I had purchase a TVS Jupiter from S.K. Traders, opp. metro pillan no. 751 Nawada, New Delhi, thanks to you, When I purchase my Jupiter there is no problem, no extra voice, no sound, no disbalancing, no alignment out etc. but after 1st service at Dynamic TVS at Rajapuri, opp Dwarka sec-5, I had very disturb with my JUPITER service experience, nobody can solve my problem which is declare by me on job card at the time of service, same as 3rd service no one can service properly of my Jupiter then I had complain to the manager of Dynamic TVS Mr. Raghav, then he told me don’t worry sir I service your vehicle again properly but nobody can take seriously then I was come back at home with my vehicle without resolve my problems.
Next time at the time of due of 2nd service I had again visit at Dynamic TVS for service, but same problem as facing at the time of 1st service, after that I had complaint to Mr. Raghav again, he says I’ll check, after the 2nd service I have facing some problems in my JUPITER like noise in front portion, vibration disturbance in all body, feel specially in handle when drive the Jupiter even at smooth road, Alignment out (as per tvs mechanic), chu.. chu… sound at nearby side mirror joint etc. I had contacted to Mr. Raghav (Service Centre Manager) Mobile no. [protected], he says me “sir please visit our service centre I’ll solve your problem” then I had visited at Dynamic TVS for solution my problem. But after the many visits & talks over the phone or face to face the problem not solve. I had very bother, After that I had contacted to Mr. Apoorva ji (Service Center Owner) Mobile No. [protected], I had tell/show him all the problem very deeply but after the 2-3 visits he spoke to me “sir all vehicle have this problem even brand new Jupiter I’ll show you” when I said “sir if you are not be able to solve my problem it’s ok but don’t give me wrong information".
After long time fight with Dynamic TVS, i had contacted at your customer care no – [protected] and contacted to senior person Mr. Raghu and I had a complaint (No. 79095)and share all the problems with him and They give me the no. of Mr. Somnath Ji, (Area Manager) M:- [protected], then I had contacted to Mr. Somnath ji and He has told me “Manoj ji don worry your problem not solved with the Dynamic TVS thatswhy I forward your complaint at S.K. Tvs, Mayapuri, please visit at S.K. Tvs Mayapuri when you have time. When I had go to S.K. Tvs Mayapuri then meet Mr. Bhupender ji (he is only one man who attend me every time when I had go to S.K. Tvs Mayapuri and trying to solve my problem) few days I had contacted with Mr. Somnath ji, they pickup my TVS Jupiter 3 Times from my Residence for repairing and I had 3 visits at mayapuri for the same but my problem not solve so far, after few days he ignore me and no reply my phone calls & sms’s. I had try many time to contacted him but Somnath ji not answer my calls & sms’s. after few days I had call to Somnath ji from other new number and they picked my call and I asked him why you not pick my calls he said iam busy somewhere etc. and then he request me to please come on next Sunday[protected] at S.K. TVS Mayapuri I’ll personally checked and resolve all the problems in front of me. Yesterday I went at mayapuri met with Somnath ji and discussed my problems and then he says “sir please wait me aapki gaadi check karwata hoo or mechanic ko samjha deta hoo ki kya or kaise karna hai, don’t worry” after this discussion they join someone and I am wait outside. After 45 mnts I saw there my Jupiter still stand at corner nobody check/working at my Jupiter
then I tried to tell to mr. Somnath ji sir no one checking my Jupiter please send someone for my Jupiter. After 2 hours Mr. Somnath ji, Mr Shukla ji and Owner of the service centre they all taking some snacks with tea and after that suddnly go outside the service centre without telling any information, when I called to somnath ji “sir please arrange another vehicle for me and you take my Jupiter for one or two days as per your convinience for hassle free working but he says “sir me kaha se karwa sakta hoo aap service centre me baat kariye wahi aapko aarange karwaenge dusri scooty” after that I had talk to mr. shukla ji “sir please arrange another scooty for me you take my scooty as per your convinience” then he says sir abhi ho jaegi aapki scooty 15 minutes me” but my scooty not ready for next 30 mnts then I told to mr. malkeet ji “sir please ready my scooty right now in any condition I had take my scooty and go to home.
I had facing this proble from november – 2016 but not resolve so far that’s why iam diecied to please exchange my scooty with new one “ I think there is a manufacturing proble with my Jupiter”
So you are requested to please change my Jupiter with new one, if you want so iam ready to give you 5-7k for exchange price for my current Jupiter with new one.
And please take a action to the below mention persons and give the reason why they not resolve my Jupiter’s problem so far. Please tell me what’s the reason for not resolve my problem. The persons name and contact no. are below.

    There is all issue of rate that were taken by tvs showroom in Neemuch madhya pradesh the accurate amount of tvs apache 2004v were 1, 06, 552 rs but they taking 1, 09, 600 rs so please understand the matter as please help me as soon as possible. Nothing as but also they we not talck with as properly so understand the problem etc.and also sole problem as soon as possible

      I have compliant regarding that the service in tvs rajpoot at karnal road are not at all serious about any problem given and time given to them. the service provided by them is not at all satisfactory they don't even mind to listen customer problem and make lesser efforts even to resolve them even after paying full amount. not at all punctual in there work with half work done each and every time.
      from company like tvs this type of service is not expected by the customer.
      Even calling before going there out didn't work they said your work is done when it was lesser complete.

        As soon as he delivered the vehicle after service the very next it has stopped working.

          Hi,
          A couple of days back I gave my bike to service, at the time of giving I told them clearly I am having issues with my bike. Due to some office work I sent my friend to collect, on the next day when I drove my bike, issues still persists. It's been facing here and there. I would like to lodge a complaint against it.             Hi,

            I bought TVS Scooty Wega in November, 2016.The dealer has not yet contacted me for the RC.It's been 3 months and no communications from them.

            The dealer is in Tilak Nagar (S.K. Motors), New Delhi.

            Please take this as urgent complaint against them as I have been reprimanded by the traffic police on various occasions.

            I demand some monetary refund from them.

                I received an noc for my bike (Tvs apache) however the noc has incorrect registration number i. E mh 12gq9134.
                The correct registration no is mh12gq8098.

                I tried to contact tvs showroom/service department as well as head office in chennai however no one responds to my request.

                I have tried calling the toll free number [protected] many times, without any help.

                Below is email thread with tvs contact persons.

                Is anyone going to respond to this request?
                Let me know the contact details to log a complaint with tvs services. I am following up with tvs for this request since 1 month and no one has responded yet.

                This is worst customer service i am experiencing from tvs.

                    Today 7th Feb 2017 at around 2 PM, I Akash Khelkar from PUNE Maharashtra went to your authorised dealer from PUNE KALAMKAR MOTORS to take a test drive and if it was satisfied with the answer, I can book the vehicle with down payment but the whole experience was so horrifying that would like to register complain against TVS authorised dealer KALAMKAR MOTORS Baner PUNE sales person SHUBHAM mobile [protected].
                    Reasons as follows:-
                    1) Very poor bad customer service no (one to attend)
                    . Sales person doesn't have complete knowledge of the vehicle and the type they are selling BS 3 / BS4
                    . Vehicle provided for test drive doesn't have fuel and after telling the same to representative he ignores saying no issue, I can take the vehicle for test drive & the vehicle breakdown on half way so I have to take the vehicle back to Dealers location in the hot sun and to add I was with my wife who had to push the vehicle in the SUN.
                    . This is very horrifying experience, I was supposed to choose betn HONDA & TVS but with kind of experience from your PUNE dealer have created very bad image about TVS as brand and the dealer that TVS have and am very sure that i will never go to your DEALER KALAMKAR MOTORS and very sure that I will spread word across about TVS dealer and service.
                    I expect TVS will take appropriate and strict action against such sales person and Dealer.

                      Dear sir/ madam

                      This is Javid hussain. Three years back i bought a new Scooty pep+ vehicle from NPTVS showroom, Kamarajar road, Madurai, Tamilnadu.:
                      Reg.No:TN 64 H 1308
                      Three weeks back i found an abnormal noise from vehicle, then i called the technical team from Sri.Pandiyan TVS, PP Savadi, Theni road, Madurai. Two mechanics came and took the vehicle to the workshop. The next day they called me and said that it's a problem of crankshaft and they given me the quotation of Rs.17198/- to rectify the problem.
                      Job card No:291531
                      I accepted the price and also i paid Rs.6000/- in advance.
                      After two days they called me and said that the crankcase also brokered. To rectify this they are asking me to pay more Rs.7000/- so finally the total cost is Rs.24198/-
                      Now i have twi questions.
                      The service centre is having full equipped and well trained mechanics are with their? Why they can't able to find this problem first time itself?
                      The A/C manufacturing companies are offering five years warranty for the compressor, the total cost of A/C not even Rs.25000/- then why you can't extend your warranty peroid?new vehicles cost around 49000/- inclusive of all tax..for repairing the same will cost 24198/- what a logic??
                      I always prefer to buy TVS products, but now i fedup with your products. Please advice me..

                        I purchase a Jupiter on 10 january from New satnam auto roorkee, uttarakhand -247667, but after few days on 4 february it caught fire from inside engine.
                        I inform to dealer and submit scooter on 5 february to agency.
                        I request company to please change the scooter and provide new one without any delay.
                        Otherwise I found myself very depressed and unsafe due to that scooter.
                        An early action in this regard shall be highly appreciated..

                            I have purchased the vehicle starcity+ 110cc vehicle at Anjali TVS, Hyderabad on 15.04.2016. till to date 4 free services were completed.
                            Everytime after each service feedback is given that vehicle is not running to the minimum standards. Always there is mileage problem, starting problem, gear box problem, over heating of engine.
                            Every time normal service is done and never met the problems raised.

                            4th service made on 11 th January, and immediately complained about the performance and again surrender the vehicle for rectification. Now to my dismay they are telling, clutch plates were worn out, you have to change, they won't come under warranty.
                            I am sorry to say, since the purchase of vehicle I was not satisfied, I had a doubt that a defective vehicle has been sold to me.
                            Please look into the issue and resolve the matter. Now the vehicle is with Anjali motors, chintalbasti, Hyderabad.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have purchaged the TVS Victor bike 7month back, the performance and bike condition overall is very good, but the milage of the bike very poor as of now it giving only in city 55 to 58kms/lt and in long ride it very poor it gives only 42 to 45kms/lt. After a 7month o[censored]se, i am getting a milage of only 50 average . I complaints this issue when i went to services of my vehicle, but they didnt resolved my problem, please resolve my problem

                                  I am having TVS WEGO, i purchased it on may 2010, i am currently in pune, i brought it in transport from Gujarat to Maharashra, engine body crank broke while in transit, i came to kalamkar motors hadapsar and changed it, now its been 2 weeks they are not solving the leakage problem neither they are replacing the body of engine, they are not responsing they have done anything neither they are calling me for any process, i went there to see process they had done nothing and my scooty is standing out side the service center with leakage happening i have to travel 30km every day with cab which is costing me rs400 every day please do the need full

                                    I purchased Jupiter's mileniour
                                    First problem I found not starting with cell, I go to service station and replace part and found OK
                                    Second problem is petrol gauge indicate wrong indication if full tank than after indicate half
                                    So I m confused for in takn there is no petrol
                                    So please solve my problem immediately

                                      I, Vivek Singh from Ghaziabad (BIKE No. UP14 CW9385 TVS APACHE RTR 160). I have done a complain on dated 19.01.2017 with complaint No. 81486, closure No. 65675 related to tyre change that comes under my warranty period (It was purchased by me from Aditi Automobiles, Authorised – Main delaer, TVS motor company, C-2 Sector -10, Noida -201301 (U.P).

                                      As I previously complained, Mr. Arvind Chholewal (the owner- of Aditi Automobile, Noida) and Mr. Vivek singh & Mr. Mohan Singh (Service Engineers) demanded me to pay 700 Rs to solve my complaint for tyre change, instead of coming under my warranty period.

                                      I felt, that was not convenient so that I complaint you via mail. Thanks to u for taking such a quick action for favoring of mine with such an honor to solve my complaint.

                                      But I want just remind you that my complaint was solved under my warranty period but the negative impact of my complaint was terribly fallen on Ms. Sushma (Billing Cashier – TVS, Noida)

                                      I again just recall you that your genuine employee Ms. Sushma, initiated and motivated me to purchase your TVS Bike. On the same, now I am feeling that that was his mistake to advertise your brand regarding that I motivated to other and all my relatives to purchase your bikes by impressing the services as served by your employees like Ms. Sushma. In real you have lost your genuine employee. If your company’s marketing is your drawback and the involving person may lose their job then I ensure that no one should advertise your company. In case how can you link with your customers? That will surely effect your reputation. You are a multinational company but I am very sorry to say you that some your employee have too much negative n short thinking.

                                      If you are thinking that I have complaint as directed by Ms.Sushma then please correct your thinking- I am not illiterate, Google can give you all information and your website can give all the info to me, what I want. I live in modernization and socialization values. I am a genuine customer and well known of my ethics and rights.

                                      I want to say that, I have a grand n positive attitude. If my complaint (For not paying 700 Rs. ) may the reason of any person to be jobless. Then I am ready to refund you 700 Rs. Because I am feeling that I am the culprit and the big reason of defaming and to be jobless of Ms. Sushma.

                                      I request you that please take a minute and think about it. Is it genuine?? If yes then its very shameful to you and your brand. It’s a time of competition. Spend your time to make your brand at high not in doing such a shameful things.

                                      I want that please take a genuine and correct action and make me free for being a part of this crime and illegal thing. Please pardon me, if my complaint affects you and your employee in a wrong manner.

                                      I expect the positive response from your side as soon. Kindly take a quick action related to that.

                                        Respected Sir / Ma'am,

                                        My Name is Samim Ansari living in Navi Mumbai. Its been approx 6 months I bought a new Apache rtr 200 Mat black in color. Down the line 6 months Im facing lot of issues with my bike. My overall usage of my bike is about 30 Kms a day or less. In these 6 months I've reached your service center 4 to 5 times. Every time I was told that my bike is fine but it would always make weird sound while I accelerate on 1 or 2 gear. The rear break always created a sound since the time I bought the bike.

                                        I don't understand whom to reach for this issue. Your service center people are so unprofessional and they don't have such tools to service vehicles appropriately. Its heat breaking to see my only bike standing under a shed and I can't use it because people those who made it can't take care of it. Even after paying all unwanted charges applied by service center.

                                        I really want to take this up with higher authorities of TVS motors since my trust has been breached and I feel like giving away my beloved bike.

                                        Sir, I am a 24 year guy. I`ve bought my bike with my own hard earn money. I want you to imagine how passionate I can be about my 1st bike that I always wanted it to be apache. Now I wonder if I made a wrong decision by choosing your brand since I don't find durability in your product nor your after sales service dept is upto date.

                                        I humbly request you to please do something of this matter as I don't like riding my bike with the engine, brakes not working efficiently. I will sincerely take this matter with higher and legal authorities, if my problems are ignored.
