Dear tvs,
This is to request to your notice that i bought my tvs pheonix in october 2015,
I drove it 11616 kms and send it to the service centre (arunagiri motors agencies, kalyan nagar, bangalore) for 5th service of my bike.
And its really sad to see that your employees just changed the chain sproket, wheel hub shock and spark plug and gave me the bill of almost rs2000.
As i know the life of chain sproket is almost 25000kms and i have never seen a problem in spark plug in a 4 stroke bike before 50000kms.
Can you guys please explain whats going on in your service centre?
Can you guys please get back to me?
Can you guys please explain why did you change my chain sproket when there were not even a single complaint about my chain?
Can you guys please elaborate why did you change my chain?
Can you guys please explain if there where no starting problem they why did you people change my spark plug?
I need all the explaination, or else you people should tell me where should i proceed..
