But after 1 week, that means 28/03/17 Wednesday I made a call to Manager, that time he told I can't delivery star city + BS 3, I hadn't stock like that. So you should pay extra for BS 4.
              I convinced more than an hour, about what he given assurance & negotiation. But he didn't accept. This is unfair & non ethical business. I'm really frustrated by his way of talking. He did the mistake, but
              I had paid extra ₹1500. Here amount is no matter, but commitment is very valuable.
              This not good in business.
              Please change these type of attitudes.

                I had 3rd service on my bike on 20/3/2017.The complaints that i had prior to service still exists after the service.like the faulty gear and neutral indication, gear gets stuck for 2sec while unloading form 3rd to2nd gear.Now after service, my front brakes are noe functioning properly.Is this ur way of customer satisfaction, with poor services? As a customer, i am really frustrated. I have notified the same issues with the service centers many times. All the time they will do something nd says the bike is fine. Whats the use of owning a bike if its providing u with problems after problems? So I have suggested my friends not to buy this bike due to poor services. If my complaints are not rectified soon, i will seek legal assistance.

                  My self omprakash Rajasthan Bikaner. I buy TVs sport in 3 Jan at shanti motors Bikaner but shanti motors doesn't issue to RC my vehicle no is RJ 07 SY 2417. And I face many problems in everywhere I m riding bike without RC. Your shanti motors staff said I can't gave u RC what r u doing do it.
                  So I please request u please issue my RC. Next time I can't purchase yours company bikes.

                    I brought a Black colour TVS Jupiter from Samrat Auto 90 feet road Mulund (E) on 3rd Feb 2017 and have not received my registration number till date. The dealer does not pick up calls and is not available at his showroom. My first service also is done but I can't take my vehicle out as it does not have a valid registered number.                           I have done servicing my Apache in and around Bangalore. I would rate this tvs service centre as the worst because​ of the quality of the service and the high bill amount it charges (some unnecessary labour cost for each part of the bike and additional general labour charge). When a service centre charges it's customers a lump sum amount, it should have the lightest courtesy to deliver a good service. After my bike was delivered, I had to return back to the service centre more than 3times for fixing various faults in servicing (my bike is still not 100%ready). This is absolutely ridiculous! When I fought back, the sales manager Mr. Srinivas had tons of excuses and rather started blaming me!
                          I had a check on the amount which I would have incurred in other TVS service centers for the same service, and I was astonished to hear that it would have costed me half of the bill amount which Marathahalli service centre charged me.
                          The worst ever bike servicing experience! I am quite sure that there are many more people out there who would have had the same experience. I believe all the good reviews put here are from the friends and relatives of the people who work in this service centre.

                          Since this branch has opened, I am giving my vehicle for service.But now it's lost its value.
                          I gave my vehicle for service on Dec 2020. They damaged the body part and they accepted it. Quality of service was so bad that I need to visit the service center for 4-5 times, every time spent an hour to rectify the issues which was rising eventually. Till now(4 months) damaged body part issue is on.When they accepted the damage done by them, I felt honest service center. Then they started neglecting me and they are trying in all the ways to put the damage charges me. Now I lost trust. Even if they are replace the body part, I am scared of issues which will rise later.

                            My name is Santosh Oruganti, i purchased new tvs zest 110cc vehicle on 09/01/2017, my agreement no / loan no is : AP3021TW0062189, and my vehicle total cost is including all like ( t.r, insurance, permanent registration, mandatory extra fittings, extra fittings, life tax etc ) is 60, 500/- and i made down payment of 13000/- on delivery date.and financed amount is 48, 400/-, down payment + financed amount = total amount is 61, 400/-

                            Then showroom people ( sales girl saritha and financier ) are saying you have to pay extra 3000 rupees for extra fittings like dis.kindly tel me how can i make the payment.? except total vehicle cost. already made 13000/- down payment and remaining amount financed.then y should i pay extra 3000 rupees..??

                            TVS Financier said to me, you have to pay extra 3000/- for documentation charges. it is correct.? r not.? they showroom peoples all are doing fraud sales and finance.

                            My vehicle is not registered from the delivery date to till date . how can they are stop the permanent registration of my vehicle.?? still iam waiting for registration. iam already made a down payment and remaining amount financed by tvs credit. 1st, 2nd emi already cleared. then how much time to take permanent registration of my vehicle.? kindly resolve my problem sir.

                              Respected sir, now TVS market is high due to TVS JUPITER MILI scooter model in most attractive model in market. But your authorized dealer are provide duplicate foot rest with this bike please provide company foot rest with bike. Local foot rest bad impression on bike look. Dealer provide pipe bended local foot rest which is loose also bent at time of riding on bike. Please see your quality to achieve top position in market. Thanks you.

                                I have purchased rtr apache 180new motor vehicle on january 11th 2017 at madikeri branch. I am getting vibration in the bike especially in the front doom, all the screws are automatically getting removed, speed meter is showing. And i had been twice for the service in madikeri branch where i had purchased but i am getting a very poor service and they are telling me to take my vehicle to piriyapatna branch which is about 60 kms away from here. Now my question is " why i should go other branch when all the facilities are available here? Why their behaviour is bad?

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                I had given service for tvs authorised center (AJAY MOTORS 3191 OPPO KSRTC DEPOT MYSORE ROAD BANGALORE -560026) DATE OF 05/10/2017 .and service bike delivered date 06/10/2017 ref service invoice bill no.3485 they charged 924 rupees .but service is very pathetic and they doing some scratches on front wheel bumper and after vehicle service vehicle getting sound and not comfortable to drive .and asked service person they told scratches we are not made its already is there .but actually not there before the services. And I was waiting for some time for issue they are not responding properly.and I think they are not insert chain lubricant properly .this the my first bad service in tvs service please solve the issue. Please find below attached images of what kind of service made by paid service.

                                  This is an intimation about the insecurities we face due to the improper functioning of the scooter wego that i have purchased from your dealer PEEYEM MOTORS, PALARIVATTOM, ERNAKULAM.on 24th November 2014. The motorcycle has a shaking sensation while driving. It shivers especially the front part. Even after the service you provided the same problem lasts. It prevents smooth driving.                                       I have got an SMS saying I am eligible for top up loan one and half months back... message is like this... ಪ್ರಿಯ ಗ್ರಾಹಕ, ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳು! ನಾವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಧ್ಯದ ಟೂ-ವೀಲರ್ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಗದು ಸಾಲವನ್ನು, ಕರಾರು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ KA3024TW21010. ಸಾಲ ಮೊತ್ತ 46700 EMI 2368 ಅವಧಿ 26 ಗೆ, .ನೀಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಆಸಕ್ತರಾಗಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತಿರದ TVS ಷೋರೂಮ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ.                                       I have contacted the executive last month and he said to submit documents... so I have submitted the documents same day...
                                      Since the that executive is not receiving my phone... if I go to show room he says in two days your loan amount will be credited to your account... but I don't know what is wrong... your service is full of waste...
                                      Kindly suggest me should I wait or forget about the top up loan...
