This mail is to apprise you of the harrasment that has been meted out to me for no fault of mine by TVS motors.
TVS motors have treated me like an imbecile the account of which is mentioned below for your referrence.
My father bought a bike from BM Auto Dehradun on July 11th 2016. With high expectations the bike was bought from BM AUTO (TVS
Bike Showroom) DEHRADUN (Apache RTR 160) Engine Number 84359, Chasis Number E37121 thinking the bike would perform as
promised by TVS. However after just 300 kms of the bike being driven it started creating problems.
The Engine of the bike started overheating.I had to run to and fro the TVS workshop at NEW GS TVS ENTERPRISES VIJAYNAGAR
GHAZIABAD.
It created a lot of problems for me since I being employed have to cater to my organizational needs as well and was running
really short of time. But the service manager at NEW GS TVS ENTERPRISES VIJAYNAGAR GHAZIABAD made me visit their place 5
times without any resolution being provided and my bike is still facing the same problem. This has created a lot of problems
in my personal as well as professional life since I had to spend a lot of time trying to get an issue fixed which is not my
fault and at the same time not getting any resolution yet from the service centre has resulted in me being emotionally
overtaken by grief.
I beg you to take a moment out and try and feel for a common man who buys a vehicle from a reputed company with the
expectation that would make life simpler and easier however in my case that has resulted in me, the consumer, being mentally
harrased by the company and the situation has further led to me almost losing my job since the service centre made me run 5
times after them for fixing an issue that should not have occured in the first place and have not provided any resolution
yet.
I Request you to kindly look into the matter and help me out since TVS seem to have turned a deaf ear to my repeated pleas.
