Hello sir,

I have service of tvs vehicle to 15.10.2016 on k. S. Tvs motors, m. I. Road, jaipur. And i am first comes on 11.30 am for service on services center. Finally service 3.00 pm completed. So i have waiting 3 hours on services center. Because first priority services of any relative person of services agent in services center without express services/appointment.
O not proper good services time for customer on service center.

This vehicle no. Rj14x-d7168 of relative person of service agent with out any appointment from tvs service center. Finally first priority service of this vehicle.
And this person comes on 2.30 pm on service center after then completed service with in half hours. I asked from service agent for any express services/appointment of this vehicle rj14x-d7168. He is saying this vehicle for appointment.
But not included of this vehicle no. Rj14x-d7168 in express services/appointment list to 15.10.2016 on k. S. Tvs motors, m. I. Road, jaipur.

    I had got the new bike delivered on 14-10-16, the bike delivery with PDI is very bad I got bike delivered with engine oil cap with thread not aligned result it is not getting closed correctly and. The brake drum with paint scratched.new bike not even registered

      Hi

      I have bought TVS scooty in September 2014 and two days back it suddenly stopped in the middle of the road in late night. I went to a mechanic other day and found that all of the internal electric wiring is burned. This is a serious matter and is a Manufacturing defect.
      I handle my scooty very carefully and much in remorse.
      I want my scooty to be replaced by new as i cant even think of it anyhow.

      Kindly do the needful asap. RC copy is attached herewith.

        They are very casual about customers important time. They are very slow. If l came for service at 9am and my serial no is 01 therefore it completed minimum 1pm. Is it a system?
        Other side HERO is very good. They have shifting system, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm. They need maximum 1 hour for any problems.
        Please take necessary action and proud me a TVS rider.

          Sir i had purchased jupiter reg no. Pb -11 bt 3207 on dated 15.6.2015 from local dealer. On very 1st serviceon dated 30.07.2015 i complaint about torn mat and some noise from down side of jupiter the attendent told me to solve problems next services but on next two services they didnt solve problems on dtd.26/11/2015, 30/5/2016. After that the dealer executive remind to 4th service as i belongs to nabha city i said them to solve above problems and i cant come in day time as i am in govt job i can come to you after 5pm but they solve above problems pressure me to made services 4th and 5th even then i went for services 3 times in september month at 5 pm. On given time. I call them manny times on given representative cell no.[protected] but they never attended me now they telling that your service period had been expired and warranty of 5years have been lapsed. It is shocking to me. It is damage for company status as customer satisfaction is priorty of any business i wish you will attend my complaint in time solve this issue and continue my warranty period and the relation between me and company.             One of my biggest mistake in my life that i purchased TVS Jupiter Vehicle
            One of worst vehicle given
            When i booked and paid full amount for new vehicle they given me jupiter vehicle with following problem (maybe its refurbished and i am sure its not new one)
            1. More then 3+ scratches (at the time of delivery)
            2. At night when i am 16 k.m away from my home headlamps gone off i came totally riskey road at night (next day of delivery)
            3. Dual engine sound like engine going to be off (i really don't know what to say for this)(at the time of delivery)
            4. Not washed given as is dirt mode (at the time of delivery)

            When i sent mail to regarding this issue to TVS company sevral contacts not even single reply been received, i sent again one mail even not received any reply, but the the funny point is i got auto reply saying that with in 24 hours i will get reply but never been happend.

            So i contacted there showroom people told regarding above issues, they solved scratches problem, headlight problem also solved they said dual engine sound problem been solved but its still pending.

            I really wonder why new vehicle is giving this much of problem i own other vehicle also i even own honda activa not found any this kind of issues so i asked i dont want this vehicle either give me new vehicle or refund my amount with interest but they only giving stuppid excuses.

            As suggested my colleague and family member also goto consumer court on this.

            I need advise from your side.

              In TVS kalyani service is very worest.they are not taking care, in after sales.management is very bad.respone is also very worest.time management is also very bad.they are not maintain proper technicians and workers. Workers behavior is also very bad. I feel will very bad, about purchase at TVS kalyani.if they maintain like that only, your TVS reputation will get very bad.               Tvs motors, authorised service centre(kalyani tvs, mandapeta, east godavari district, andhrapradesh) is very bad.there is no response for after sales.their maintenance is very bad.their worker are very bad, their response very worst.no time maintenance.

                I'm submit my bike apache rtr 180 for service in aditi tvs, noida sec.16. And all bike problems write on job card. They ride my bike and say clutch plate is weak and chnging required. My engine cover is breck by service man and the service man is work very poorly. They ignore my complain and give the bike in minimum time to service...handle is produce sound. Bike is fully vibrate. They are use parts different bike. All member are treating badly

                  I have purchased a TVS Motor cycle dated 19/01/2016 from auth dealer Bhavarnjan Dey Automobiles, Bolpur but since it was purchased I was facing a tremendous issue while absorbed the milage as per commitment is not deliver.

                  Despite of repetitive follow-up, servicing & coordinate with concern dealer I am hard to get any positive response from their side neither TVS motor cycle end.

                  I am aged about 68 Years & its not possible for me to regular follow-up for the same without any proper resolution.

                  Plz have this issue address on high priority & provide a durable resolution else I will e helpless to escalate this to consumer forum & media also.

                  This is not acceptable at all, service like such as amputated motor cycle company like TVS.

                    Today I had gone for servicing of my Jupiter bearing registration no. UP 65 CF 3907 at Banaras Auto Traders, Varanasi and after servicing I noticed that the washing of vehicle is not done properly n servicing work also not done up to my satisfaction . In this regard I contacted to Owner of Agency Mr Dinesh but he did not listen n asked me complain wherever you want even you can make my complaints to HO of n I dont care. He react very badly n soughted among crowd of TVs customers. They are making money without providing required services . Kindly take appropriate section against ths guy as early possible so that such behaviour should not be repeated in future with other customers.

                      We had already paid the amount of rs.15480/- only.

                        Hello, good morning i have purchased tvs scooty two days back on 11 oct 2016 from tvs authorised dealer of my city i. E kunal auto near vedic ashram delhi road rewari, haryana-123401, i have paid the amount whatever my dealer told later on dealer told that you have to pay amount of rs. 1410/- as per company policy. When i enquired about these parts he told that we are doing as per company policy these items are provided by company and not included in ex showroom price and no parts were marked with tvs symbol, parts are as follows with rate
                        1. Brkt licence plate comp rs. 49.
                        2. Licence plate front rs. 65.
                        3. Licence plate painted rs. 88.
                        4. Prop stand comp-wego rs.125
                        5. Beeper rs.142.
                        6. Floor mat wego rs. 395.
                        7. Foot rest assy pillion rs. 666. This amount is being charged from the customer purchasing through csd. What's company policty please let me know. Thanks

                          I had bought tvs jupiter in year November 2014 and till aug 2016 its fine and got 3 punchers in back tyre and in sep to oct i spend Rs. 400 for punchers and not rectified. Now there are 2 inches wears on side of the tyres and they said you need to change the tyre.
                          They said min 5 years will be the warranty for tyres but now for 1 year 9months its finished.
                          I am demanding to fix a new tyre for my scooter.

                            Sir, i have given my apache to get it seviced in trilok singh service station lucknow, but sir my abs is not worknig properly n my bike is in service centre itself.. Sir i want to know that whts the period of warrenty of abs.. N sir plz also let me know that is any one engineer who can see my bike and take a test ride to make sure that my abs is working.. Sir plz let me know

                                TVS dont have any action plans.No planning for the Production even though they have committed to provide the vehicle on time.I have booked the vehicle before 44 days .It was told that they will provide the vehicle within 45 days for sure..But now I have talked even to Sales Manager, and they just give excuses.If you cannot deliver the things then dont promise that.Also they say go for different color, we can provide you that. Why we will go for different color because of your failure.

                                  I own a TVS jupiter (millinium addition) of July"16.This mail is to inform you that i am not sattisfied with your service in manesar service agency.
                                  I have given my scooty for service and one of its part i.e ignition coil is damaged.My scooty is not repaired yet due to unavailability of that particular part in market for that particular model.
                                  I am suffering from last three days.Yor dealer is not clearifying the status yet.

                                    I purchased tvs jupiter in karaikal sakthi auto agency 2month before, bike gave lot of problem from the time of purchase and till now. The service is very bad and they doesn't give reason of the problem.the quality of product and spares also very bad.i am very disappointed with your product and service and its annoying us.please don't provide false product to people.

                                      I had purchased silcer jupiter from the tvs dealer in vapi (Gujarat). After the 3 service if my jupiter the new vechile has not at the mark.. Bfre 3 mnths i had given itbfr sevice and in ds 3 mnths it has went for 3 tyms service but still i have the same problm. The ruhi service is not checking the vechile properly nd whn i call to follow up thy vl tell come and receive the motor thy wash it nd gve me bak. Fr the frst tym they charged 765.. Thn 500.. Nd now thy asking to pay 350 for d service.. The problem i had vth vehicle was unnecessary sound while riding; breaks not proper. I am really unhappy with the service.

                                        I had buy an Jupiter zx from Sri SaiSrinivasa Tvs showroom kamareddy nizamabad telangana on dated 08/08/2016. It's already two months completed on 08/10/2015. Till date they had not given the regestration related bike papers to me. When I approach the showroom people the response was worst.
